First team ever...

I was wondering if I could get some advice with my current team... I've been told it doesn't have good synergy and I can't have 3 leftovers so I really don't know what to do here :/

1)Tyranitar (Sand Stream) - Brave@ Leftovers

I... kind of know nothing of competitive battling. I'm REALLY new to this so I know nothing about synergy or anything like that :/ I just tried to balance the team as well as I could. So I don't really know what I'd put as descriptions.
