⸻ 3. | Introduction ⸻ I just wanna start off by saying this will be my first RMT solo so please leave constructive criticism or thoughts on the team any and everything is appreciated. I really want to impress Coach SAV so here we go, first idea started off with brick break because I wanted a screen breaker that could punish the offensive screen users like , or which we have seen run rampant in current meta game. Next, I needed something for , because can set screens and be a problem along with superpower so as a defensive pivot, I decide to go with . Moltres hinders a lot of the physical attackers in the OU tear from clicking things like close combat or low sweep or brick break for example next I needed to answer for four attack and something to apply pressure to , which was you can call me bias but Hydrapple has been providing a nice nasty plot sweeper for the team along with a great wall to threats like i mentioned prior and things like and ,after that, I needed a special wall to check things like sun teams, a.k.a. which i chose to be that answer with tera water to troll max those sun teams while also providing future site, which can break teams being synergized with who is next and also abusing future site is with his usage of brick break. Last spot was the atrocious threat that raging bolt was along with the hazard control I decided to add who’s provided good hazard control gives darkrai opening to double in and punish spin blockers. Cough cough*

️
Zangetsu (Darkrai) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Bad Dreams
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 32 Atk / 220 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Brick Break
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Sludge Bomb
Role: Mixed Wallbreaker / Cleaner
Darkrai is the offensive centerpiece. Expert Belt lets it feign Choice item while scoring surprise Damage on threats like and . Dark Pulse is consistent STAB, Ice Beam nails Dragons and Grounds or should i say , Brick Break punishes and , and Sludge Bomb crushes Fairies such as or .
Tera Poison flips the script against Fairy revenge killers and provides a one-time defensive buffer against U-turn spam and . the 32 evs in atk was to ensure a 2hko against offensive gambit with leftovers along with a for sure 3hko against so mixed with future site runs out of softboil turns. Potential could go tera ghost but tera poison allows you to ohko
And i pretty sure physical defensive
Hydrapple walls common Ground and Water attackers while maintaining momentum with Regenerator. It punishes physical hitters with Rocky Helmet, making it an excellent pivot into , , or . After a Nasty Plot, it becomes surprisingly threatening. Tera Steel eliminates its Fairy and Dragon weaknesses and improves its defensive matchup versus , , & Moonblast users.
Moltres serves as the team’s defensive backbone against strong physical attackers like Gambit and Rillaboom. Flame Body passively punishes contact moves, while Hurrican applies pressure to dragonite lol if it connects. U-turn keeps up momentum for breakers like and , and Tera Fairy lets it comfortably tank Dark or Dragon hits from and Banded dragonite. Moltres originally ran scortch sand to punish & but i felt overwhelmed by this spam of tera flying dragonite.
forms the special half of the Regen core and enables the team’s offensive tempo. Future Sight creates dangerous two-turn pressure with Zamazenta or Darkrai, forcing impossible switches. Thunder Wave slows fast threats like Iron Valiant or Booster . Chilly Reception safely brings in teammates and resets weather. Tera Water gives it critical resistance to Fire and Ground while shrugging off Rain/ sun abusers. With the regen core and its longevity i was debating on twave/toxic/ or ice beam found myself like twave more.

️ Chad (Zamazenta) @ Choice Band
Ability: Dauntless Shield
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Heavy Slam
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
Role: Physical Breaker / Speed Control
Choice Band Zamazenta offers unmatched immediate offense. Close Combat 2HKOs nearly everything that doesn’t resist it. Heavy Slam crushes Fairies like Valiant and , Crunch hits Ghosts like and , and Stone Edge nails or . With Future Sight support, its Close Combats become near-unanswerable.
Tera Steel resists Fairy moves and boosts Heavy Slam’s power, adding another defensive layer versus Valiant.
⸻
Tetsu (Iron Treads) @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
Role: Hazard Setter / Utility
Iron Treads provides essential hazard control and offensive utility along with a electric immunity and dragon resist to that terrifying neck we call . Booster Energy boosts its Speed, allowing it to outspeed key threats early-game. Knock Off removes Boots to amply chip damage potential and Stealth Rock support for the breaking core. Tera Ghost prevents spin-blocking and offers a one-time immunity to Fighting/ normal types. ⸻ 5. | Threats To The Team ⸻
Most noticeable threat was sub which caught me off guard often. Sub , sub (with tera fire) i ran into both while i was climbing ;-;
can easily get out of hand if not positioned correctly same goes for
Hazard stack with tera ghost and av I genuinely hate this things existence
Good in many aspects but has no priority moves/set up counter, any pokemon with swords dance and fast speed or priority move, e.g focus sash cereludge weak armor swords dance, easily sweeps the team if the cereludge comes out at the right time
