Farfetch'd is OP

With its stick and high critical hit ratio moves combo, this Pokemon has 100% chance to crit! which bypasses defences! I think that it should be upgraded to at least UU or OU status.

That isn't how tiers work. They are based on usage, and Farfetch'd needs 3.41% usage in the UU tier in order to move up.
