smogon has a 132 hp/124 att/252 speed spread for staraptor, but i was wondering if it was better to have much higher hp ev spread. or is this optimal to kill most things.

Ev spread for final gambit staraptor

That spread is intended to allow it to do significant damage with Final Gambit and be as fast as possible while retaining offensive presence. However, for future reference, questions like these belong in this thread.
