OKAY so this is a team tht I made a long time ago so I dont exactly remember the team building process. It has done fairly well on PO and I was wondering how it would do before your eyes so... here it is :).

Darmanitan (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake

A complete boss. Even on dedicated defensive walls this guys flare blitz is usually a easy 2hko. And if they switch in its even better :). Against more begginerish people i can fake choice band with sheer force. But really this guy is a great lead and can cause huge amounts of damage. u-turn is fo scouting and rock slide/ earthquake provide great coverage.
EVs maximiz speed and attack so he hits fast nd hard.

Conkeldurr (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 SDef
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Payback
- Bulk Up

Him and virizion are my main set up sweepers. He bulks up/ switches in on status moves and proceeds to mach punch/ drain punch away. At +2/3 a mach punch will ko anything tht doesnt resist/ i a defensive wall. Payback lets me hit the pesky psychics and EV spread lets me live a sp attack fro them.

Virizion @ Leftovers
Trait: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 120 Def / 132 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Giga Drain
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Ok this guy is half wall hlf sweeper so pretty much a tank. Evs giv him good bulk while still giving him offensive capabilities. An unprepared team can easily be set up/ taken out by this guy. After a couple calm minds hes putting huge dents in teams and giga drain reors the hp lost while setting up. Hp ice hits the flying types and dragon types tht would otherwise wall him.

Hydreigon (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Dark Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Draco Meteor

The perfect revenge killer with his insane sp attack and decent speed he can check all dragons and kill the off with draco meteor. Surf/Fire blast is for coverage and dark pulse is to kill off psychics tht could hurt virizion/conk.

Quagsire (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Scald
- Recover
- Toxic
- Earthquake

My sweep blocker. The opponent can set up all they want but it doesnt do any good against quagsire. He can sop sweeps and toxic pokes so they hav a much shorter lifespan. Recover keeps him healthy and scald/earthquake provide good coverage and allow him to dish out damage to frail sweepers.

Ferrothorn (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 52 Def / 204 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Power Whip

One o the most used pokes in game.... and for good reason. He is a pain to kill and leech seed plus parahax only makes it worse. I put stealth rocks on this set because I need some form of entry hazards for the team and power whip is os im not taunt bait and it gets stab. Also power whip is usually a 2HKO on espeons tht try to switch in on ferro.

ok since for some reason my copy paste wont ork for threat list i got layout from another RMT

BOLD ITALICISED AND UNDERLINED pokes are my major threats. (If more are pointed out then they will also b bold/italicised/underlined)

Blissey/Chansey: Conk/darmanitan does work

Bronzong: darmanitan/ hydreigon

Celebi: hydreigon can destroy it but i usually use darmanitan unless rain is up

Deoxys-D: darmanitan u-turn t hydreigon dark pulse usually kos

Dusclops: hmmm hydreigon does damag and will o wisp doesnt really bothr hydreigon and pain split isnt really a problem

Ferrothorn: with darmanitan conk and virizion ferrothorn is never a problem.

Forretress: ^

Gliscor: If im lucky opponent will switch in on darmanitan flare blitz and easy 2hko other wise i just Draco Meteor to death

Hippowdon: Hydreigon surf/ virizion giga drain

Jellicent: usually switches in on quag expecting scald and i gt toxic off on him. otherwise i use con, get burned and payback him to death.

Lati@s: hydreigon destroys them

Ninetales: really quag earthquake/ darmanitan eq. Darmanitan enjoys the sun.

Politoed: virizion

Porygon-2: conkeldurr. cant really hurt conk and statuses are appreciated.

Rotom-W: hydreigon Daco meteor does at least 90% and it cant ko hydreigon so a second DM will ko

Skarmory: hydriegon/darmanitan fire moves all day

Snorlax: conkeldurr

Suicune: if its not cro cune then quag toxic otherwise virizion/ferro

Swampert: virizion/ ferro

Tentacruel: virizion/ ferro/ quag/ darmanitan

Vaporeon: ferro/ virizion

Whimsicott: troubles me but darmanitan/ hydreigon eventually substitute stall/ ko

offensive threats:

Breloom: this guy is annoying. If he gets spore on darmanitan im screwed otherwise its not so bad...but still one of my more major threats.

Conkeldurr: either my conk/ quagsire not much of a problem.

Darmanitan:quagsire/ hydreigon draco meteor

Deoxys-S: hmm hydreigon dark pulse usually kos and usually cant ko hydreigon. Have run into very few so this is moore hypotheticall. Just because of tht I will mark him as a threat.

Dragonite: really wit rocks up and multiscale broken hydreigon can destroy this guy. Otherwise this guy usually switches in on darmanitan i u-turn out break multi scale bring hydreigon in on like eq or sometin and draco meteor.

Empoleon: shouldnt be a problem wit conk virizion ferro and quag

Excadrill: conk virizion and quag. those hree were actually choosen because they could all ko him.

Gengar: hydreigon dark pulse ftw

Gyarados: ferro twave/ leech seed/ rocks

Haxorus: ferro/ quag/ hydreigon

Heatran: quag/ conk

Hydreigon: Hydreigon lol

Infernape: quag/conk.

Jirachi:darmanitan/ quag.

Landorus:quag/ virizion, more of a threat than other pokes.

Lucario:conk, quag, virizion, darmanitan.

Machamp:this guys actually more of a threat than conk, i guess my conk can wall/ set up or quag can attemptto wall him... pretty big threat

Metagross: darmanitan/ quag

Mienshao: hmm like machamp hes a big threat.... due to frailness a draco meteorwll take him out.

Reuniclus: darmanitan/ ferro twave/ hydreigon

Salamence: hydreigon

Sawsbuck: ferro and hydreigon(when not in sun).... still a huge threat.

Scizor: darmanitan/ hydreigon

Scrafty: conk/virizion.

Starmie:hydreigon usually OHKO's wit dark pulse.

Terrakion:virizion/ conk/ quag.

Thundurus: hydreigon draco meteor.

Tornadus: Hydreigon draco meteor

Tyranitar: conk/ virizion/ quag

Venusaur: hydreigon(when not in sun) like sawsbuck is a huge threat.

Victini: darmanitan/ quag/ hydreigon

Virizion: darmanitan/ hydreigon...can b a threat if it gets a calm mind or two up.

Volcarona: darmanitan rock slide OHKO's also hydreigon i no quiver dances are up.

Weavile: conk/ virizion/ ferro/ quag.

Honestly, Gastrodon is a better Pokemon in my opinion than Quagsire. I run a Gastrodon set that is similar to Quagsire, because I recently switched from Quagsire, like this.

Gastrodon@Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
Nature: Bold
EV's: 252 HP 252 Defense 4 Sp. Defense
-Scald
-Recover
-Toxic
-Earth Power

This basically fills the same roll that your Quagsire did, except no Unaware. Honestly, both sets are similar AND viable in the current OU metagame so they can be used well. Toxic-Recover stalling is a great strategy to stall out sweepers, and Dual-STAB in Scald and Earth Power helps to, with Scald having a 30% burn chance. Honestly, this change is minor, but it is your call.

hmm tht is a nearly identical set lol and similar pokes, but it seems tht im loosing the advantages of unware(stopping sweeps) just for an immunity to water which is easily handled by ferro and virizion... so thanks for the suggestion but i think im going to stay wit quagsire :p

EDIT: also the threat list is now up, please take a look at it as there are some serious threats to my team

umm what sweeps do yu block exactly, also Gastrodon has the water immunity that is frankly needed. Makes Politoed much easier to deal with. Also blocks Thudurus without Crits.

Also replace Helmet with leftovers or Shed Shell. Smart people are going to flamethrower you. It makes Lati@s much less of a threat if you use Leftovers.

I suggest you replace Virizion with a Gengar as a stallbreaker as your team is weak to it.

Gengar @ Leftovers / Life Orb
Timid Nature
4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Substitute
Disable (Lefties) / Pain Split (LO / Lefties)
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast

Slips through Deoxy's Superpower / ExSpeed. Breloom without Stone Edge cries. Machamp can pretty much go away if it doesn't carry Stone Edge AND Payback.

Having 2 set up sweepers both weak to Specs Latios's Psychic/Psyshock isn't a great idea. Try a defensive Reuniclus set instead of Virizion?

I really like the idea of putting gengar instead of virizion but gengar is still weak to specs lati@s psyshock. So should i switch out conk foor something too?

hmmmm reuniclus idea let me think about tht
