Farfetch'd serves as a niche wallbreaker in ZU, being able to 2HKO defensive staples like Machoke, Gourgeist-L, and Shiinotic. Thanks to Close Combat, Farfetch'd can 2HKO Flying-resistant foes such as Klang, Corsola, and Carkol after Stealth Rock. First Impression allows Farfetch'd to revenge kill weakened threats like Bellossom, Galarian Mr. Mime, and Swoobat, as well as threaten faster Dark- and Psychic-types such as Galarian Linoone and Lunatone. Knock Off removes items from checks such as Pyukumuku and Vullaby, enabling Farfetch'd to 2HKO them later with Brave Bird, and serves as Farfetch'd's best option versus Bronzor and Solrock. Alternatively, Farfetch'd can run Defog, but its low bulk prevents it from reliably removing entry hazards, and without Knock Off, Farfetch'd is a worse wallbreaker. The boost from Life Orb allows Farfetch'd to OHKO Gloom and 2HKO Pyukumuku after Stealth Rock damage.

Due to its low Speed, lackluster bulk, and recoil damage from Brave Bird and Life Orb, Farfetch'd is easily revenge killed by faster threats like Silvally-Ice, Pikachu, and Stonjourner. Therefore, Sticky Web setters such as Charjabug and Swirlix are great partners, alleviating its poor Speed. In return, they value Farfetch'd punishing Defog attempts. Farfetch'd appreciates pivots such as Vibrava, Galarian Linoone, and Charjabug that can safely bring it on the field, as well as bulkier Pokemon that are able to take hits for it such as Gourgeist-L and Klang. Sweepers and wallbreakers that appreciate Steel- or Rock-types being weakened such as Eiscue, Silvally-Ice, and Mr. Mime are also good partners. Other physical attackers such as Gourgeist-L, Grapploct, and Toxic Orb Galarian Linoone make for potent teammates, dealing with some of Farfetch'd's checks such as Pyukumuku, Stonjourner, and Solrock.

Farfetch'd is one of the hardest hitting wallbreakers in ZU thanks to a very powerful STAB move in Brave Bird, that is able to 2HKO defensive staples like Machoke, Gourgeist-L, and Shiinotic. Moreover, thanks to Close Combat, Farfetch'd is able to hit Flying-type resistances such as Klang, Corsola, and Cufant for super effective damage and 2HKO them. First Impression is a very strong priority move which allows Farfetch'd to revenge kill weakened threats like Wartortle, Galarian Mr. Mime, and Silvally-Ice (I'd mention how it heavily pressures offensive Psychic and Dark types like Linoone-G, Mime-G and Lunatone). Knock Off removes Farfetch'd's checks' item such as Pyukumuku's Leftovers and Vullaby's Eviolite allowing Farfetch'd to 2HKO them later with Brave Bird, while also being Farfetch'd best option versus Bronzor and Solrock. Moreover, U-turn can be ran over Knock Off in order Farfetch'd to generate momentum and chip its defensive checks(fluff). Alternatively, Farfetch'd can run Defog but its frailty prevents it from reliably removing hazards throughout a game (Mention that Farfetch'd would usually want to be attacking too instead of clearing hazards). Farfetch'd really enjoys the Life Orb boost(Life orb allows Farfetch'd to...), allowing it to OHKO Gloom and 2HKO Pyukumuku after SR, but between Brave Bird's and Life Orb's recoil as well as Stealth Rock, Farfetch'd gets quickly weakened. That's why Heavy-Duty Boots are a viable alternative, that trades raw power for longevity (fluff).

Due to its low Speed and frailty, Farfetch'd is easily revenge killed by faster threats like Silvally-Ice, Mr. Mime, and Persian. Therefore, Sticky Webs setters such as Charjabug and Swirlix are great partners, since this hazards allows Farfetch'd to outspeed its offensive checks(fluff), while thanks to Defiant it can deter punish Defog. Furthermore, since Farfetch'd can't afford to take any hit(fluff). Farfetch'd appreciates VoltTurn users pivots such as Silvally-Ice, Galarian Linoone, and Charjabug that can safely bring it on the field, as well as bulkier Pokemon able to take hits for it such as Gourgeist-L and Klang. Attackers Offensive Pokemón that appreciate Steel- or Rock-types to be weakened such as Eiscue, Silvally-Ice, and Mr. Mime enjoy Farfetch'd's ability to weaken them are also good partners. Since Farfetch'd succumbs quickly from recoil and hazards,(fluff) Other physical wallbreakers such as Gourgeist-L, Shedinja, and Toxic Orb Galarian Linoone are welcomed in order Farfetch'd not to be overwhelmed and they can also that deal with some of Farfetch'd's checks such as Pyukumuku, Solrock and Trubbish are good partners.

Alternatively, Farfetch'd can run Defog but its frailty prevents it from reliably removing hazards throughout a game and without Knock Off, Farfetch'd is a worse wallbreaker. Moreover, due to its ability to threaten almost the entire metagem with its coverage, Farfetch'd usually rather to attack instead of clearing hazards. Life Orb boost allows it to OHKO Gloom and 2HKO Pyukumuku after SR.

Due to its low Speed and frailty and recoil damage*, Farfetch'd is easily revenge killed by faster threats like Silvally-Ice, Mr. Mime, and Persian. Although czim edited out the point on BB+LO recoil, I feel it is significant enough to mention at the start of the second paragraph because it's a major point when using Farfetch'd, keeping it healthy enough to attack and playing around your opp baiting recoil damage through pivoting.*

Farfetch'd is serves as a niche wallbreaker in ZU, that is able to 2HKO defensive staples like Machoke, Gourgeist-L, and Shiinotic. Moreover, Thanks (Capitalize) to Close Combat, Farfetch'd is able to hit can 2HKO (Can is subjective, but avoids repetition of "able to" from first sentence) Flying-type resistances Flying-resistant foes such as Klang, Corsola, and Carkol for super effective damage and 2HKO them after Stealth Rock damage. First Impression allows Farfetch'd to revenge kill weakened threats like Bellossom, Galarian Mr. Mime, and Swoobat, as well as threaten faster Dark- and Psychic-types such as Galarian Linoone and Lunatone. Knock Off removes Farfetch'd's checks' items from checks such as Pyukumuku's Leftovers and Vullaby's Eviolite,(AC) allowing enabling (Subjective, but avoids repetition of allow) Farfetch'd to 2HKO them later with Brave Bird,(AC) while also being and serves as Farfetch'd's best option versus Bronzor and Solrock. Offensive Pokemon (wallbreakers or sweepers would be a better fit than Pokemon) that appreciate Steel- or Rock-types to be being weakened such as Eiscue, Silvally-Ice, and Mr. Mime are also good partners. Other physical attackers such as Gourgeist-L, Shedinja, and Toxic Orb Galarian Linoone make for potent teammates,(AC) that deal dealing with some of Farfetch'd's checks such as Pyukumuku, Solrock, and Trubbish are also potent teammates.
