Hey there! I tried making a few teams in the past, mostly all weather teams but none of them really seemed to do that well so I gave up and decided to just make a team of my favourite pokes! haha
Team has actually been doing really well, I win about 5/6 battles but I want to improve so I'm asking for your help!
Rotom-Wash @choice scarf
252SAtt, 252Spd, 4Sdef (modest)
-trick
-hydro pump
-volt switch
-pain split
Usually my lead since where i just volt switch out or trick! Trick is not that common these days but it should be used much more often I think! So many times i have crippled opponents such as ferrothorn, gliscor and reuniclus with the trick and it pays off so much! hydropump and volt switch are there as two stab moves and helps momentum. Pain split is my form of recovery. My only problem with Rotom-Wash is that maybe he is too frail...but im not sure what EV spread to use
Scizor @choice band
252Att, 248HP, 8 Sdef (adamant)
-U turn
-bullet punch
-superpower
-pursuit
My big hitter, choice band scizor is a boss! U-turn is there to help keep momentum and works great with rotom-wash. bullet punch is priority stab and not many things can take it well. Superpower is to hit any predicted steal type switch ins hard! pursuit works great to switch in on psychic types. Easily takes out starmie, latios and celebi.
Heatran @leftovers
-247HP, 252Sdef, 9Spe (Calm)
-stealth rocks
-lava plume
-earth power
-roar
My special wall and stealth rocker. Is a great check to many things like most dragon types, that annoying volcarona and generally other fire types. I usually get the switch in pretty easy and always bring him in to take fire moves aimed at scizor and get the flash fire boost. Earthpower is coverage and lava plume is stab. Roar is there to get rid of any batton passers and anything that thinks it can set up.
Gliscor @toxic orb
252HP, 184Def, 72Spe (impish)
-toxic
-taunt
-protect
-earthquake
My physical wall. Is a great check to most things and a great switch in to things that try EQ heatran. toxic is there to get some residual damage on the opponent. Protect is to scout and recover some HP. Taunt stops people from setting up on me, and also great for things like ferrothorns and skarmorys. EQ is there as stab
Latios @choice specs
4HP, 252SAtt, 252Spe (timid)
-draco meteor
-hidden power fire
-surf
-psyshock
This guy goes massive damage to anything that tries to switch in to a draco! He also acts as my dragon killer since he outspeeds everything else without a scarf! HP fire is there to take out scizors that try to switch in. Surf is coverage and psyshock is my second stab move. I'm pretty happy with him and every opponent fears the draco meteor! Also chosen because of his ability levitate, helps me switch in to something that trys to EQ heatran which is suprising often!
Conkeldurr @leftovers
120HP, 252Att, 136Sdef (adamant)
-bulk up
-drain punch
-ice punch
-mach punch
This guy is kind of my status absorber. After bulk up and a guts boost means he is seriously dangerous! swept with him a few times! mach punch is there as priority stab and is a great second revenge killer to scizor. Ice punch is there as coverage and drain punch is stab and recovery. I've KOed a ferrothorn before with one drain punch before! (not sure on its ev spread but still ferrothorn is bulky!)
Well thats my team! My main problems are with things that take out my heatran then ive too many weaknesses...any suggestions at all are very appreciated! :D
