I can Fire Spin too!
[OVERVIEW]
With its powerful Fire Blast, enormous Attack stat, and great pivoting move in Fire Spin, Flareon is a destructive powerhouse. Its Attack stat is the highest in the tier, only tied with Kingler and the largely unviable Machamp. It also possesses a superb Special stat, with only Moltres and the rare Magneton beating it out. These stats make Flareon a menacing offensive threat, as well as a fantastic Fire Spin absorber from the numerous dangerous Fire-types of the tier, such as Moltres, Rapidash, and Ninetales. If paired with paralysis support, Flareon is capable of posing a significant threat to opposing teams.

However, Flareon suffers from having low HP and Defense stats, struggling to withstand even neutral physical hits such as Kingler’s Body Slam and Kabutops's Slash. To make matters worse, it is the slowest Fire-type in the tier, being outpaced by numerous common threats such as Blastoise, Kabutops, and Nidoking, which need to be paralyzed for Flareon to have an impact. Sustaining paralysis itself cuts into what little Speed Flareon has, leaving it outsped by Clefable and Porygon. Flareon also faces massive competition from other Fire-types: Moltres possesses superior bulk, Charizard has better coverage, and Rapidash sports an amazing Speed stat. Lastly, despite its fantastic Attack stat, Flareon struggles to break through opposing Fire-, Rock-, and Water-types like Moltres, Golem, and Kabutops due to it lacking viable coverage besides Normal-type moves. Flareon is therefore a very rare sight in the metagame and is not recommended for most competitive NU teams.

[SET]
name: Mixed Fire Spin
move 1: Fire Spin
move 2: Fire Blast
move 3: Body Slam
move 4: Hyper Beam

[SET COMMENTS]

Fire Spin racks up chip damage and allows Flareon to pivot to its teammates safely. Fire Blast OHKOes Exeggcute and Pinsir, 2HKOes Fearow, Venomoth, and Raticate, and potentially burns switch-ins like Kabutops and Golem. Hyper Beam is Flareon’s strongest physical attack, KOing Drowzee and Mr. Mime with some prior chip damage. Body Slam makes Flareon more difficult to switch into, spreading paralysis— this also enables Flareon to pivot out safely with Fire Spin.

Flareon has a few other options to consider. Toxic cripples wrappers such as Dragonair and Rapidash. Quick Attack enables Flareon to finish off sufficently weakened foes and makes up for its low Speed stat. Tail Whip can discourage its counters from easily switching in, notably reapplying paralysis Speed drops on opposing Pokemon. Flareon appreciates paralysis support from the likes of Clefable and Mr. Mime, which gives it an easier time muscling through opposing Fire-types like Charizard, Ninetales, and Rapidash, as well as Water-types like Poliwhirl and Blastoise. Flareon also enjoys the chip damage other Fire Spin users, like Charizard, Rapidash, and Moltres, deal.

Hey! Here to help this along. Flareon is prob my fav eeveelution, excited to see this get written.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

At face glance, Flareon may appear to possess potential due to its high stats and access to Fire Spin
Couple things. I don't think "At face glance" is a thing, perhaps you mean "At first glance"? Also, think we can play up Flareon a bit more, as its not like complete dogshit, and we want to draw the reader in.

"At first glance, Flareon may appear to be extremely promising as a potent mixed attacker, due to its meaty STAB Fire Blasts, high Attack stat, and access to a great pivoting tool in Fire Spin."

I'm thinking something along these lines, tho you dont have to use exactly this. Just try and go more into detail.

Its Attack stat is the highest in the tier, only tied with Kingler and Machamp, while it possesses the third-highest Special, with Moltres and Magneton beating it out.
This is a good sentence to have, but I think we can make it flow better. "Its Attack stat is tied for the highest in the tier, only competing with Kingler and the unviable Machamp, while also possessing a beefy Special stat, only being beaten out by Moltres and Magneton."

These stats suit Flareon as a dangerous attacker while also possessing enough Special bulk to be a decent Fire Spin absorber from opposing Fire-types and Special attacks like Mr. Mime and Drowzee’s Psychic
Same thing as before, good stuff just adding flow. "These stats make Flareon a menacing offensive threat, while also being fantastic at absorbing Fire Spin from the numerous dangerous Fire-types of the tier, such as Moltres, Rapidash, and Ninetales.

Unfortunately, while Flareon has the tools to carve a small niche with its massive Attack stat, it is burdened by a number of flaws.
Cut the "with its massive Attack stat" and this seems fine. No point in repeating information pointlessly.

Its low HP and Defense means that it struggles to withstand super effective and even neutral physical hits, such as Kingler’s Body Slam and Kabutops’s Slash.
Replace Kingler's Body Slam with Charizard's Earthquake, to provide an example of one of these super effective hits you mention.

Flareon also faces enormous competition from Moltres, Charizard, and Rapidash, who possesses higher all-around bulk, access to Earthquake and Swords Dance, and the ability to outspeed most of the metagame bar Electode, respectively.
This is a bit cluttered. "Flareon also faces enormous competition from other Fire-types. Moltres possesses superior bulk, Charizard has better coverage, and Rapidash has an extremely high Speed stat." May work better.

Fire Spin racks up chip damage and prevents the opposing Pokemon from moving.
This misses the point of Fire Spin, when its main use is as a pivoting tool. You lock the mon in place so you can switch into a different mon safely. "Fire Spin racks up chip damage and allows Flareon to pivot to teammates safely" may do better.

Hyper Beam is Flareon’s strongest physical attack, 2HKOing Drowzee, Mr. Mime, and Poliwhirl.
This is a common thing when people write analyses. Hyper Beam isnt a true "2HKO". You dont click Hyper Beam versus Mr. Mime, survive the recharge, then click it again ya know? You typically use it as a finisher. Stuff like "Hyper Beam is Flareon's strongest physical attack, KOing (insert important mon) from xx.xx%" works better.

Body Slam makes Flareon more difficult to switch into and is most useful against opposing Fire-types, Water-, and Rock-types.
"Body Slam makes Flareon more difficult to switch into, spreading Paralysis to cripple fast threats and letting Flareon to then pivot out safely with Fire Spin."

Toxic cripples sweepers such as Dragonair and Poliwhirl.
"Toxic is the most consistent check to wrappers such as Rapidash and Dragonair". Poliwhirl is only crippled by Toxic from say Blastoise, as it doesnt kill Blastoise at a good enough rate. Surf is just gonna abuse Poliwhirl no matter whether it takes Toxic or not. I used Rapidash and Dragonair as the examples since when looking purely at partial trapping, Rapidash is the best at Fire Spin and Dragonair has AgiliWrap.

Substitute allows it to freely fire an attack with proper prediction.
Honestly don't think Substitute would be very good on Flareon, since it can still get para'd and shit. As a note, I would add some information in overview about how Flareon is going to dislike paralysis.

e through Pokemon like opposing Fire-types, Nidoking
Flareon Body Slam vs. Nidoking: 86-102 (23.5 - 27.9%) -- 89.4% chance to 4HKO
Flareon Fire Blast vs. Nidoking: 165-195 (45.2 - 53.4%) -- 36% chance to 2HKO

Flareon doesnt have trouble getting through Nidoking, AND Nidoking cant even be paralyzed by Thunder Wave. I'd replace this mention with Seadra.

Flareon also enjoys racking up chip damage with other Fire-types like Charizard, Rapidash, and Moltres, with Charizard fending off Kabutops and Golem more easily, Rapidash attacking faster than nearly the entire metagame bar Electrode, and Moltres serving as a tank to withstand most hits.
"Flareon also enjoys the chip damage that other Fire Spin users, such as Charizard and Rapidash, provide for it." Keep it nice, simple, and decluttered.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry it's a bit of a lot, let me know on Discord if you have any questions. When implemented, hmu on Discord and i'll give it another look.

Here to help finish this up! Most of the feedback below is just some sentence revisions to make the analysis sound and flow better. If I present a change in the sentence, I recommend just using it. A couple of the issues here couldve been fix by implementing what was in the previous one.

-----------------------------------

With its powerful STAB Fire Blasts, enormous Attack Stat, and possessing to a great pivoting move in Fire Spin, Flareon is a destructive powerhouse.
"and possession of a great p.." is more correct, "possessing to" doesn't make sense.

These stats suit Flareon as a menacing offensive threat while also being great to be a decent Fire Spin absorber from the numerous common Fire-types in the tier, such as Moltres, Rapidash, and Ninetales.
"These stats make Flareon a menacing offensive threat, while also being fantastic at absorbing Fire Spin from the numerous dangerous Fire-types of the tier, such as Moltres, Rapidash, and Ninetales."<--- highly reccomend using this, it flows better and makes more sense.

This means Flareon is fearful of sustaining paralysis, as that cuts into what little Speed it has in outspeeding threats like Clefable and Porygon.
"This means Flareon is fearful of sustaining paralysis, as that cuts into what little Speed it has, which allows it to outspeed defensive threats like Clefable and Porygon." Flows better.

-----------------------------------

I think after this it shooould be fine. When you do this hmu on Discord and there's a good chance i'll QC stamp after.

Worse still, (flow) Flareon is the slowest fully-evolved Fire-type in the tier, being outpaced by numerous common threats such as Blastoise, Kabutops, and Nidoking, which need to be paralyzed for Flareon to have an impact. (It's a fact, and also leads into the next sentence) This means Flareon is fearful of sustaining paralysis itself, as that cuts into what little Speed it has, which allows it to outspeed defensive threats like Clefable and Porygon while bullying paralyzed Pokemon. Flareon also faces massive competition from other Fire-types: Moltres possesses superior bulk, Charizard has better coverage, and Rapidash sports an amazing Speed stat. Lastly, despite its fantastic Attack stat, Flareon struggles to break through opposing Fire-, Rock-, and Water-types like Moltres, Golem, and Kabutops, due to its viable offensive movepool only containing Fire- and Normal-type moves. (It technically gets Smog but lol Smog, may as well be pedantic and say "viable" to encompass it) Flareon is therefore a very rare sight in the metagame, and the aforementioned Fire-types should be considered before slotting Flareon on a team.

Fire Spin racks up chip damage and allows it to pivot to its teammates safely. Fire Blast is Flareon’s strongest STAB move, OHKOing Exeggcute and Pinsir while 2HKOing Fearow, Venomoth, and Raticate, with an additional chance to burn and thus cripple physical attackers switching in like Kabutops and Golem. Hyper Beam is Flareon’s strongest physical attack, KOing Drowzee and Mr. Mime at around 59.3%. Body Slam makes Flareon more difficult to switch into, spreading paralysis and enabling Flareon to pivot out safely with Fire Spin.

It's more of an OU thing but I'd say Tail Whip warrants some consideration here. Reapplying paralysis drops if both Flareon and the opposing Pokemon can be quite helpful, ensuring it isn't out of the game entirely. It's kind of whatever, though, as this means you're not attacking.

Hyper Beam is Flareon’s strongest physical attack, KOing Drowzee and Mr. Mime at around 59.3% with some prior chip (it's best to stay away from specific percentage rolls like this in analyses, and Drowzee gets KOed earlier than 59.3, so I think it would be best to just say 'prior chip'). Body Slam makes Flareon more difficult to switch into, spreading paralysis and enabling Flareon to pivot out safely with Fire Spin.

Flareon has a few other options to consider. Toxic cripples wrappers such as Dragonair and Rapidash. Quick Attack enables Flareon to finish off sufficiently weakened foes and makes up for its low Speed stat. Tail Whip can discourage its counters from easily switching in, which reapplies paralysis's Speed drops for both Flareon and the on opposing Pokemon (after reading about the mechanic behind this (I'm not a gen1 player, so correct me if I'm wrong here) using Tail Whip on a Paralyzed Pokemon would only drop the speed of the opposing Pokemon). Flareon appreciates paralysis support from the likes of Clefable and Mr. Mime, giving it an easier time to muscle muscling through Pokemon like opposing Fire-types (you should probably say what Fire-types, the list reads strangely like this), Poliwhirl, and Blastoise. overall, good job
