ORAS OU First Competitive Team RMT

Hello Guys! It's been awhile since I've made my team and I've had mixed reviews from battles from some wins to some losses. I decided I wanted to see what other people thought of my pokemon and the strategies that I use in battling. I also wanted to see the criticism and what I can do to improve and help my team grow.

Ferrothorn

Nature: Sassy
Ability:Iron Barbs
Item: Left Overs
Ivs: Hp,Attack,Defence,Sp.Atk,Sp.Def,Speed (6)
Evs: 252Defence 252Sp.Def 4HP
Moves:
Gyro Ball
Thunder Wave
Stealth Rock
Power Whip
I chose Ferrothorn because I needed a strong set up and wall and a steel type o my team. He also serves the purpose as being able to defeat fairy types. Ferrothorn is my most defensive pokemon by far he's there to set up to help the other succeed (thunder wave, Stealth rock). Gyro ball is necessary because it is the only move that can take out a fairy type on y team.Power whip allows me to successfully take down a water type.

Sableye
Nature: Careful
Ability: Prankster
Item: Sablenite/Nothing
Ivs: Hp,Attack,Defence,Sp.Atk,Sp.Def, (5)
Evs: 252Hp 252Sp.Def 4Defence
Moves:
Recover
Swagger
Will-O-Wisp
Foul Play
I chose sableye because coming into competitive battling I knew that he had a good move set and would be very strong on my team. His purpose on my team is kind of more on the trick room side. Swagger confuses the victim and raises their attack. They may hit themselves in their confusion if they do end up successfully attacking me I may have the chance to recover before they strike again do to hitting themselves in their confusion.

Gliscor
Nature: Impish
Ability: Poison Heal
Item: Toxic Orb
Ivs: Hp,Attack,Defence,Sp.Def,Speed (5)
Evs: 252Hp 252Defenece 4Attack
Moves:
Ice Fang
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Roost
I chose gligar because I ultimately need someone to take down flying types such as charizard or dragonite. His purpose on team is to sweep out some good fire an flying types and also remaining in battle due to its ability to real itself with poison heal and the move roost. Ice fang and stone edge allow me to take out strong flying types as well as stone edge will take out the fire types.

Azumarill
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Huge Power
Item: Expert Belt
Ivs: Hp,Attack,Defence,Sp,Atk,Sp.Def,Speed (6)
Evs; 252Hp 252Attack 4Def
Moves:
Aqua Jet
Superpower
Playrough
Belly Drum
I decide on azumarill because I needed a strong fairy type who also carries a wide variety of different moves. It has very high attack allowing it to take out its opponents easier. The expert belt also helps with that making super effective moves due more damage than usual

Dragonite
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Multiscale
Item: Lum Berry
Ivs: Hp,Attack,Defence,Sp.Atk,Sp.Def,Speed (6)
Evs: 252Attack 252Speed 4Def
Moves:
Outrage
Earthquake
Dragon Dance
Extreme Speed
I picked Dragonite because I needed a very good power house on my team. Dragonites strong attack and speed help it to move first as well as take out pokemon easily. Dragon dance helps to raise its attack. Then once its attack is fully risen hitting a pokemon with anyone of it's moves will do a fair amount of damage.

Blaziken
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Speed Boost
Item: Blazikenite/Nothing
Ivs:Hp,Attack,Sp.Atk,Sp.Def,Speed (5)
Evs: 252Attack 252Speed 4HP
Moves:
High Jump Kick
Flare Blitz
Protect
Knock Off
I decided on blaziken because of his high speed and attack. He's one of my sweeps, Able to take out a fair amount of pokemon. His speed boost raises his speed every turn. Protect allows me to protect my self when the opponents using a move like fly, dig ect.

So thats all I got. Please leave suggestions tell me if the team is good, if it sucks and improvements i can make to improve my team. Thank you so much :)

Hey! Nice team. I'm not the best at these reviews, but I'll give this one a shot.
First of all, last time I checked, Blaziken was Ubers, not OU. If you want a physical fire type in OU, most people choose Victini or Talonflame, and looking at your team, I would personally use Victini, a set somewhat like this:

victini.gif

Victini @ Life Orb
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 96 Atk / 160 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- Glaciate
- Energy Ball/Dazzling Gleam

It's still fast and hits very hard, but also gets some special attacking presence you don't really have now. If you really wanted a speed boost user, you could use Scolipede. You also appear to have a Keldeo problem, with almost everything but Azu and SayBayBay being weak to Ice/Water/Fighting coverage. In this spot, I'd probably replace Azumarill. You could go two ways with this- either make your team even more stall-like by adding a bulkier water or fairy type like Clefable or Suicune, or go more offensive with something like Tornadus-Therian. Personally, I think Torn would give you a bit too big of an ice/weavile weakness, and you appear to be going for a Dragonite sweep late game, so I would say something like:

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Rest
- Roar
- Calm Mind

Now, this isn't the best that this team can get I'm sure, but that's all that comes to me. Feel free to ignore this if it ends up terrible in practice. Also, these are smogon standard sets, so if you find an issue, there are many tweaks out there that can help. But, in my mind, this will help a lot, especially the Blaziken thing. Hope this was useful!
