absinthe is pretty good imo, tastes kinda like black licorice, havent tested the other one

granted i am not 21 quite yet so maybe it does change but for me there was some stuff i liked straight out the gate (e.g. cider, which i now struggle to drink without whiteying (due to overexposure?)) but some stuff i had to go through a character arc to enjoy (e.g. beer, which i drip-fed myself until i liked it). now granted that does sound a bit like stockholm syndrome...
