Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Habanero-Arcanine took a look at Suicune and is filled with deep sadness. For there was a time, before her debut, when her kin was dreamt to be amongst the powerful ranks of Legendary Pokemons by the game developers IIRC. But that had been just a midsummer's dream, a heat wave that blew by the plains, faster than Habanero-Arcanine or any individual of her species can run and they can run around-the-world-in-60-hours-kinda-fast. Seeing a quadrupedal Legendary Pokemon raised again that feeling, of a love long lost, a pride long gone -but it also brought up in Habanero an unwavering resolve to prove herself and her lineage, that she has the strength worthy of being deemed a Legend.
Using that resolve and some nakama power, Habanero-Arcanine released all her feelings firepower in one blast, causing a fiery explosion right where Suicune is standing! At first the light from the explosion blinded all spectators, but soon everyone can see that Suicune summoning a wave of water to douse the inferno, standing relatively unscathed.
... Now there's something a bit off about Habanero-Arcanine. It's almost as if her fur had bleached out, somehow......
Duicune fired a powerful Hydro Pump as the bout goes on, but Habanero-Arcanine swiftly dodged the attack and Bashed Suicune right in the nuzzle! But being this close left Habanero-Arcanine wide open to a wide counterattack, and another wave of water crashed into her- oh but she shook it off like it was normal! It definitely isn't! How can she take a powerful Water-type legendary attack and remain so unfazed!

Toon decides how to order against Mega-Tyranitar again
EM counters
I'll edit in Tyranitar at post-round stats I promise its almost 2am here and it's still a a Friday 2am
Arcanine Close Combat -> Iron Tail -> Close Combat IF Counter THEN Solar Beam IF Switch-Forcing Move AND Tyranitar is not under the effects of Switch-Forcing THEN Roar IF Rest is ordered A1 or A2 THEN replace A2 with Close Combat
Assuming sun is up
Assuming ttar is at 22en
Assuming things can't get any more worse now
Edited
Oh oops I should be able to declare I don't want to activate Sand Stream, before Toon ordered. Does that change your orders Toon?
Also Tyranitar should only have 22 energy, when the energy for Sand Stream was deducted the first time I don't think it made it to the post-round sunmary
Mega-Tyranitar activated Super SaiyanDragon mode, but Habanero-Arcanine had already been weaving in hard and fast, favoring Close Combat now that she had lost her inherent weakness to Rock-type attacks. Mega-Tyranitar wound up for a Punch to parry off Habanero-Arcanine's Tail, before retaliating in a flurry of Superpowered attacks - Habanero-Arcanine had to keep retreating- but oh, Mega-Tyranitar had stopped! And collapsed onto the ground - it seems that Mega-Tyranitar has finally ran out of steam! Habanero-Arcanine looks much worse for wear, but the standing ovation of the crowd woah!!
Well, it looks like that Burn Up attack not only took away Habanero-Arcanine's Rock weakness - it took away all weaknesses Habanero-Arcanine might have. This is definitely a surprising turn of events, and she looks set to bring down the final opponent with her!!

Oops I'm a noob. Arcanine should have -2 Def/SpD in the end of round summary.
Suicune: Brine ~ Surf ~ Brine
IF (Endure is used) THEN (use Roar and push actions back)
IF (Arcanine is under the effects of a protective/evasive move when you would act) THEN (use Tailwind on the first instance and Surf on future instances)
The challenger came pretty far in this qualifying match - and she's not done! Habanero-Arcanine manipulates the terrain, dodging down a hole and coming up the next in a valiant attempt to slow the Legendary Pokemon down. It wasn't until Suicune swamped the whole arena with a Surf attack that Toon finally recalled the soggy taco- I mean, chilli- I mean Pokemon, murmuring something like a quiet praise!
So will the Legendary Water-type Pokemon and its equally renowned trainer make an incredible three-for-three comeback to go down the history? Or will the aspiring Gym Leadership applicant pull one of the closest victory seen against the legend? The crowds cheers racuously, firing up both battlers in the arena!!

Jalapeno-Pyroak stepped back onto the battleground and roared, but the longer he looked at Suicune, the more he gets Pressured by the Legendary Pokemon's composure. There's no telling if he can win this fight, as fatigued as he was right then. The act of draining his opponents should be rejuvenating, yet he didn't feel that much from the thought of it... Giving in to rage, Jalapeno-Pyroak decides to take the fight to close combat Blows, but Suicune simply disappeared, leaving him to thrash around futilely, further tiring himself out......

Damnit, I really need sleep - I've been missing out on all these Subs by just not reading them and giving them thought. Fixing whatever Toon said soon. And by soon I mean past midnight on a weekday :(
Jalapeno-Pyroak is so exhausted at this point, that a smack of lips from Suicune generates a deluge(?) powerful enough to knock it down. Just like that. Suicune's snout is getting a little red from all that pepper powder it inhaled though.
