Fog.

Defog removes most (maybe all) effects from your opponent's field, including Stealth Rock, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes that your team has laid. However, it also removes the opponent's Reflect, Light Screen, and maybe Safeguard and Mist, too. I'm not sure on those last two.

Wait are you trying to say fog works like rapid spin? This has me very confused, does it remove your own entry hazards, your opponents or both? i was under the impression that it just lowered evasiveness...could someone please clear this up for me.

It acts like Rapid Spin for the target, meaning in Doubles you could Defog your partner and that would do the same as a Rapid Spin.

Oh, alright I think I understand now, in singles using defog would just clear your own entry hazards. For a second their i thought you could clear hazards much in the same way as rapid spin. If that was the case i feel like it would dramatically changed the metagame, even if you lost your own rocks/spikes in the process.

I think Fog doesn't have a move that induces it because the designers thought it would unbalance the game.

That didn't stop them from making Double Team or ubers. They unbalance the game too, but we just ban them. Double Team is way more broken than fog because you can't keep increasing evasion exponentially every turn with fog. Likewise, Togekiss hax is broken beyond all reason.
