First team built

After watching many battles and reading the forums for a few months, I've finally decided to build my own team. I have tried it out a bit, and now I'm kind of wondering where changes need to be made on this team.

The team:

Calm nature

Leftovers
252 HP/56 SpA/200 SpD

Stealth Rock
Thunder Wave
Power Gem
Volt Switch

My usual lead. He usually gets up rocks, t-waves, then switches out. I chose a specially defensive set because quite of my team is weak on the special side. He also is good check to a good chunk of the flying types in NU.

Marowak
Adamant nature
Rock Head
Thick Club
4 HP/252 Atk/ 252 Spd

Stone Edge
Earthquake
Double Edge
Swords Dance

Along with Ursaring, Marowak is a physical powerhouse. I send him out to try to force a switch so I can get a SD, then try to sweep.

My physical wall. She takes most attacks well, as long as they're physical. Waterfall is so she isn't taunt bait.

One of the two pokes I wanted to base this team around. Standard Guts set. Protect to activate the Toxic Orb, then try to smash through as much as possible.

The other poke I wanted to base the team around. HP Grass is there so I have at least something to help hit things like Golem.

My spinner. Yawn is to force switches so I can possibly get off a spin. Lava Plume is STAB, and Earth Power is there so I can hit some pokes that resist Lava Plume.
