Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 224 HP / 252 Def / 32 SpD
Nature: Impish
- Stealth Rocks
- Roost
- Whirlwind
- Brave Bird

Skarmory checks a majority of physical Pokemon due to a high Defense stat. Good typing, only weak to electric and fire. Reliable recovery, roost, and neutral to stealth rocks. I chose SR over spikes, because of the defog buffs. Whirlwind is to phase and stop sweepers form setting up. Brave Bird ties down this set by giving Skarmory a solid STAB move that handles most threats. 224 HP ev's allow Skarmory to heal SR damage off of 2 turns of leftovers.

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Speed / 4 HP
Nature: Jolly

- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Earthquake

Mega Charizard X outclasses Salamance. It's immune to burn, neutral to Ice Shard, has higher attacking power thanks to Tough Claws without having to use Life Orb, and has higher Special Attack if it wants to go mixed. For this set, flare blitz and outrage are great STAB moves. Dragon dance is typical, and most pokemon die in 1 - 2 hits. Earthquake is to counter Heatran, and does a decent amount to those who resist his STAB, such as Azumarill.

Breloom @ Choice Scarf Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Nature: Jolly
- Bullet Seed
- Power-up-punch Mach Punch
- Force Palm Spore
- Rock Tomb

Scarf is probably the most viable set because of the many complaints: Mega Evos and Talonflame, and sometimes Noivern. Talonflame out speeds Breloom in normal circumstances. If there is no scarf or a sub Talonflame will kill you before you Rock Tomb. Being Locked into Power-up-punch isn't bad in any way I look at it unless some ghost types appear. Bullet Seed for STAB, Rock Tomb goes into 90 power with Technician. Force Palm is never bad for the chance to paralyze.

Milotic @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe 248 HP / 50 Def / 210 Sp.Def
Nature: Bold
- Scald
- Dragon Tail
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Milotic's pure Water typing, which gives it neutrality to almost all common physical attacks, makes it an acceptable choice for a physical tank. Scald provides Milotic with a useful STAB move while also packing the burn chance that can cripple almost any physical attacker. This set allow Milotic to have 400+ Def, while also being tanky on the special side. Dragon tail is to phase and stop pokemons form setting up. It also helps rack up SR damage. Milotic acts not only as a tank, but a staller.

Galvantula @ Life Orb
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Nature: Modest
- Thunder
- Bug Buzz
- Sticky Web
- Volt Switch

Galvantula has unique defensive typing. This set takes full advantage of Galvantula's good speed and Sticky Web, while giving him an option to escape with Volt Switch due to his 70/60/60 defenses. Compound eyes Thunder is ~90% accuracy and hits pretty hard with his decent special attack and life orb. Bug buzz is a hard hitting STAB.

Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Nature: Timid
- Draco Meteor
- Wish Healing Wish
- Protect Psyshock
- Defog

Latias is the support for the team. Invested max HP into its EV's for better heals with wish. Max out speed EV's and timid nature allows it to naturally outrun many non-scarfed pokemon. Protect allows it to stall and give itself a free turn to heal itself with wish. Defog is to remove all entry hazards. Draco meteor and life orb surprisingly a lot of damage. Its also immune to ground and can shrug off special electric attacks.

Latias should run healing wish, probably instead of protect, since it is "support". If you find yourself only using wish when you die, healing wish may be superior to that.
Once latias gets a draco-meteor debuff, it can be used as set up bait.
Since you run so many hazards, isn't Defog pointless? Defog removes hazards from both sides. Not many teams run SR, Spikes, and Sticky Web.

Breloom SHOULD run spore instead of force-palm or power-up-punch, since incapacitating a pokemon is pretty good.
None of your pokemon can break through gliscor, (sub/protect), I would run Ice punch instead of rock tomb on Breloom.
Only Breloom can beat Rotom-W.

Any reason for the speed Evs on milotic?

Galvantula seems like a very weak link, Charizard runs DD, and Breloom runs scarf already, so why the need for a speed boost? I'd switch it for a physical wall.

I'll add some more stuff later, it seems skarmory and latios form your defensive core, so I'll see what beats up those two (and milotic)

Yea I kind of did some research on Latias. I also agree that healing wish seems better, and it'll free up a space for another move. I'm thinking of running this on her:

Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Nature: Timid
- Dragon Pulse
- Healing Wish
- Psyshock/Surf
- Defog

With this set I can just suicide and use healing wish on Charizard X so he can sweep. Taking surf will help me Gliscor walls. Dragon pulse is a better alternative to it being set-up bait, and Psyshock is for special walls.

I put 8 Speed EV's for Milotic so that its base speed will be ~200, but I think I'll change the EV's to this:

Milotic @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 248 HP / 50 Def / 210 SpD
Nature: Bold
- Scald
- Dragon Tail
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

This EV spread will put it's Def. and Sp.def to be aorud 340 when marvel scale is active.

For Breloom, I don't think it can learn ice punch? Did you mean mach punch? I'll swap spore in for assurance, since I can use Galvantula to paralyze with its 30% thunder (if I should keep it). Milotic is like a def/special wall, Skarmory is a primarily a physical wall, and Latias is a special wall. Maybe I should go for a special attacker?

I'm considering switching Galvantula with Magnezone. Magnezone gets rid of steels and fairies that would stop Charzard X from his sweep. Running magnet pull and have it equip a choice band will allow it to kill many Steel types with Hidden Power Fire.
