Aeolus and I have also decided that, should you not find any of your accounts on this list, you can appeal to both of us with the reasons why you should be allowed to vote. However, we are not going to grant many of these, and you should be extremely detailed as to why you feel you should get to vote, remembering that Doug, Aeolus and myself have every last byte of data at our disposal to identify inconsistencies in your plea.
The 164 accounts on this list earned the right to vote on all five of the suspects, taking in to consideration both the weighted SEXP for each suspect (Skymin 4, Garchomp 3.5, etc.) and the minimum SEXP threshold for each individual suspect (nobody who had 0 SEXP with any one suspect is on this list regardless of how much he or she garnered with the others). Given a multitude of factors including the two I just mentioned, the duration of this test, and the number of suspects, we are able to waive the previous Suspect Test requirement of written paragraphs. Meaning this is it: the people who successfully identify these accounts will be voting on all five of the suspects.
Even though this isn't the voting thread I will make clear here that the issue to be considered for each suspect for this round of voting is each suspect's specific "brokenness" in the artificial "metagame" of Stage 3. Do not consider how any one of the suspects will fare in a real metagame, or call upon previous Suspect Tests where the suspects were tested in isolation.
