Evos for Everyone (Slate 21- Keep it Simple)

Just going to do some balance sanity checks here:

Ability: Stoic Emanation: Sets up Trick Room upon switching in. The user’s first action has a priority of -1
I know it isn't in the OP, but I'm going to consider auto-Trick Room abilities to be tier 5 abilities, based on how they have functioned in the past in other mods. Even with the added nerf, I don't think this can be used as a tier 4 ability. Auto-Trick Room is something I'm going to treat with extreme skepticism in general.
Evolved when levelled up with ≤50% HP at level 53+
New Pokemon Name: Greympa (grey + grandpa)
Type:

New Moves: Boomburst, Nasty Plot, Earth Power
Ability: Berserk, Sap Sipper, Scrappy
Stats: 90 / 95 / 75 / 162 / 110 / 43 (575 BST)
I think Boomburst + 162 base SpA very excessive even without Scrappy. What is supposed to switch in on this? Specs Boomburst has a 44% to 2HKO standard Chansey after Stealth Rock, while Ferrothorn and Heatran can't do enough back to it to prevent being 3HKOed. It can also hit all of those targets with Focus Blast.

Evolved when levelled up with >50% HP at level 53+.
New Pokemon Name: Dreampa (dream + grandpa)
Type:

New Moves: Moonblast, Agility, Earth Power
Ability: Berserk, Sap Sipper, Boastful (boosts the Special Attack stat after knocking out any Pokémon)
Stats: 90 / 70 / 75 / 162 / 85 / 93 (575 BST)
These stats are insanely good and outclass just about anything in the same speed tier. Removing Drampa's main disadvantage and giving it one of the best type combos in the game, alongside its already fantastic attacking movepool, will make it too much I'm pretty sure.

Old Pokemon Name: Drampa
New Pokemon Name: Drelder (Dragon + Elder)
Type:

New Moves:
Trick Room, Wish, Flash Cannon, Recover
Ability: Berserk/Sap Sipper/Simple (Hidden)
Stats: 92/45/90/147/112/24
First of all, welcome to Evos for Everybody! We are glad to have you here. I'm somewhat skeptical about Simple being balanced on this. You could quite easily invest fully in defense, and after a Calm Mind still be hitting with over 600 Special attack while having ~300 Def and 500 SpD. I could be wrong about this but I think this would basically steamroll any team not packing a physical wallbreaker that hits it super effectively.

I just want to remind everybody that this is an OU mod. Balance-wise, it's fine to shoot for S-tier OU, and it's fine to snipe S-tier OU threats with your creation. However, if your creation is going to rip through the current OU titans by simply outclassing them in terms of power, then it is probably too strong for the metagame. About half of the new mons in E4E would be A-tier or lower in the OU environment (which is perfectly fine), so it's not just the OU's that you are pushing out if you make your pokemon too strong.

Old Pokemon Name: Drampa
New Pokemon Name: drampa's grandpa (name maybe wip)
Type:

New Moves:
Cloudy Terrain (Summons Cloudy Terrain.)
Ability: Berserk / Sap Sipper / Cloudy Surge (On switch-in, this Pokemon summons Cloudy Terrain. In Cloudy Terrain, all type-based immunities are ignored and Ghost type moves do 1/2 damage. Effects only take place on grounded pokemon.)
Stats: 85 / 50 / 92 / 135 / 101 / 36 | 500 BST
Competitive Niche: Although Drampa only gains 15 BST on evolution, it becomes much more viable. Cloudy Surge is an excellent ability for it's typing, allowing it to spam specs Hyper Voice or Draco Meteor without fear of something immune switching in. Gaining a little bulk helps Drampa act as a hit-and-runner outside of Trick Room, but TR is where it really shines. It can also be used simply as a terrain setter to benefit teammates such as Mega Medicham or Xurkitree (there are other things but idk OU very well.) Roost can be used to improve it's longevity and Glare is just another good support move to help it's teammates sweep.

Original Pokemon Name: Drampa
New Pokemon Name: Drancestor (Dragon + ancestor)
Evolution Method: Evolves by leveling up while holding a Reaper Cloth

Type: Dragon/Ghost

Ability: Cursed Body/Berserk/Intimidate
Stats: 78/80 (+ 20)/85/165 (+ 30)/91/36 BST 535 (+ 50)

Move Additions: Curse, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Ball, Nightshade

Competitive Niche (OU): Your offensive stats rise and your new typing gives you two extra immunities. You can raise your special attack to devastating levels with Berserk, or use a more defensive ability.

Original Pokemon Name: Druddigon
New Pokemon Name: Gargon (Gargoyle + dragon)
Evolution Method: Evolves by leveling up with high Affection at night.

Type: Dragon/Rock

Ability: Intimidate/Storm Drain/Justified

Stats: 97 (+ 20)/130 (+ 10)/110 (+ 20)/60/90/48 BST 535 (+ 50)
Move Additions: Head Smash, Rollout, Stone Edge, Rockslide
Competitive Niche (OU): You gain an extra STAB, resulting in a unique type combo. Your new weaknesses can be offset with Solid Rock and you have more attacking power.

Original Pokemon Name: Palkia
New Pokemon Name: Passphere (Pearl + pass + passage + sphere)
Evolution Method: Evolves by leveling up with high Friendship in Rain.
Type: Dragon/Psychic

Ability: No Guard/Pressure
Stats: 50 (- 40)/70 (- 50)/60 (- 40)/90 (- 60)/70 (- 50)/60 (- 40) BST 400 (-280)

Move Subtractions: Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Earthquake
Competitive Niche (LC): With a secondary typing weak to Knock-Off that doesn’t even provide STAB moves, Passphere shouldn’t be too overpowered for LC. That said, its special bulk isn’t terrible and it’s got decent offenses as well.

New Pokemon Name: Crimsagama (crimson + agama)
Type:

Ability: Rock Head / Sheer Force / Ramifications* (Takes 50% less damage from Dragon- and Rock-type moves. Thick Fat clone)
Stats: 87 (+10) / 130 (+10) / 100 (+10) / 60 / 100 (+10) / 88 (+40) BST: 565
New Moves: Fireball*, Dragon Rush, Head Smash, Morning Sun
(Fireball, 16 PP, 100 BP, 100 Acc, 10% chance to burn, 1/3 recoil damage, Physical, makes no contact)
Competitive Niche: Crimsagama gains a Fire typing and a bit more bulk while drastically improving its Speed. Fireball is a unique physical move that avoids contact and hits pretty hard coming off of base 130 Attack. Rock Head and Sheer Force allow Crimsagama to avoid recoil or power up many of its moves, STAB and coverage alike. Ramifications is unique as it allows Crimsagama to take neutral damage from Dragon- and Rock-types, effectively neutering two of its weaknesses. While Crimsagama is slow and hasn’t gained much besides Speed from its prevolution, it can still hit very hard and has a lot of utility with access to Stealth Rock and Morning Sun.

New Pokemon Name: Pal (just another cute name)
Evolution Method: Level up at Spear Pillar
Typing:

Stats: 45/60/50/100/80/50 | BST: 385 (-45 HP, -60 Atk, -50 Def, -50 SpA, -40 SpD, -50 Spe)
Abilities: Pressure/Telepathy
Removed Moves: Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Spacial Rend
Competitive: Huge Special Attack plus good STABs and great coverage make Pal a huge threat in LC. Pal can run Specs or Scarf effectively, and can pull off cool Z-move sets as well.
Next Slate will be up soon!

Typing:

Abilities: Solid Rock / Natural Cure / Regenerator
Stats: 86 / 96 / 126 / 76 / 106 / 35 | BST: 525
New Moves: Spikes, Aromatherapy, Rebound*
*Rebound: Rock-type U-turn (70BP, 100% acc, 20-32PP, Physical, makes contact, switches the user out after dealing damage)
Competitive Niche: With newly improved bulk and yet another fantastic defensive ability to choose from, Solareef with be a bulky monster in the OU tier. Whether it be a hazard-stacking support set Solid Rock, a defensive pivot with Rebound and Natural Cure or Regenerator, or as a cleric with Aromatherapy and Recover, Solareef will surely give Corsola the viability it has deserved for oh, so long.

Old Pokémon Name: Solrock
New Pokémon Name: Ansunne
Evolution Method: Sun Stone
Typing:

Abilities: Levitate
Stats: 100 / 130 / 115 / 100 / 85 / 70 | BST: 600
New Moves: Flame Charge, Burn Up, Lava Plume, Thunderbolt, Wild Charge
Competitive Niche: The new Sunne God Pokémon is packing heat. With great coverage moves, powerful STAB attacks, good bulk and offenses, and access to Rock Polish, Ansunne can be the mini-Primal Groudon of the OU tier. An immunity to a 4x weakness is just the icing on the cake.

Old Pokémon Name: Lunatone
New Pokémon Name: Asmoone
Evolution Method: Moon Stone
Typing:
1539301687606.png
1539303732758.png

Abilities: Levitate
Stats: 100 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 / 70 | BST: 600
New Moves: Focus Blast, Misty Terrain, Dazzling Gleam, Thunder, Thunderbolt
Competitive Niche: As the more defensive of the two, the new Moone God Pokémon is quite a capable wall. Its great bulk allows it to pull of a neat Calm Mind set, and if it's feeling Magearna-ish, then it can try a cool Double Dance set as well. Of course there's always the standard Rocks set with Moonlight, or the Rock Polish 3 attacks set. Immunities to a weakness and most hazards are pretty nice as well.

Old Pokémon Name: Dialga
New Pokémon Name: Dia
Evolution Method: Level up at Spear Pillar
Typing:

Abilities: Pressure / Telepathy
Stats: 50 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 50 / 45 | BST: 385
Removed Moves: Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Roar of Time
Competitive Niche: As the counterpart to Pal, Dia's stats are similar, but are swapped accordingly. With a great defensive typing and access to Eviolite, Dia would be a powerful wall in the LC tier.

Stats: 85 / 75 / 110 / 85 / 120 / 35 (BST: 530)
New Moves: Giga Drain, Strength Sap, Toxic Spikes, Aromatherapy

Jamis361 Drought and Misty Terrain are too high on the ability ranking for Solrock and Lunatone (also your Lunatone says Corsola). The max is 3.5. You can find the ability rankings in the OP of the thread.

New Pokemon Name: Seashoal (corruption of seashell + shoal, which is another word for coral reef)
Evolves By: leveling up with another Corsola in the party
Type:

Ability: Dense* / Kelp* / Magic Guard
*Dense - Halves damage from physical moves. (Fur Coat clone)
*Kelp - Sap Sipper clone, but raises Special Attack instead of Attack.

Stats: 95 (+30) / 65 (+10) / 95 (+0) / 105 (+40) / 105 (+10) / 65 (+30) BST: 530
New Moves: Shore Up, Coral Blast*, Toxic Spikes, Spikes
(*Coral Blast = Rock-type Hydro Pump)
Competitive Niche: Seashoal has gotten a massive increase in BST, allowing it to not only tank hits, but also fire back. Shore Up gives it the useful recovery not only outside of Sand, but in Sand as well. Coral Blast allows it to nail things like Mega Pinsir and Dragonite with ease. Toxic Spikes and Spikes allow Seashoal to be a very good hazard user, setting on Defoggers such as Landorus-T due to Dense as well as it’s amazing 95/95/105 bulk. Seashoal also isn’t a slouch offensively either thanks to base 105 Special Attack, allowing it to keep up pressure while supporting the team, making it a perfect teammate for balance and semi-stall teams alike.

Because Solrock and Lunatone are categorized as "Meteorite Pokemon" and said to have fallen from space, I based their evos' types on asteroids and comets.

Old Pokemon Name: Solrock
New Pokemon Name: Soliron
Type:
(Asteroids are made of Rock + Metal)
New Moves: *Meteor Power, Heavy Slam, Rapid Spin,
*Meteor Power - Raises Speed, Attack, and Accuracy by 1 stage.
Ability: Levitate | Heavy Metal (HA)
Stats: 95 / 120 / 110 / 70 / 80 / 95 | 570 BST (Weight: 225.8 kg)
Competitive Niche: Soliron is a physical sweeper with an interesting type combo alongside Levitate. Hard walling Landorus-T and many other pokemon relying on Ground coverage to hit Steels is a nice perk to offset its 4x Fighting weakness. Meteor Power's accuracy boost pairs perfectly with Stone Edge; Iron Head, Earthquake, and Flare Blitz round out its attacking coverage. It has some potential as a support tank, as well.

Old Pokemon Name: Lunatone
New Pokemon Name: Lunatail (Comets have tails)
Type:
(Comets are made of Rock + Ice)
New Moves: *Comet Power, Freeze Dry, Rapid Spin
*Comet Power - Raises Speed, Special Attack, and Accuracy by 1 stage.
Ability: Levitate | Solar Power (HA)
Stats: 95 / 70 / 80 / 120 / 110 / 95 | 570 BST
Competitive Niche: Lunatail is a special sweeper with a type combo that is powerful on offense but poor on defense. The accuracy boost from Comet Power allows it to run Blizzard, however, with Power Gem, Earth Power, and Freeze Dry hitting most pokemon that resist it super effectively. Running Solar Power might make it hard to set up, but it could potentially hit incredibly hard with a Specs set. (and it's based on what happens to a comet when the sun shines on it)

Old Pokemon Name: Corsola
New Pokemon Name: Corpelago
Type:

New Moves:
*Calcify, Spikes, Bulk Up, Megahorn
*Calcify - changes target's type to mono Rock, boosts user's Def 1 stage
Ability: Magic Guard / Natural Cure | Regenerator (HA)
Stats: 75 / 105 / 135 / 75 / 105 / 35 | 530 BST
Competitive Niche: Magic Guard lets Corpelago use Head Smash without recoil and makes it immune to hazard and status damage, which should go a long way towards salvaging it's poor defensive typing. Calcify may seem gimmicky but many pokemon that would be able to force Corpelago out can instead be set up on if they have been hit by Calcify on the switch ( Ferrothorn and Landorus-T, for instance ). It could also be used with Whirlpool for Toxic trapping schenanigans a la Pyukumuku.

Ability: Technician
Stats: 100/60/70/110/100/100 (540 BST)
New Moves: Snarl, Shadow Puppet, Moonlight, Foul Play, Night Daze
Shadow Puppet: The user controls the surroundings of the battlefield to sneak attack the foe. Dark Type, 40 BP, 100 Accuracy, Special
Competitive Niche: Luclips is a relatively fast special attacker who can take advantage of its technician boost to cripple foes with Snarl. In addition, Foul Play lets it hit hard physically against many foes, while Shadow Puppet is a technician boosted priority move.

Ability: Rock Head
Stats: 100/110/95/60/95/80 (540 BST)
New Moves: Head Smash, Psychic Fangs, Breakdown, Synthesis, Fire Lash
Breakdown: The user loses control and lashes out. Psychic Type, Physical, 150 Base Power, 80 Accuracy, Physical. Deals 50% of the damage dealt as recoil.
Competitive Niche: Soclips is an incredibly hard hitting mixed tank that gets a wide variety of hard hitting coverage options. It has access to Flare Blitz, Head Smash, and Breakdown to take advantage of its Rock Head ability.

1539348417263.png

Old Pokemon Name: Corsola
Evolves by leveling up while diving
New Pokemon Name: Anthezoria (Anthozoa + Me playing around)
Type:
1539348177673.png
1539348005584.png

Ability: Insurgence/Triage/Regenerator
Insurgence: If the foe uses a status move, they lose 1/4th of their health
Stats: 80/70/120/85/110/50 (BST 515)
New Moves: Aromatherapy, Toxic Spikes, Lifeline
Lifeline: Water type Draining Kiss clone.
Competitive Niche: When using Insurgence, Anthezoria has a unique niche of punishing foes trying to set up on it, while it’s other abilities can be used to make it an excellent Pivot. It is best as either a pivot or a lead, although it is a perfectly viable wall.

1539348436505.png

Old Pokemon Name: Dialga
New Pokemon Name: Temphant (Temporal + Infant)
Type:
1539348076379.png
1539348044711.png

Ability: Sturdy
Stats: 65/50/75/65/65/40 (BST 360)
Removed Moves: Draco Meteor, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Roar of Time, Aura Sphere, Outrage
Competitive Niche: Temphant is a tanky pokemon with a fantastic typing and ability. It can run Berry Juice or Eviolite, and can take many hits from some of the best physical and special attackers in the meta. This makes it a fantastic pivot, but Temphant can also be used as a decent lead.

Evolved when levelled up after defeating a Toxapex
New Pokemon Name: Coralossal (coral + colossal)
Type:

New Moves: Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Knock Off, Whirlpool
Ability: Rough Skin, Natural Cure, Regenerator
Stats: 80 / 65 / 133 / 84 / 133 / 35 (530 BST)
Competitive Niche: Coralossal aims to compress the roles of Toxapex and Ferrothorn into but with a few extra weaknesses and four move slot syndrome is unable to completely fulfil both roles. Reliable recovery and Regenerator makes sure that Coralossal stays at a good amount of health with relative ease to annoy opponents with support moves such as Scald and Knock Off, trap opponents with Whirlpool, and set hazards. It has its own niche being able trap opponents with Whirlpool and KO them with residual damage from Whirlpool, Toxic Spikes, and Rough Skin.

Evolved when levelled up during the day with max happiness.
New Pokemon Name: Solarite (Solar + meteorite)
Type:

New Moves: Bulk Up, Healing Wish
Ability: Levitate, Solar Core (Rock-type moves boost Defence instead of dealing damage, including Stealth Rocks).
Stats: 100 / 130 / 110 / 60 / 85 / 90 (570 BST)
Competitive Niche: Good attack and good STAB coverage is really all Solarite needs. Flare Blitz, Stone Edge, Earthquake has perfect coverage with the option to run Bulk Up to improve its wall breaking potential, Rock Polish to sweep, Explosion to boom! or other support moves. Its hidden ability allows it to safely come in on Stealth Rocks or play mind games with Levitate/Solar Core immunities.

Evolved when levelled up at night with max happiness.
New Pokemon Name: Lunarite (Lunar + meteorite)
Type:

New Moves: Bulk Up, Memento
Ability: Levitate, Lunar Core (Rock-type moves boost Special Defence instead of dealing damage, including Stealth Rocks).
Stats: 100 / 60 / 65 / 130 / 110 / 90 (570 BST)
Competitive Niche: Lunarite is the specially-orientated counterpart of this celestial duo. Good special attack and good STAB coverage is really all Lunarite needs. Ice Beam, Power Gem, Earth Power has perfect coverage with the option to run Bulk Up to improve its wall breaking potential, Rock Polish to sweep, Explosion to boom! or other support moves. Its hidden ability allows it to safely come in on Stealth Rocks or play mind games with Levitate/Lunar Core immunities.

Evolves at Spear Pillar at level 47+.
New Pokemon Name: Dia (follows same pattern as Pal and Gir)
Type:

Removed Moves: Roar of Time
Ability: Pressure, Time Dilation (sets Gravity upon switch-in)
Stats: 50/ 60 / 80 / 100 / 50 / 45 (385 BST)
Competitive Niche: Pal and Gir probably outshine Dia in terms of offensive presence but Steel/Dragon typing gives it one of the best defensive typings in the tier. Even top tier threats, Mienfoo and Scraggy, are slightly neutered by the fact they can not use High Jump Kick. Access to Roar, Toxic, Stealth Rock, etc. will make Dia an essential support Pokemon.

Typing:
Abilities: Pressure / Telepathy
Stats: 50 / 50 / 75 / 115 / 55 / 40 | BST: 385
Removed Moves: Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Roar of Time
Competitive Niche: Everyone was doing the same stats, so I thought I’d mix things up a bit. Dis is more of an offensive presence being able to nuke a lot of stuff with specs of a Z-move. It’s bulk is quite good, allowing it to switch in on things it knows it can beat, and punching a hole in their team as much as it can.

Original Pokemon Name: Corsola
New Pokemon Name: Correef (Coral + reef)

Move Additions: Horn Leech, Wood Hammer, Smart Strike, Spikes
Competitive Niche (OU): You gain a lot more bulk and some extra coverage you can turn into a third STAB if you don’t want a walling ability.

Original Pokemon Name: Solrock
New Pokemon Name: Soldour (Sol + boulder)

Competitive Niche (OU): You get more bulk and reliable healing, on top of better offensive potential.

Original Pokemon Name: Lunatone
New Pokemon Name: Lunatain (Luna + mountain)
Evolution Method: Evolves by leveling up with high Affection at night.
Type: Rock/Fairy
Ability: Levitate
Stats: 100 (+ 10)/65 (+ 10)/80 (+ 15)/115 (+ 20)/95 (+ 10)/75 (+ 5) (max 530) (530 + 70)

New Pokemon Name: Diagress (Diamond + digress)
Evolution Method: Evolves by leveling up at Spear Pillar
Type: Dragon/Steel
Ability: Analytic/Pressure
Stats: 50 (-50)/ 60 (- 60)/ 80 (- 60)/ 100 (- 50)/ 50 (- 50)/ 45 (- 45) BST 385 (-295)
Move Subtractions: Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Roar of Time
Competitive Niche (LC): You can take advantage of your low speed with Analytic to become a special wallbreaker.
