Teambuilding Process:
So here the process, I really admire/ want to build teams like the wish killer one as i really do fancy it plus most teams I build I try to focus around mega alt as it is my fav mon so that why this team may look so, I really would like to ask someone if they would know how to build teams looking like wish killers consistently or something similar.

Team in depth:
altaria-mega.gif

Altaria @ Altarianite
Ability: Cloud Nine
EVs: 248 HP / 104 Def / 156 SpD
Bold Nature
- Roost
- Hyper Voice
- Heal Bell
- Flamethrower
Description: Reason as to why I choose alt may have already been stated but it is my fav pokemon, This set was choosen as this team honestly doesnt like status + the fact that is more looking like semi-stall so i opted to not go with the offense variants as I honestly dont think it would fit. Alt just seems like a mon that seriously underused which is a feature of some pokemon that drives me to use them, see the shit teams on my way here pastebins to see what i mean

gliscor.gif

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 8 Def / 200 SpD / 56 Spe
Careful Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Roost
Description: Im not very good at stall, but one thing im thinking is that maybe i should have at least one win-con on the down-low , but thats not the reason i choose glisc, glisc was choosen over something like tran because ( Im just a noob that looks at break my team :[) is check tflame and venu which are two of alts biggest fears, also being able to beat stuff like gengar and exca helps out alt alot.
ferrothorn.gif

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip
Description: Good ol ferro. As i stated before i mostly look at break my team/ mentally think of types/ mons im weak to, looking at it im pretty weak to ice types and faries while still checking stuff like azu which is a big threat atm for the team as is. It also check dragalge which tbh it not THAT much of a threat but still a one i dont want dropping dracos/sludge bombs everywere.
rotom-wash.gif

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
Description: Actually this was chosen before before ferro, this was here to check the apparant bird weakness on the team as checking mons like the previously mentioned azu, being able to check a mon like gyara is also nice for the team( quick note: zapdos was here before) but i removed it as i thought that rotom-w was a better mon to put in this position,
mandibuzz.gif

Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 136 Def / 108 SpD / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Foul Play
- Roost
- Taunt
- Defog
Description: The fallen buzzard, mandi was choosen because i had no way to remove rocks. Mandi also check a HUGE threat to this team which is hoopa-u a true monster against most of my builds even though alt technically checks it ( gunk hits hard af though ) taunt is also nice for the team as well. It is to note that I went with this mostly because of it checking hoopa but another reason is as i feel this got the shortend of the stick falling from me seeing it in most games when i played xy to being uu.
heatran.gif

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 192 SpD / 68 Spe
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
Description: What is a team without stealthrocks, tran was chosen as in reality ferro is not the best fairy counter as some of them opt to carry flamethower or hp fire, so i got tran as a backup to it,this set also kindof gives me an option to check stall abit as taunt + fire scald + toxic is nice for the fat teams. Tran also covers up some type weaknesses that was taunting me so its nice for that aswell

Thanks for taking the time to check out my team, I hope to get some feedback and hopely improve my general teambuilding skills!!!.

Shit teams on my way to this one:

Hey, cool team idea.
The problem I see is your weakness to teams that use VoltTurn to gain momentum. Every time an electric type goes for Volt Switch, the opponent gains momentum and brings in a threat to break your defensive backbone. Gliscor can switch into electric moves, but almost all Electric types run HP Ice, which 2hkos Gliscor.
You also can't switch into Lopunny and other offensive fighting types easily, because Altaria gets overloaded with damage and status quickly. You give Altaria just too many roles like: Keldeo check, Lopunny check, Zard X+Y switchin, Electric resist, cleric, wallbreaker... that is just too much. You have to rearrange roles on your team a bit.

You run Heal Bell on Altaria and Gliscor, that doesn't fit well, since you'd have to get the status on Gliscor again after using Heal Bell. You either use Gliscor as a status absorber, or you don't run Gliscor and use a cleric. Mandibuzz, Ferrothorn and Altaria need status removed though, so that they can switch into attacks comfortably. Running Gastrodon over Gliscor, you take a lot of pressure from Altaria, because Gastro switches into Keldeo and Zard X. It also switches into Electric types, breaking your opponents momentum. Curse allows you to set up late game and serves as a wincondition. It also keeps Sub Cm Keldeo under control, because you can setup alongside it if you have to, for example when Altaria is weakened. Having a Scald switchin and getting the +1 on the SpA just to Scald a Pokemon on the opposing team with a chance to burn is also nice.

The team has a water type in Gastrodon already, Heatran deals with Talonflame, and Mandibuzz is the Ground immunity. Removing Gliscor makes you weaker to defensive teams with a Chansey for example. Your swichins to Fighting types like Lopunny and Medicham are still shaky too. Mew switches in on these and gets off a Will-O or a Knock Off. This Mew set won't be 2hko'd by Lopunny's Return, Mega Medicham's Hjk and Life Orb Kyurem Black's Ice Beam, all while taking Stealh Rock Damage. If Rocks are not up, you can even take timid Gardevoir's Hyper Voice, so Mew acts as an important glue to the team.
252 Atk Mega Lopunny Return vs. 252 HP / 96 Def Mew: 157-186 (38.8 - 46%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Pure Power Mega Medicham High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 96 Def Mew: 161-189 (39.8 - 46.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Life Orb Teravolt Kyurem-B Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 124+ SpD Mew: 160-188 (39.6 - 46.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
232 SpA Pixilate Mega Gardevoir Hyper Voice vs. 252 HP / 124+ SpD Mew: 183-216 (45.2 - 53.4%) -- 1.2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Taking pressure off of Altaria, running a more effective Wallbreaker set is possible. This set (down below) maximizes Altarias SpA, while also provinding bulk and Heal Bell support. Fire Blast should be used over Flamethrower to score Ohkos on Ferrothorn and Scizor.

Running Mew allows you to run Whirlwind>Taunt on Mandibuzz, to deal better with setup sweepers or Pokemon that use Substitute.
