Feraligatr @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Liquidation
- Ice Punch
- Crunch

Feraligatr is a strong late-game setup sweeper for offensive teams thanks to its Life Orb- and Sheer Force-boosted attacks. Its decent defensive stats for an offensive pokemon let it set up on a lot of neutral attacks, and its good defensive typing allows it to resist common priority moves such as Scizor's Bullet Punch and Crawdaunt's Aqua Jet. The strong coverage of Liquidation, Ice Punch, and Crunch allows Feraligatr to threaten a large portion of the metagame, securing KOs against Pokemon such as Hippowdon, offensive Mega Altaria, Latias, and Celebi after a single Dragon Dance. However, Feraligatr struggles to break past bulky Water-types, such as Mantine and Primarina. Also, even after a boost, it is outsped and revenge killed by faster Pokemon such as Mega Sceptile, Zeraora, and Choice Scarf Hydreigon. Feraligatr appreciates teammates that can break bulky Water-types, such as Mega Manectric and Calm Mind Latias. Feraligatr especially appreciates dual screens support from Xatu or Azelf, which gives it the bulk to set up and break teams more easily while making it harder to revenge kill.

Feraligatr however However, Feraligatr struggles to break past bulky Water-types, such as Mantine, (RC) which can Haze away Dragon Dance boosts, (RC) and Primarina which resists all of Feraligatr's attacks. (keep period) While it outspeeds all pokemon up to and including Mega Manectric after one Dragon Dance, it is also easily Also, even after a boost, it is outsped and revenge killed by faster pokemon Pokemon such as Mega Sceptile, Zeraora, (AC) and Choice Scarf Hydreigon. Feraligatr therefore appreciates teammates that can break bulky Water-types, such as Mega Manectric and Calm Mind Latias, as well as entry hazard support such as Stealth Rock Krookodile and Spikes Froslass to help wear down its checks. (keep period) It can also appreciate Dual Screens Feraligatr especially appreciates dual screens support from pokemon such as Xatu and or Azelf, offering it a much greater chance of being able to use Dragon Dance twice, allowing it to break teams easier and which gives it the bulk to set up and break teams more easily while making it harder to revenge kill.
