EQ over Dragon Claw in my opinion. Dragon Claw is not STAB'ed, so no point of it. EarthQuake is stronger and hits SO many things. Earthquake always over DClaw. Other than that, good set.

Feraligator Question

Did you manage to get a hold of a Ice Punch AND DD feraligatr? if you can't get one (DD+Ice Punch on Dragonite on emerald, import to D/P, breed with female Totodile) I can hook you up with a male Toto with both moves for nothing much, i can add in Jolly too, for outspeeding Jolteon after a DDance as someone said earlier in the Topic, So if you want one, pm me.
I think it has both moves on it.
Like MANY people have said before, if you want to use Feraligatr, you might want to use it for what he can do and Gyarados can't. Although I'm not saying that Feraligatr is a bad Dragon Dancer (granted he's pretty good for a non - >600 Total Base Stat Pokemon), but sadly Gyarados does it much better.
Some good thoughts are Swords Dance and Agility, two moves that Gyarados only wishes to have. The Swords Dance set could be used as is or as a SubSalac sweeper. An Agility set could play with Life Orb to compensate the loss of physical offense and usually requires less Speed EVs. The note of learning Ice Punch and Superpower are also good mentions, as it adds a bit more of power. There's also Torrent, which is only shared by other Water starters and can help boost Waterfall to great heights (<- sp?).

Yep, and if you have Aqua Tail, it'd be even worse for your opponent, but you don't want to miss after setting all of that up.
