Being also new to VGC i think it could work well with some pokemon changes and what not but overall its not bad, i think it would be better having more of an EV spread with Slaking's Sp.def and Def to make it more of a tank.

Thank you, I originally only did for special defense because I couldn't think of a better way of spreading them so I just went with attack. Also like your profile pic. What would you recommend to swap out?

Hello there Klamason, welcome to the VGC community. I'd like to help your rather intriguing team, but before I do that, you should choose a restricted Pokemon. Currently, in the format of Regulation G, you get to chose ONE restricted Pokemon. Not choosing one puts you at a major disadvantage. For specifically this team, I would probably drop Blissey for something along the lines of Calyrex-Shadow a very powerful Pokemon.

Changes
Rocky Helmet to Choice Band/Scarf on Slaking
Slaking is overall a bad Pokemon. But it has a decent speed which can be exploited by Choice Scarf, allowing it to out speed and KO Calyrex-S with Shadow Claw. Choice Band just picks up KOs left and right.

Protect to Giga Impact
This doesn't really make a difference, as Slaking must wait every other turn, but so does Giga Impact. So you can just spam that and there is basically no drawback (or at least you won't notice it) But I would probably run this on a Banded set.

Tera Blast to Body Slam
Body Slam is nice STAB for Slaking which can land crucial Paralysis on enemies, while still doing great damage off of Slaking's beastly high attack stat.

Tera Steel to Tera Ghost
This is a no brainer, as Tera Steel just keeps your fighting weakness. Tera Ghost gets rid of it, but be careful as it opens you up to Calyrex-Shadow, Flutter Mane and Lunala. It does give a boost to Shadow Claw though, so that is a great bonus. Also, for the Slaking spread, try investing a bit more in attack with a Adamant nature.

Espathra changed to Weezing
So instead of trying to change Slaking's ability with Skill Swap (at least that is what I infer), we can do it thanks to Weezing! Weezing is a great supportive partner with many ways to support Slaking. Plus, with the Poison-type, it resists fighting-type attacks which Slaking hates.

Weakness Policy to Focus Sash on Ribombee
Weakness Policy is more of a item for bulkier Pokemon which can withstand a hit, which Ribombee can't. But thanks to Focus Sash, Ribombee gets a free Quiver Dance off without worrying of getting knocked out immediately.

Tera Bug to Tera Ghost
Yet again another no brainer. Tera Bug sucks. Imma say it. But Tera Ghost allows you to ignore Fake Out and just set up, which is amazing.

Stored Power to Protect
A move mandatory on almost every Focus Sash user and is also the best move in VGC. Also great for positioning.

Skill Swap to Bug Buzz
This is simple, as it gives Ribombee a second STAB option, though it still struggles to hit fire-types, so be careful.

Tera Fairy to Tera Steel on Clefable
This is again simple, as Tera Steel invalidates Clefable's 2 weaknesses while also baiting in fighting-types for them to get bombed by Moonblast.

Charge Beam to Follow Me
This just makes sense, as protecting your restricted is key in this format. This also helps for Ribombee free set up opportunities as well as sacrifices and saving allies.

Reflect to Protect
I've said this so many times, Protect is just holy.

Skill Swap to Heal Pulse
This allows Clefable to heal its allies, keeping them alive in healthy. This perfectly suits Clefable's playstyle.

Scope Lens to Clear Amulet on Medicham
This allows Medicham to function as a mini Mienshao, ignoring and KOing Incineroar while also avoiding Intimidate as well as Icy Wind/Electroweb drops. Too bad it can't avoid Fake Out as well :(

Skill Swap to Protect
I have said this too much.

Force Palm to Close Combat
Just more powerful overall, and grants better value considering Medicham is already frail as is.

Happy battling!
