That kind of depends on the Groudon you're going to SR. What are you aiming for?

Thanks, I think I am going for relaxed. Mixed attacks can be nice. but adamant is also nice, even when its overdone. Already got Buckerts SR pokemon. Hope luck is with me.

but non-shiny, because i can offer any pokemon catchable in SoulSilver (not uniques) in an apricorn ball, but the shiny is kinda worth a lot more than apricorn balls xD.

If you look in the Kanto breedables section instead of the shinies section, you'll find one. Let me know if it's to your liking. It's not HP Fire though.
