Name: Sliggoo-Eternal
New Type: Dragon/Water
New Stat Distribution: 98 (+30)/80 (+5)/113 (+60)/113 (+30)/113/82 (+22)
Signature Move: Primeval Storm |Status|Water|- BP|- Accuracy|5 PP|Summons Heavy Rain for 5 Turns, 8 if used with Damp Rock| Z-Move: Fully restores HP
Design/Flavor: Much larger, blue with tiny lightning bolts in it's stomach. Sliggoo that tried to evolve during the rampage of Primal Kyogre, whose rain had a very different effect on Sliggoo's evolution.
Competitive Analysis: The first time we sea Primordial Sea in OU (puns). A Bulky Special Attacker that can support a rain team. Makes a really good partner with Ferrothorn, forming a somewhat FWG core without even needing a fire type. Z-Primeval Storm even acts as a recovery move as well!
this is the first time I've ever seen a Pokemon that would run Muddy Water
since it gets no other good water moves afaik

Gabite-Eternal
Typing:

Stats: 90 (+22) / 150 (+60) / 90 (+25) / 79 (+29) / 90 (+35) / 100 (+18)
Signature Move: Rapid Cascade (
|
| 100 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | No secondary effect. | Z-Move: 180 BP Hydro Vortex)
Design / Flavor: WIP
Description (Competitive): Gabite-Eternal can be used as an alternative to Mega Swampert or Kabutops as a physical rain sweeper. It may not be as fast, but its much higher attack stat than Kabutops' and ability to hold an item over Mega Swampert gives it much more power. It also has a much stronger Water-type STAB move. Its good defensive typing (neutral to Grass and Electric) and decent bulk also let it stomach some strong neutral attacks which mitigates its only average Speed.
252+ Atk Life Orb Kabutops Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 144 Def Mew in Rain: 224-265 (55.4 - 65.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ Atk Swampert-Mega Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 144 Def Mew in Rain: 210-247 (51.9 - 61.1%) -- 94.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ Atk Life Orb Gabite-Eternal Rapid Cascade vs. 252 HP / 144 Def Mew in Rain: 339-399 (83.9 - 98.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Zweilous-Eternal
Typing:

Stats: 90 (+18) / 110 (+25) / 100 (+30) / 119 (+54) / 100 (+30) / 90 (+32)
Signature Move: Scorching Strike (
|
| 80 BP | 15 PP | 100 Acc | 10% chance to make the opponent flinch. | Z-Move: 150 BP Inferno Overdrive)
Design / Flavor: WIP
Description (Competitive): Hustle-boosted Scorching Strike is insanely powerful. With a Choice Band equipped, Zweilous-Eternal makes for a frightening wallbreaker. Its good SpA lets it go mixed as well.

I love using Muddy Water. Anyways, Fini runs it too.

Gonna work on subs later.
i have literally never seen fini use muddy water in my life
what the heck is this set

wait why does fini even get muddy water when the whole point of it is that it uses pure water?

Name of the Eternal Pokémon:
Gabite-Eternal
New Type: Dragon / Steel
New Stat distribution: 83 (+15) / 101 (+11) / 75 (+10) / 110 (+60) / 85 (+30) / 145 (+63)
Signature Move: Gem Seeker - Steel, Special, 110 BP, 5 PP, 85% Acc | Ignores accuracy checks against Rock-types
Design/Flavor: Its knack for shiny objects has driven it to the point of searching tirelessly for years on end. Over the course of its search, its scales ended up covered in iridescent dust that gives off a radiant white color when exposed to light. It is known for its enhanced speed and its ability to release intense mental energy with all things rocky on the forefront of its mind.
Competitive Analysis: Fast mixed attacker with good typing. Can go physical with Swords Dance or make use of its high-powered special attacking options.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Zweilous-Eternal
New Stat distribution: 99 (+27) / 115 (+30) / 109 (+39) / 109 (+44) / 94 (+24) / 73 (+15)
Signature Move: Dubious Dusk - Dark, Physical, ??? BP, 10 PP | Hits 2 times; each hit is randomly decided to have 30 BP, 40 BP, 50 BP, or 60 BP; ignores accuracy checks
Design/Flavor: The two heads are horribly uncoordinated, but they do agree on one thing: that the best way to prove oneself is by hauling out the big guns and attacking with all their might. Sometimes, however, they may have different perceptions of what "all their might" is. Regardless, they have reluctantly formed a lasting bond (being physically attached to each other, but not so much emotionally) and honed themselves with the battles that they've fought.
Competitive Analysis: Weird typing for a tank. Has spammable Dark STAB, not-so-spammable Dragon STAB, and perchance Earth Power and/or Head Smash for coverage.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Sliggoo-Eternal
New Stat distribution: 87 (+19) / 84 (+9) / 123 (+70) / 84 (+1) / 118 (+5) / 103 (+43)
Signature Move: Slimy Slip - Dragon, Physical, 75 BP, 15 PP, 100% Acc | Removes the target's held item and allows the user to switch out; makes contact
Design/Flavor: Less viscous than its mortal counterpart, yet somehow tougher to take down. This Sliggoo has changed over time to where it can slither around nimbly and spotlessly, regardless what it does—be it scavenging for food, gliding across a body of water, or even meeting the sole of a human's shoe.
Competitive Analysis: Item removal and pivoting, something that no one of the ordinary Sliggoo family can do, compressed into one moveslot. Problem is it can't do much else with its low offenses and otherwise barren utility movepool.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Hakamo-o-Eternal
New Type: Fighting / Flying
New Stat distribution: 94 (+39) / 115 (+40) / 95 (+5) / 95 (+30) / 85 (+15) / 115 (+50)
Signature Move: Scale Shift - Flying, Other, 20 PP | The user makes its scales more aerodynamic, raising its Speed by 1 stage and doubling its Flying-type power on the next turn. | Z-Move effect: +1 Speed
Design/Flavor: Eternal Hakamo-o has its leaping technique taken to the next level. Through honing of this technique and frequently testing its mettle against avian species, it has become nimble enough and experienced enough to be perceived behavior-wise as avian. However, its predatory nature and fighting techniques remain intact.
Competitive Analysis: Its signature move gives Aerial Ace some merit, and its dual STABs complement each other well despite being weak. Having Earthquake, Rock Slide, and Shadow Claw for coverage helps, though. Not to mention it has swell physically offensive prowess. Hmm...and perhaps Focus Blast off base 95 Special Attack isn't too bad...

9/8 EDIT: All right, that takes care of all my submissions.

Gabite-eternal

Type: Dragon/Ground
Stats: 68 HP / 125 Atk / 90 Def / 125 SpA / 70 SpD / 121 Spe
Signature Move: Nourishing Earth, Ground-type, 65 BP Special Move, 10 PP (max 16), if this attack causes the opponent to faint, Gabite's special attack increases two stages. (Z-NE has 130 BP & no secondary effect)
Design: Gabite's claws have developed somewhat into scythes like Garchomp has. Cracks appear in the ground underneath its feet.
Competitive analysis: A pretty nasty wallbreaker which could run either physical or special sets. Counters to each set get shredded by the other. SpD Celesteela can handle most attacks from both sets, though. An odd speed tier means it can't be trapped by Dugtrio, but is forced out by Greninja which can be an issue.

Sample sets:

- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Iron Tail
- Swords Dance
Ability: Rough Skin
Item: Dragonium-Z
Stats: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe, Jolly Nature

- Draco Meteor
- Earth Power
- Nourishing Earth
- Fire Blast
Ability: Rough Skin
Item: Dragonium-Z
Stats: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe, Timid Nature

----------

Sliggoo-eternal

Type: Dragon/Poison
Stats: 79 HP / 80 Atk / 90 Def / 130 SpA / 180 SpD / 50 Spe
Signature Move: Flotation Tank, Psychic-type, 10 PP (max 16), the Pokemon recovers half its health and becomes immune to Ground-type attacks and Arena Trap. This effect lasts for five turns
Design: Sliggoo's "goo" becomes more runny, and it is visibly dripping, with purple vapours coming off it.
Competitive analysis: A somewhat min-maxed version of regular Goodra, with a recovery move that allows it to act as a special wall without being shut down by Dugtrio. 130 SpA allows it to hit fairly powerfully, even when uninvested, and Choice Specs/Assault Vest are conceivable bulky pivots, but it seems somewhat better-suited to being a special wall because Sliggoo misses out on a lot of the coverage moves Goodra gets. Flotation Tank also allows it to dodge random Earthquakes from Pokemon like Tangrowth (you can speed-creep it).

Sample sets:

- Dragon Pulse
- Toxic
- Flotation Tank
- Dragon Tail
Ability: Sap Sipper
Item: Leftovers
252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature

- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Bomb
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Fire
Ability: Gooey
Item: Choice Specs
252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature

New Type: Ground/Dragon
New Stats:
HP: 132
Atk: 130
Def: 108
SpA: 70
SpD: 92
Spd: 61
Signature Move: Careless Slaughter / Dragon / Physical / 15 PP / 30 BP / 100 Acc / User attacks the opponent in a blood frenzy, attacking once for each member of the opponent's team that hasn't fainted. Z-Move: 100 BP Devastating Drake
Flavor: Grey, squatter appearance, this Gabite has spent centuries hunting and feasting on hapless prey. Based on the Bulette,or this:

Competitive Analysis: Bulky breaker that functions better in the early game, bopping teams with a 180 BP multi-hit attack out of the gate. The problem? The move is terrible after half the opponent's mons have fainted. Could be good with band or assvest.

Name: Sligoo-Eternal
New Type: Dragon/Poison
New Stats:
HP: 93
Atk: 88
Def: 111
SpA: 115
SpD: 131
Spe: 61
Signature Move: Revivify / Poison / Status / 20 PP / The user braces itself, taking no damage from contact moves and instead healing half of the damage that move would have dealt. / Z-move: Defense +1
Flavor: It's gotten real bloated, spending most of the day immobile and feeding on undergrowth
Competitive Analysis: Wall that annoys the living hell out of physical attackers, healing from their attacks and slowing them with gooey. Also hits hard enough to not suffer from passivity.

Is that reasonable now, Exploudit? o3o

submissions closing Friday, but in the meantime:

Victor S. Court yo! You asked me to say wether or not your Pokemon were too good a while back, sorry I only got to do it now :( Well, in the first place though, base 155 Attack is just never an option with Hustle on Zweilous, 155 is already high enough, but do you really want to give it a free Choice Band? Specially since Ghost / Dragon is so spammable, please no more than 110 Atk, I'd add a couple of of points to Speed and the rest to SpA, please don't increase its bulk otherwise it would lose its main drawback. As for Sliggoo, that bulk is just too much, please no more than 105 / 105 / 105 you can rearrange it the way you want, but please make something along the lines of what I suggested, specially since Dragon / Electric is quite a great defensive and offensive typing.
Victor is good for voting phase :)

Chazm Hakamo-o is mostly good, but base 150 Atk, base 125 Speed and 170 BP Signature mve really doesn't help. I know it works like Fly, but just compare it to Lando-T, SSSS is a thing! 130 Atk shuld be good.

Six Trails Hustle Boost + 150 Atk is no good! You even have the calcs to prove how busted this is :) specially with great offensive typing and decent bulk take about 40 points from its Attack and give it to SpA, maybe just a little bit to Speed but don't let it outspeed base 90s please!

Mygavolt cool Zweilous sub! I really like the concept, but I'd take 5-10 points from bulk and Attack just to make it a little more balanced :)
Mygavolt is good for voting as well :)

If you don't fix these until Friday I'll unfortunately have to exclude the submissions I mentioned from voting :(
I originally thought of putting it's signature move to 150 BP, but this works too. Thought it might have been a bit broken, but don't forget the drawbacks of using the move are alike to V-create.

(Changed Attack to 130, changed Defense to 95 and Special Defense to 85, to keep the low HP flavour that this mon is supposed to have.)

Fixed. I personally thought Hustle's accuracy problem and Zweilous' mediocre base Speed would've helped keep it from being too busted. :(

Hmm... a possible suggestion for the next one could be based on standard roaming Grass-types with three stage evolutions (Gloom, Weepinbell, Skiploom, Lombre, Nuzleaf, (Roselia), Swadloon, Steenee)

And here are your winners!

Gabite-Eternal

252+ Atk Life Orb Gabite-Eternal Rapid Cascade vs. 252 HP / 144 Def Mew in Rain: 339-399 (83.9 - 98.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Name: Zweilous-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
81 (+9)
Atk: 105 (+20)
Def: 105 (+35)
SpA: 105 (+40)
SpD: 105 (+35)
Spe: 98 (+40)
BST: 599 (+179)
Signature Move: Dead-on Strike |
|
| 120 BP | 5 PP | Ignores Accuracy check. Raises accuracy by one stage. Takes 1/3 recoil. | Z Move - 200 BP Blackhole Eclipse
Design/Flavor: One half looks really angry and the other one looks really goofy.
Competitive Analysis: Pretty powerful Wallbreaker with Hustle Boosted Dead-on Strikes and Outrages, but still not quite fast and bulky enough to be a completely reliable wallbreaker. Also, it really wants to use Dead-on Strike before using any other move, otherwise it may struggle hitting what it needs to.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Sliggoo-Eternal

New Type: Dragon / Electric

New Stat distribution:
110 (+42) / 89 (+14) / 105 (+52) / 115 (+32) / 100 (+13) / 80 (+20)

Signature Move: Magnetic Charge - Electric, Other, -, 10 PP, -, At start of the turn, the user charges itself in a really hot plasma courtain, then it heasl 50% of it max HP. If hitted during the charge phase with a contact move, the attacker will be burned (It's a mix between Beak Blast "heating" phase and a Recover move): Z-Move: Reset user's lowered stats

Design/Flavor: This Sliggoo was abandoned by its trainer in the Chargestone Cave, it had to adapt to the enverioment and as a result it learned to control the electricity in its body as a mechanism defense. Its antennaes are now charged with electricty and have small deep blue bolts at the end, its body is not yellow and its shell is now a deep blue and has a shape is more similar to the Chargestone Cave's stones

Competitive Analysis: Sliggoo-Eternal will take advantage of two things: Gooey and the terribly misused effect of Beak Blast. Punishing contact with lowering speed is bad enough, but now U-Turn abusers will have a hard time because Sliggo-Eternal can burn them, and it's also resistan x4 to Volt Switch. It also has a good plethora of resistances, has a decent moveset and it's not terribly passive, so it can be used as a bulky utility attacker.
Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Hakamo-o-Eternal
New Stat distribution: 34 (-21) / 130 (+55) / 95 (+5) / 130 (+65) / 85 (+10) / 125 (+60)
Signature Move: Aerial Smash - Fighting, Physical, 170 BP, 5 PP, 100% Acc - The user becomes skyward turn 1, then strikes with all might turn 2. User drops its Attack by 1, Defense by 1 and Special Defense by 1. Z-move - All-Out Pummelling, 150 BP
Design/Flavor: A Hakamo-o that shed all of its scales, becoming unrecognizable by its mother. As such, it became lost in its habitat and trained alone. As a result of its lacking scales, it became defense-less, and had to learn how to quickly knock out and escape other Kommo-o thinking it had invaded their territory.
Design-wise, it now crouches, and its scales have been lost, revealing black undersides. Its legs are also much longer, but it appears to be in the same position as it is crouching.
Competitive Analysis: Fast, frail, and powerful are ways to describe this Pokemon. Despite thinking it would dominate OU in Pheromosa's wake, there are two things this Pokemon lacks to compete: 1 - its Z-move is incredibly weak in comparison to other options it has, making it difficult to snowball if the opposing side has a Protect user. 2 - it lacks effective coverage to do what Pheromosa could succeed at so easily. However, it can use its signature move and Draco Meteor to do incredible amounts of damage, especially when Fairies have been removed from the opposing side.
Current Slate

Shadow Tag and Arena Trap
Digglet - Wynaut - Gothorita

Diglett will have a BST of 424, Wynaut a BST of 404 and Gothorita a BST of 489. Have fun :]

Btw, keep in mind that Shadow Tag is banned, so Gothorita will be restricted to Frisk / Competitive and Wynaut will be restricted to Telepathy. If Arena Trap gets indeed banned from OU, then Digglet will also be restricted to Sand Veil / Sand Force.

EDIT: Nevermind, check the two posts below this one :P
