Team at a glance:

Overview:
To begin, I wanted to create a team with balance in mind. A good mixture of bulky defense and hard hitting offense. Coverage can be a huge issue in OU and I tried to touch on many of these issues. The primary goal of this team is to set up Thunder Wave and hazards as quickly as possible, then rely on hard hitting attacks along with stalling tactics.
The Team:

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Thunder Wave
- Iron Head
Ferrothorn is my go to lead for nearly every match. The goal is to first paralyze the enemy lead and proceed to setup hazards. Rocky Helmet along with Iron Barbs allows Ferrothorn to deal damage without wasting turns using attacks. Iron Head is added to weak switch ins and Fairy coverage. EV's and nature are pretty standard, giving Ferrothorn enough bulk to withstand most physical attacks other than Fire and Fighting type attacks.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Toxic
- Protect
- Stealth Rock
- Soft-Boiled
Chansey is the primary Special Wall on this team. Eviolite and max Ev's in both Def and SpD to maximize bulk. Chansey's goal for this team is to switch in against Special Attacking Pokemon and proceed to Toxic --> Protect --> Soft-Boiled until the opponent either switches out or Pokemon faints. Stealth Rock is added in case Ferrothorn is unsuccessful at setting up hazards. Chansey has won me dozens of matches by being able to trap the opponent's last Pokemon and allow poison to slowly take out said Pokemon.

Medicham-Mega @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 144 HP / 56 Def / 56 SpD / 252 Spe
- Drain Punch
- Zen Headbutt
- Fake Out
- Fire Punch
Mega-Medicham is the power packed wall breaker that this team needs. Split Ev's into Def and SpD to give Mega-Medicham more bulk. Additional Ev's put into Attack are not necessary due to an Adamant nature and the Pure Power ability. Fake Out is the first move chosen almost every switchin because of the ability to make the opposing Pokemon flinch. Zen Headbutt was chosen for coverage against other Fighting types. Drain Punch was chosen over High-Jump Kick simply because of reliability. Fire Punch added to give the team to cover opposing Scizor's and Ferrothorn's.

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 Spe
- Earth Power
- Focus Blast
- Grass Knot
- U-turn
Landorus-T is used as a fast, hard hitting pivot on this team. 128 Ev's put into HP for additional bulk, 252 Ev's into SpA and 128 into Spe along with Choice Scarf to ensure Landorus-T is able to out speed much of the meta while sweeping through vulnerable Pokemon. Earth Power and Focus Blast chosen to cover opposing Heatran's and Bisharp's. Grass Knot chosen for other Ground and Rock types (including other Landorus-T's). And finally, U-turn to get out of bad switch in's while still dealing damage.

Raikou @ Assault Vest
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Ice]
This team requires some much needed SpA sweeping and Water/Flying coverage. Raikou gives the team just that while still being able to take more than a few hits. Full Ev's put into SpA and Spe making Raikou very difficult to out speed and tough to defend because of hard hitting STAB attacks. Assault Vest was chosen to make Raikou as tanky as he is powerful. Volt Switch and Thunderbolt chosen for obvious reason: Powerful STAB sttacks with the option of switching out of inopportune match ups. Shadow Ball gives the team a way to deal with opposing Gengar's, while Hidden Power - Ice allows Raikou to stay in play against opposing Dragonite's.

Azumarill @ Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Ice Punch
Azumarill is the pure Dragon Slayer of the team and helps with Ground, Rock and Fire coverage. Assault Vest gives Azumarill a much needed bulk boost in addition to max Ev's put into it's HP. Max Ev's into Atk along with an Adamant nature makes Azumarill nearly unstoppable. Play Rough covers Dragon, Dark and Fighting types, while Waterfall covering Ground, Rock and Fire types such as Tyranitar, Heatran and Mega-Charizard Y. Ice Punch allows Azumarill to take out Flying types with relative ease.
