Here (turn 4) you see that Hammer Arm can't lower my Venusaurs speed bc of its own Flower Veil, but Flower Veil is supposed to only work on moves used by opposing pkmn. Is this glitch also on real cartridge battles or only showdown?
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
I dont have a second person to be able to do that
