I think you should perhaps take some time to look at the rules a bit, as you are currently breaking a few of them. The main one is obviously the lack of descriptions, which is required so that raters will have an easier time figuring out what role your Pokemon serves, why you chose that Pokemon, and the reasons regarding your choices with EVs, items, and natures. In addition, adding pictures for each Pokemon could perhaps help your thread become more visually appealing, making raters more likely to look at your team and give advice.
