first official BL/UU team

Hello to all raters of smogon!
Ok, a team in progress. I have at least half the pokemon, so it's not too far away from me.

PLEASE HELP :D

----------------------------------------------------------
dpmba197.png
Umbreon @ Leftovers
Synchronize Sassy 148Hp 142Atk 220spD
Baton pass
Wish
Curse
Payback
Curse passer, special great wall of china, and wish support. Pretty damn good. It's my lead so I can hopefully get curse going early. The EV spread allows for maximum leftover recovery, usable attack, and great spD. This thing takes hits like a champ and can do some damage. Either way, Umbreon is a great poke and stays.
Major Con: Only attack is dark, but that shouldn't be too much of a problem.
dpmfa009.png
Blastoise @ Leftovers
Torrent Bold [EV spread not final yet. Probably max lefties and def, then the rest in spD or spA]
Aqua Ring
Surf
Roar
Rapid Spin
My spinner and phazer. I would run haze, but the forced switch of roar is more valuable IMO. I should probably replace aquaring but I don't know what for, maybe stealth rocks? Anyway, this guy functions as a wall as well as a spinner, so he's pretty valuable.
dpmba389.png
Torterra @ Leftovers
Overgrow Impish 252Def 228HP 30Atk
Seed Bomb
Earthquake
Leech Seed
Stealth Rock
My personal favorite physical tank. Another maximum recovery EV spread and perfect defense with the rest dumped into attack. This guy not only walls, but phazes with leech seed and can do damage with ease. He's no sweeper, but he's no slouch either. I would drop seed bomb for stone edge for coverage, but I don't like wasting overgrow. Unfortunately, this guy is my only SRer, but he does his job perfectly.
Major Con: fails against flying types and LEAFEON...and other grass walls.
dpfba442.png
Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Pressure Careful 252 HP 140Atk 116SpD
Shadow Sneak
Sucker Punch
Return
Pain Split
Believe it or not, my primary acceptor of curse passes from Umbreon. Curse makes its defense sky rocket and the nature and EVs makes its SpD high as well. Two STABed priority moves make the loss of speed mean nothing. Return for regular damage and pain split for recovery. I may change the EVs a bit.
dpfba115.png
Khangeskhan @ Life Orb?
Scrappy Adamant 252Hp 252Atk 6spd
Sucker Punch
Fake Out
Return
Avalanche
Another possible receiver of curse boosts. No speed, so double priority again to make up for that. Kangheskhan is quite bulky without and EVs, so it can take some hits and with the curses it will be an almighty physical tank. I'm up for debate on the EV spread and move set, so all advice is appreciated.
dpmba226.png
Mantine @ Leftovers
Water Absorb Calm EV spread[soon to come, max lefties recov, max spD, rest in spA]
Mirror Coat
Confuse Ray
Surf
Hp [???]
Ok, my new special wall. It obviously falls to electric attacks, but thats where Torterra comes in. This also takes any water attacks aimed at my team. I need a reliable HP move so let me know. Actually the whole moveset is up for debate xD.

Ok made edits :D
It's a little bit shaky now since I just threw some replacements on there, but it should be a little better now?

Fighting types are huge problems for this team. You have 4 members weak to fighting and only one fighting resist, which gets torn up by rock moves, which are common on most fighting types.

Yeah...and fighting is by no means uncommon in BL/UU. and i have nothing to hit for super effective damage on it..so I gotta rethink that, but I like these pokemon too much haha. Oh well I'll find someone to put in. Maybe I'll run air slash on charizard over dragon pulse and change him from a sunnyzard to something that would function better as a lead.

anything else anyone?

on a side note, that's your clefable that I just added haha

EDIT: forgot to say thanks. thanks.

It's just plain BL, not BL/UU. Since I wouldn't imagine Wi-fi being too different from Shoddy, I'll just omit threats like random Hidden Power and Shaymin. Also, BLs follows the same policy for NFE's as UU: NFEs belong in the same tier as their evolved form, except for Hippopotas, so I'm sorry, Togetic is banned. Most of the sets you listed on your options are pretty ineffective anyways, so I'd just delete it. Although Haze Blastoise is extremely effective in BL, regardless of whether or not it carries HP Grass.
Your team seems to have plenty of trouble against common BL threats, but I'll touch on that later.
Firstly, Charizard is at huge risk to the nearly every lead who will likely outrun and status it. You tie with Staraptor (this is assuming speed IVs of 31, which I doubt it has due to Hidden Power?), so it's a gamble whether or not it will kill you before you use HP Electric on it. I'd rather you just run Umbreon as your lead and use it to set up Bellyzard, if you're still adamant about using it (no pun intended). Sunny Day is a complete waste when your team lacks the plenty of viable Chlorophyll Pokemon to use!
Pinsir will run through this team like a hot knife through butter: Scarf versions especially will cause you trouble. Replace Ambipom with a physical wall: since it's not really a lead, it's kind of useless, and lacks the raw power to "clean up" as you said. Dump Cloyster and use the newly BL Donphan, with great defense, Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, and Ice Shard for Scarf Flygon and Altaria. Yeah, it can't do much to Pinsir, but it'll be a roadblock. Since I just freed up a slot for you, consider having real heavy sweeper. BL has no shortage of them, pick one you think would be easy to breed/SR for.
Clefable is a terrible special wall in BL, due to the fact that it will, most of the time, be out Calm Minded, Rain Dance will be set up, etc. Regice would be an excellent compliment with a spinner on your team and to Torterra. However, you will still be exposed to stuff like Houndoom, Moltres, and Ninetales, so consider a novelty like Specs Kingdra in that heavy sweeper spot.

That's all the insight I can think of before bed. If there's anything else I have to help you, I'll post it here. Good luck!

Yeah my mistake, My First BL team :p
but anyway
wow that was amazing. thanks. ok let me think about this...
Didn't know that about NFE.
I'll lose charizard [though i do think it has 31 speed, 30 or 31 i dont feel like checking right now].
I do not like bellyzard, but i'll consider making umbreon a curse passer and having a heavy physical sweeper [would hitmonchan qualify?].
For a spinner, I would try fitting in blastoise before donphan because I like him more, but if that fails I guess I'd go with donphan.
I don't really like regice that much and to me the point of BL or UU battles is to use the pokemon that you like the most. I'll look around for a suitable replacement.
Also, to replacing ambipom, do I really need another physical wall? I'd have cloyster's replacement [either blastoise or donphan, both of which are rapid spinnners with high def] so I don't really think another one is necessary.
Anyway, I'll sleep on these changes and update in the morning.

Thanks a LOT Age of Kings.

This is just a suggestion, but i would consider swapping Hp Electric on Charizard for Solarbeam. Why? You have Hp Electric on it for Water types, but what about Bulky Waters? Solarbeam takes care of both possible switch-ins and due to Sunny Day, takes no preparation turn.

Yeah thanks I'll keep that in mind if I decide to actually keep charizard on the team. But he's probably gonna go. Still a useful suggestion.

note: I still have many changes to make, so please either read my last post or hold off on the ratings until I make them, though i would hate to decline any advice xD

Waiting for changes, but it's my pleasure to help out other BL players.

If you ever need assistance with team building or anything, don't hesistate to PM me. (But note that I'm an awful player who can just make creative teams, I'm terrible at prediction and stuff like that, and I freak out often if things don't go according to plan, so don't ask me for direct playing tips. xDD) Unfortunately, my idiot internet provider is stupid, so I don't have Wi-fi, so if you want to practice, it'll have to be on Shoddy, which will be likely inaccurate for testing purposes due to the fact that everything has odd Hidden Powers and Shaymin shows up once in awhile.

Replace Aqua Ring with Ice Beam on Blastoise because you're going to have to be able to hit dragons somehow and it's what Bulky Waters do usually.

Either HP Electric or Grass on Mantine, but again, ice Beam never hurts on a water type.

Spiritomb is OU according to Smogon.

In-game, I agree with Lovrina, Ice Beam over Aqua Ring. I myself run HP grass, but. Also, Haze over Roar, because I personally have found it to be more useful, plus it doesn't have negative priority.

Earthquake over Avalanche with Kanga, because between Life Orb and taking damage, it's not going to last long. On the other hand, your team seems to have troubles with Lanturn and possibly Raikou if it shows up on Wi-fi.

In place of Spiritomb, use a PHazer. For that job, I really don't know what exactly to use. That's the only thing that jumps out at me; otherwise, this team looks pretty solid.

wow spiritomb is OU? what a noobish mistake XD Thanks guys :D I'll make changes soon and hopefully be able to acquire these pokes :D
