- Ice Spinner can threaten to OHKO Tornadus and Landorus while also removing Rillaboom's Grassy Terrain and Indeedee-F's Psychic Terrain, allowing Chien-Pao to use Sucker Punch, while Icicle Crash has a decent chance to make foes flinch and avoids contact damage from Spiky Shield and Rocky Helmet, keeping Focus Sash intact against Ogerpon and Rocky Helmet Amoonguss.
- Sucker Punch can pick off targets that are on low HP and faster threats such as opposing Chien-Pao and Pokemon benefitting from Trick Room or Tailwind. Throat Chop can be used over Sucker Punch for a reliable Dark-type STAB move, since it is not negated by Follow Me from Ogerpon-W and Indeedee-F and can hit Pokemon setting up like Gholdengo while also preventing Ursaluna-B from using Hyper Voice and Incineroar from using Parting Shot.
- Sacred Sword is great coverage against Pokemon that resist or tank Chien-Pao's STAB combination such as Incineroar, Kyurem under snow, and opposing Chien-Pao. Throat Chop can be used over Sacred Sword for a better matchup against Nasty Plot Gholdengo and redirection users in exchange for a worse matchup against Kingambit, Incineroar, and opposing Chien-Pao.
- Tera Ghost makes Chien-Pao immune to Fake Out, dodging the flinch effect and preventing Fake Out from breaking the Focus Sash, while also becoming immune to Fighting-type attacks from Iron Hands and opposing Chien-Pao. Tera Stellar provides a helpful power boost and can let it generally OHKO Amoonguss, Ursaluna-B, and most Raging Bolt with Ice Spinner or Icicle Crash.
- Teams that have Chien-Pao have a lot of offensive pieces that benefit from Sword of Ruin lowering the Defense of opposing Pokemon, increasing the chances of OHKOs from offensive threats such as Ogerpon-W, Ogerpon-H, Iron Hands, and priority users such as Choice Band Dragonite packing Extreme Speed.
- Chien-Pao appreciates Pokemon like Landorus, Landorus-T, and Ogerpon-W that offensively threaten Fire-types like Gouging Fire and Incineroar, among other key problems for Chien-Pao such as Diancie and Iron Hands.
- Gouging Fire can be a good partner, supporting Chien-Pao with Howl to negate Intimidate while accentuating the physically focused offense already passively bolstered by Sword of Ruin.

- Sucker Punch is a solid priority STAB move that can pick off targets that are on low HP and faster threats such as (?) (I would speak about opposing Chien-Paos and Pokémon under tailwind here). Throat Chop can be used over Sucker Punch for a reliable Dark-type STAB (reliable why? Doesn't care about follow me or Pokémon like gholdengo setupping), while also preventing Ursaluna-B from using Hyper Voice, and Incineroar from using Parting Shot.
- Sacred Sword is great coverage against Pokemon that resist or tank Chien-Pao's STAB combination or such as Incineroar, Kyurem under snow and opposing Chien-Pao. Throat Chop can be preferred for a reliable Dark-type STAB while keeping Sucker Punch with the decline of Steel-types such as Kingambit. (I would rewrite it as something like this: Throat Chop can be played instead of Sacred Sword, worsening the matchup against Kingambit and Chien-Pao in exchange for....)

Rillaboom and Kingambit (I wouldn't call Rillaboom a priority abuser and Kingambit isn't a good partner for Chien-Pao due to stacked Weaknesses) (I would put more emphasis though on Dragonite since it's the main partner)
- Chien-Pao appreciates Pokemon that can offensively threaten and remove Fire- and Steel-types, such as Landorus, Ogerpon-W, and Gouging Fire, the latter providing Howl to negate Intimidate and making Chien-Pao even more of a threat.

I want to rephrase it to the effect of "... avoids contact damage from Rocky Helmet and Spiky Shield, keeping the Focus Sash intact." as that's clear to point of why we benefit from avoiding helmet on this set (the sash), but the mention of Amoonguss as the common helmet user, and spinner/crash target, also feels like good meta knowledge to include, but I can't think of a way to include it all without sounding a bit cumbersome.
- Sucker Punch is a solid priority STAB move that can pick off targets that are on low HP and faster threats such as opposing Chien-Paos and Pokemon under Tailwind. Mentioning Pao as a primary target for Sucker feels a little dangerous since it's speed tie fiesta, but if others are fine with it, as waffle is, I will be too. I think along side the Tailwind mention here it's important to mention Trick Room too. Could read as something like "... speed advantaged Pokemon under Trick Room or Tailwind." Throat Chop can be used over Sucker Punch for a reliable Dark-type STAB, since it doesn't mind Follow Me and can hit Pokemon setting up like Gholdengo, while also preventing Ursaluna-B from using Hyper Voice, and Incineroar from using Parting Shot. Instead of saying "doesn't mind Follow Me", I think we can be a little clearer by saying it's not negated by Follow Me.
- Sacred Sword is great coverage against Pokemon that resist or tank Chien-Pao's STAB combination or such as Incineroar, Kyurem under snow and opposing Chien-Pao. Throat Chop can be used over Sacred Sword, in exchange for a better matchup against Nasty Plot Gholdengo and redirection, while having a worse matchup against Kingambit, Incineroar, and opposing Chien-Pao. When I think about the things pao needs help with, it's generally more precise than just "fire and steel", particularly because this doesn't cover some of it's biggest problems such as hands and diancie. For this reason I think this could be setup to be like "Fire-types like Gouging Fire and Incineroar, among other key problems for Chien-Pao such as Diancie and Iron Hands.", and then list the partners in a sentence after that.
On this note, I think it's fine to not mention steel types as a broad issue, realistically there's like 3 common steel types right now, and two of them are weak to dark. But removing the steel type mention makes gouging fire look weird in the partner list next to lando and pon, since it doesn't really help in the same way vs "fire or diancie/hands", so I think Gouging Fire and the howl part should become their own sentence at the end of this point too. Mentioning that Howl accentuates the physical focused offense already passively bolstered by Sword of Ruin.
I'll give it a look over again after you've implemented things
 
Content is good. The first of the partner points probably needs a little restructuring, but GP will have better insight on that than I will.
