My team is a defensive-attacking team. They can take hits and then attack back. One could say I, "brought out the tanks". lol corny joke. Eviolite is just so good in LC it's crazy, and there are so many Pokemon who can abuse it to the full extent. All my Pokemon (bar Mienfoo) use Eviolite for some of the best defensively-offensive sets to exist. Oh, and yes, that possessed old man is what I imagine I'd be like if I were a trainer. I'd rather possess a different person though...

Ahsud (Chinchou) @ Eviolite
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 232 SAtk / 48 SDef / 228 Def
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Discharge
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Heal Bell

Ahsud = acid. Sound it out.

Anyway, Chinchou is always a good member on any team. Hydro Pump for STAB. I use Discharge > Thunderbolt because I like increased chance for para, which Chinchou likes because he's slow. HP Fire is the odd-ball on this set. I could (and probably should) have used Ice Beam, but then Ferroseed, Bronzor, etc, would wall like mad. HP Fire stops that cold, whilst still hitting grass types. Finally, Heal Bell because the rest of my team loses to Toxic.

Mrs. Pokez (Murkrow) @ Eviolite
Trait: Insomnia
EVs: 236 Spd / 84 SAtk / 184 Atk
Hasty Nature
- Brave Bird
- Sucker Punch
- Heat Wave
- Dark Pulse

Yes, most of my team is female. Judge me.

Murkrow is one of the greatest wallbreakers in LC history, and the fact that it used to be banned doesn't surprise me. Hasty Nature, combined with 236 Spd EVs, means that Murkrow outspeeds everything that doesn't have a Scarf on it. Brave Bird hits incredibly hard, even without LO. Even Chinchou can't switch in safely to this move. Plus, it's not much better staying in, because Sucker Punch finishes it off. Sucker Punch is deadly with STAB behind it, and it stops sweepers solid. Heat Wave is wonderful because Ferroseed couldn't hope to switch in to stop it (despite it still taking decent damage from Brave Bird). Dark Pulse is used to beat NP Missy who would try to take advantage of Sucker Punch.

WillWeep (Lileep) @ Eviolite
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 88 SDef / 184 SAtk / 236 Def
Bold Nature
- Stockpile
- Giga Drain
- AncientPower
- Recover

ICU because those eyes are stalkerish and evil. LOOK AT THEM!

When I say this thing is bulky as hell, it's bulky as hell. It takes hits like a mofo. Boasting 27 Def & 24 SDef after Eviolite, it's maddening. I can switch the EVs and Nature to make it strong in SDef. It's a dual-defensive monster. Since Lileep is shit-slow and rarely can set up Stockpile, I decided to use toxic for a stall war. Giga Drain + Storm Drain is thankfully legal now, so I can switch into Chinchou, get a SAtk boost from Hydro Pump, and then Stockpile as they switch happens. Lileep reaches 21 SAtk after one Storm Drain boost, which beats Abra. AncientPower is great for STAB and for the boost. Recover means that Lileep won't go anywhere. Woo-hoo!

Sadly, Lileep's speed just sucks. But it's still pretty awesome.

Christy (Mienfoo) @ Life Orb
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 156 Atk / 196 Def / 36 SDef / 76 Spd
Impish Nature
- Fake Out
- Hi Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
- U-turn

Christy's back~

LO Mienfoo is so good. Hi Jump Kick has recently been working well for me, so I decided I would use it instead. Fake Out is pretty much a must on any Mienfoo set, and LO makes it hurt. Stone Edge is good for Missy, but I usually just U-Turn out when she shows up, so I'm considering replacing it soon. U-Turn because Regenerator makes it great, and Abra thinks twice before switching in.

The Evil EYEEE (Magnemite) @ Eviolite
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 156 HP / 36 Def / 240 SAtk / 76 SDef
Modest Nature
- Magnet Rise
- Discharge
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power [Fire]

George Lopez reference. Look it up.

Magnemite is fabulous with Eviolite. It can switch into so many things and scare the attacker out to something with EQ. Sadly, EQ becomes useless as Magnet Rise makes it immune. After that, weeee! Discharge, imo, is so much better than Volt Switch because it's a pain to set up Magnet Rise whenever I switch Mag back in. Plus, the increased para chance is nice because Mag is slow. Flash Cannon helps combat Drilbur and Hippopotas. Finally, HP Fire because Mag can switch into Steel-types, trap 'em, and then destroy them. So evil.

200.gif

Marceline (Misdreavus) @ Eviolite
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 236 Spd / 186 SAtk / 86 Def
Modest Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Thunderbolt
- Destiny Bond

MARCELEEENE, THE VAMPIRE QUEEEEN!

I hate NP Missy. I honestly don't even have a chance to set up Nasty Plot anyway, so for me, it's just wasting a moveslot. Shadow Ball for STAB. No Mienfoo would U-Turn against a Missy anyway, so Psychic is out and replaced by HP Fight to hit Scraggy. Thunderbolt stops Murkrow dead. Destiny Bond for being an amazing revenge killer. And since Missy is soooo fast, it can get a Destiny Bond off without a worry. And, even if she doesn't die from the hit, it can then cause mind games with the opponent.

And so, that's it. That's what I got. So... yeh. Rates plz. Oh, and don't point out that I didn't put as much "pep" into this RMT unlike my last ones (where I was a overexcited bastard who could actually ladder), but I'm tired atm. Sorry. Maybe I'll edit this to make it sound more... appealing.

At a quick glance, I can see that your team is weak to Dragon Dance Scraggy, arguably the best set-up sweeper in the tier. It will outspeed your entire team after one boost and will easily get KOs. There is one easy way to remedy this and that is to change Mienfoo's item to an eviolite. With a Life Orb, Mienfoo is always KO'd by HJK, but it can survive a hit with eviolite and Drain Punch back. I don't know why you used Life Orb in the first place as without HJK, Mienfoo doesn't have that niche of being a mega-powerful LO attacker.

Also, Psychic is just useless on Misdreavus. No-one is going to be keeping Mienfoo in against Misdreavus anyway, so it's pointless most of the time. Despite you not liking it, I'd prefer Nasty Plot in that slot- Misdreavus has plenty of time to set one up. (against aforementioned Mienfoo for example.) If you really hate NP, both Will-O-Wisp and Hidden Power Fight are much better options. Hidden Power fight means that Scraggy can't as easily set up against you and Will-O-Wisp is a great option against physical switch-ins. Destiny Bond is a really cool move on Missy though, props for that.

This is just a quick rate at a glance, I might give a better one later. Good luck laddering!

lol me laddering. Anyway, I have recently switched Mienfoo over to HJK because I've started to have better luck with it, but I'll use the Eviolite set too. And I'll use HP Fight on Missy.

Good team overall, but there's some few nitpicks that will help you out.

First is changing Lileep's ev spread. Your current one doesn't help much against Missy who can cause troubles for the team. Switching to 228 HP / 144 Def / 28 SpA / 64 SpD / 16 Spe with a Calm nature will help stop missy and other special attackers more.

For your Missy, it currently only reaches 17 speed. This makes you vulnerable against Gastly and some other pokemon. Change its nature to Timid and add 4 evs to speed to make it reach 19 speed.

Onto Mienfoo, offensive mienfoo is good but not on a team like yours. You rely on yours to stop Scraggy or you lose. Changing lo to evolite can help you out with Scraggy and other attackers. Also try out Knock off instead of Stone edge. I've found that is has more uses that Stone Edge can help you off evolites on Pokemon that can stop Missy / Krow.

Dont know if Drilbur is banned on Smogon, but I see it will cause trouble. I suggest switching Lileep for Scarf Snover. Prob the best check to sand threatening with STAB Blizzard.

Will do!

It's not banned. Drilbur and sand are no threat at all to my team. Lileep gains greatly from sand and my team is bulky enough to stop Drilbur.
