Invalid Exceptional BW ZU Ladder/Challenge Format/Teambuilder

The BW ZU community is hosting the tournament with the biggest cash prize in Smogon History, which has predictably garnered a lot of hype from people all across the site. The only problem is that you can't:

Teambuild in it (have to use BW PU, which obviously has a different mons list, meaning you might accidentally prepare for something not in the tier or bring a banned mon)
Challenge people to it (BW PU again) [apparently this is already being worked on]
Ladder in it to test your teams

So i'm proposing that for the duration of the tour BW ZU be added as a tier on PS (similar to the ROA ladders of the month) so that people can build and practice the tier ahead of the tournament without having to rely on third party validators. I'm sure this ladder would see a lot of traction with the amount of hype the tour is generating
