First off Starting with Zapdos, I feel that HeatWave isnt needed too much as you have Heatran to revenge kill as well, Forretress will also stop Scizor dead up to an extent so the coverage there isnt too bad. If I was you I would be more worried about Swampert and so chucking HP Grass onto your Zappy may well be a very good Idea. Tyranitar deals with Celebi fine and so I wouldn't worry too much about losing coverage there.
I do worry about your team and Skarm Blisse, sure if TTar gets a couple of DDs in its not such a bad thing, but Ttar can be whirlwinded away and then Skarm can roost. It might be worth changing Stone Edge to Flamethrower on DDTar, it will Lure out that very same Skarmory who will wall the rest of your team that isn't named Heatran. that will allow you to get rid of that threat and allow your team to do its job.
This team seems like it will have a lot of potential as a "bulky ofensive" team. To be honest Forretress isn't really doing much so I going to suggest that you change it to either a Swards Dance or a Choice Band Scizor that can keep the offensive pressure on the opponant. So I am going to reccomned that you change your lead to Tyranitar, you can get a free DD off against Suicide Leads, he will draw in opposing Skarmory to KO and start the offensive pressure right off the bat. If you meet all those Hippowdon that are flying around you can easily go out to Zapdos. Heres a summary so far:
So the set would be:
Rhyperior @ Choice Band
Adamant Nature / Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
~ Earthquake
~ Stone Edge
~ Aqua Tail / Megahorn / Fire Punch
~ Stealth Rock
Aqua Tail does best against thingsd like Gliscor and Hippowdon, Fire Punch will hit things such as Bronzong and Skarmory hard, and Megahorn will hit Celebi hard, so hopefully if you implement these changes you will have a more accomplished team that has a little more purpose, can work weel enough off resistances and keep pressure on the opponant. Hope some of this helped :D

- Give Tyranitar Flamethrowr
- Keep Zapdos, but don't lead with it, lead with TTar instead
- Change Forretress to Scizor, it maintains the same resistances but has a more offensive presence
