seems very potent. fast, powerful, and has pivoting

Other notes:
  • Ban tera, it's broken lol.
  • The offensive donors that stand out in particular are: Basculegion (Adaptability), Lycanroc Dusk (Tough Claws+Good attack and Speed), Numel (Simple), Lokix (Tinted Lens), Protosynthesis mons, Quark Drive mons. Can't wait to see Proto/Qdrive spam lol.
  • The defensive donors that stand out in particular are: Regenerator (Torn-T, Slowbro, etc), Hatterene (Magic Bounce), Landorus-therian and other Intimidate mons, Houndstone (Fluffy), Dondozo (Unaware).
  • 1AC should probably be implemented, or we have to ban a million offensive monsters cuz of proto/quark (probs should be banned anyway) / encounter 6 regen spam

Quick shout out to this little guy:
:sv/numel:
Stat Boosts: +15 atk, +10 def, +16 spa, +11 spd, +8 spe
The boosts may not be as massive as some of the other things the meta has to offer, but they still grant the likes of Baxcalibur and Volcarona 160 attack and 151 spa respectively, while also giving them access to simple dd and qd. A more gimmicky choice is Veluza, which is harder to pull off since fillet away cuts hp, but a move that gives +4 to Attack and Speed in one turn is no joke. I feel like this is going to be really centralizing, since it will likely force an unaware onto every team, and even then, a mon that checks bax might lose to volc and vice versa, and that's not even mentioning other simple users that are sure to crop up like simple sd Garchomp, Kingambit, and Landorus-T, simple np gholdengo, maybe even simple torch song dirge with throat spray, and simple falinks as zastra mentioned above.
Tldr; simple broko

Rapid fire theorymonning let's go:

:sv/great tusk: :flamigo:
Flamigo (Great Tusk) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Scrappy
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Headlong Rush
- Ice Spinner
- Rapid Spin
Stats: 115/159/149/71/69/109 (BST 672)

It's no Regen Tusk, but Scrappyspin go brr.

:sv/baxcalibur: :haxorus:
Haxorus (Baxcalibur) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Mold Breaker
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Glaive Rush
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard / Earthquake
- Swords Dance / Dragon Dance
Stats: 115/181/114/90/103/111 (BST 714)

Mold Breaker setup; Unaware who? Not to mention the massive attack stat.

:sv/slither wing: :lokix:
Lokix (Slither Wing) @ Choice Band / Heavy-Duty Boots / Life Orb
Ability: Tinted Lens
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- First Impression
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Leech Life
Stats: 85/160/98/98/118/104 (BST 663)
Just like Lokix, it has Tinted Lens First Impression. But this also has 160 base attack and STAB Close Combat.

:sv/zapdos: :talonflame:
Talonflame (Zapdos) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Gale Wings
Tera Type: Flying / Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Thunder
- U-turn
- Roost
Stats: 90/110/102/143/107/131 (BST 683)

:sv/salamence: :talonflame:
Talonflame (Salamence) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Gale Wings
Tera Type: Flying / Steel
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dual Wingbeat
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
Stats: 95/155/97/128/97/131 (BST 703)

I'm not sure if Talonflame is worth using over other fusions, but Gale Wings can now be put onto a mon with actual attacking stats, while granting a sizable speed increase as well. The problem is finding a Flying move to use it with. Dual Wingbeat and Air Slash are...fine, Hurricane relies on Rain, and Brave Bird has the recoil. Acrobatics exists, but that probably just wants to run Unburden intsead.

---

Edit: Two more things coming to mind:

:sv/zapdos-galar: :roaring moon:
Roaring Moon (Zapdos-Galar) @ Booster Energy
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 104 HP / 148 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Acrobatics
- Thunderous Kick / Close Combat
- Bulk Up
- Stomping Tantrum
Stats: 90/159/107/98/115/129 (BST 698)

Speaking of Acrobatics, the paradox abilities are an easy way to immediately get the full power out of it, on top of a speed boost.

:sv/hydreigon: :inteleon:
Inteleon (Hydreigon) @ Scope Lens
Ability: Sniper
Tera Type: Steel / Dragon
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Flash Cannon
- Focus Energy
Stats: 92/126/106/156/106/128 (BST 714)

Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Gunk Shot
- Taunt
- Shift Gear
Stats: 80/140/126/69/80/106

This definitely isn't good, but hey it doesn't have the 4x Ground Weakness now. Taunt + Shift Gear ran only because... I got no idea what to toss onto this thing LMAO

Arboliva (Toxapex) @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Giga Drain
- Earth Power
- Hyper Voice
- Strength Sap
Stats: 78/84/128/138/144/47

Arboliva doesn't need the speed from other Regen Pokemon, so why not fuse it up with Toxapex? More Bulk and Regenerator. Plus Arboliva has Strength Sap and it is arguably the best Strength Sap user (Polteageist is a Shell Smasher, Brambleghast is a spinner, Driflbim and Jumpluff....uhhh) so not RegenVest,.

Tatsugiri-Stretchy (Gardevoir) @ Life Orb

Stats: 68/66/76/151/123/102

Why be countered by Trace Gardevoir when you can become Trace Gardevoir!!!!

Damn, I saw the name and thought the og Frantic Fusion that's been hanging around ROM for the longest time had finally been accepted, but this looks like a wildly different thing. I'll definitely miss the shenanigans allowed having two abilities on one mon, but if its what it takes for frantic fusion to be accepted then ig its fine.

On a different note, here's a grab bag of random shower ideas:

:ss/heatran::azelf:
Abilities: Flash Fire / Levitate
Stats: 91 / 121 / 123 / 161 / 123 / 105
The current biggest speed donor with levitate. Hopefully this makes Heatran's defensive profile a bit better in a metagame full of way more ground than fire coverage.

:ss/baxcalibur::kingambit:
Abilities: Thermal Exchange / Ice Body / Defiant / Supreme Overlord / Pressure
Stats: 115 / 178 / 122 / 90 / 107 / 99
Behold the ultimate late game cleaner. With just enough bulk to probably get at least one DD going, this thing just has an absurd attack stat, hitting Zacian numbers if this is the last mon in your team (and with arguably better STABs).

oh boy a new meta, time to get ANNOYING with it

98/108/130/76/118/84
Wo-Chien (Corviknight) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Tablets of Ruin
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def

yeah good luck dealing literally any physical damage to this.

Glimmora (Electrode-Hisui) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Toxic Debris
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Volt Switch
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave

saw an electrode-hisui!glimmora set as a suicide lead which looks really good, but also consider the other way around as a non-suicide pivot lead. or you could just also make it a suicide lead and give it explosion/chloroblast. either probably works.

100/93/97/155/155/97
Slowking-Galar (Meloetta) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD

hey guys what if regenvest meloetta had BETTER stats???

Numel (Volcarona) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Simple
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance
- Fiery Dance
- Tera Blast
- Morning Sun

idk what volcarona is doing in a meta with tera legal like this. simple's probably not even the best option, you can fuse so much stuff to this thing: espeon, gholdengo, venomoth, torkoal, etc. like i'd say at least put it on the watchlist.

80/155/77/55/97/143
Sawsbuck (Sneasler) @ Assault Vest

This OM looks like a lot of fun, but I'm having some trouble teambuilding, the reason being figuring out what a mon gives is annoying, I would like if we had some command where it showed the stat changes and abilities a mon would give upon fusing, similar to the /showevo present in cross evo.
anyway so im not just asking for a command here's the a fun mon, or really what ima use to set hazards
:sv/uxie: :glimmora:
75/88/152/107/150/116
Glimmora (Uxie) @ Leftovers
Ability: Toxic Debris
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- U-turn/Memento
- Psychic
speed some para, set up rocks, uturn on special attackers or memento after you set up your hazards, psychic doesnt hit really hard but its something considering how passive this looks.
(dang my glimmer fuse got sniped)

Round 2 of my silly theorycraft ideas, I made sure to check the Banlist, dw.

214.png

Iron Valiant (Heracross) @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance
- Trailblaze
- Megahorn
Stats: 80/157/97/70/110/114

Go further beyond what is known for SD Trailblaze Heracross. Why not let it get the awesome Booster Energy Quark Drive combo as well!!!

641-t.png

Vivillon (Tornadus-Therian) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Compound Eyes
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hurricane
- Focus Blast
- Nasty Plot
- Heat Wave
Stats: 79/113/92/132/102/143

Now hear me out. We all hate the accuracy of Hurricane with no rain or Focus Blast in general. What if there was an ability that buffed the accuracy of moves? What if Hurricane and Focus Blast had 91% Accuracy rather than 70% Accuracy? What if Heat Wave was perfectly accurate? Fuse Tornadus-Therian and Vivillon together and you get something straight out of hell.

448.png

Clawitzer (Lucario) @ Life Orb
Ability: Mega Launcher
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aura Sphere
- Dark Pulse
- Nasty Plot
- Flash Cannon
Stats: 70/128/92/145/92/104

While the stat increases aren't insane really, what this does do is give Lucario Mega Launcher. Aura Sphere is now the same BP as Focus Blast, and it can never miss! That's WILD! You could run Dragon Pulse over Dark Pulse or Flash Cannon, but I prefer having Nasty Plot + 3 Attacks.

0/33/30/15/21/12
+Supreme Overlord

Could argue King Gambit is better to actually use rather than using it to donate, but the boost to bulk and high damage alongside Supreme Overlord, could give it a niche as a donor for already fast mons to act as cleaners or late game sweepers. Only mon I have in mind atm would be like, Dragapult,King Gambit? There's definitely stuff that could make use of this though.

i feel like a lot of people are discrediting the power of loading kingambit but with even more fucked stats

w/ dragapult
100 / 165 / 138 / 85 / 103 / 85

w/ diancie
100 / 160 / 157 / 85 / 122 / 62

w/ goodra-hisui
100 / 160 / 145 / 87 / 122 / 65

w/ baxcalibur
100 / 171 / 143 / 78 / 106 / 71

w/ roaring moon
100 / 169 / 137 / 73 / 100 / 79

some of these may seem better overall but because of fusion clause having other options to slap on is a good idea.

alternatively you could go sharpness if you'd rather not rely too much on supreme overlord and want it to hit very hard off the bat with kowtow (it gives a stronger aerial ace as well), gallade or kleavor both work here, the former has better spdef while the latter is 1 point faster and has better defense. ultimately this pokemon is dumb as hell and with tera still legal i expect this to be just as dangerous as an endgame mon as always, the only thing that might concern it is unaware being common to handle all the other brokens

okay enough tryharding, here's some funny shit

:wo-chien:
Breloom (Wo-Chien)
Ability: Poison Heal
Tera Type: Water / Fairy / Poison
- Knock Off
- Ruination / Power Whip / Giga Drain
- Leech Seed / Taunt
- Taunt / Mean Look
85 / 117 / 120 / 110 / 150 / 87

there has been a criminally low amount of poison heal discussion. it's a dumb ability that will almost certainly enable various bulky setup sweepers (hello jaw lock rmoon) and utility mons to outlast and overwhelm offensive + defensive answers alike. boring. here's wo-chien. idk what evs you run because the meta doesn't exist yet but your stats are pretty epic. tera poison shouldn't remove the status but if it does just run broken water/fairy tera. this probably annoys a fair bit of defensive mons that lack pivoting or good as gold or magic bounce so like 3 lmao. on the binacle pinnacle scale i rate this 3 knock off pex out of 5.

you can also give lando-t pheal for the time being if you're sick of waiting for gliscor to return. the stats are cool (89 / 177 / 110 / 120 / 95 / 108) but you really miss roost and knock. sd u-turn is still probably a good breaker + pivot so w/e

:sneasler:
lets talk about this guy. specifically the fact that dire claw has a 50% chance to inflct poison, paralysis, or sleep.

Sawsbuck (Sneasler) @ Heavy-Duty Boots / Air Balloon
Ability: Serene Grace
Tera Type: Fighting / Dark / Flying
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Dire Claw
- Night Slash / Acrobatics
- Swords Dance

how funny! if you run rock slide on this for 60% flinch ur a true ladder villain. meloetta is also a good partner for sneasler i could have def worded that better anyway u lose a bit of attack and 1 speed but gain way better bulk which is nice when everything has higher attacking stats

speaking of which i feel meloetta has a lot of potential as a donor given its good special stats and ability, consider

Meloetta (Dragapult) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Serene Grace
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Draco Meteor
- Hydro Pump / Fire Blast
- U-turn
88 / 139 / 94 / 132 / 107 / 164

this is the ultimate shadow ball clicker. "but isn't adapt/sheer force/other boosting ability better?" yeah but imagine trying to wall a shadow ball spamming dragapult when it spdef drops you every turn. gholdengo works too for that matter.

more options

:iron-moth: 80 / 89 / 79 / 172 / 142 / 132
iron moth with budget torch song have fun

:kilowattrel: 70 / 89 / 79 / 137 / 92 / 147
this mon is not good fs but on rain teams u can have 60% confuse hurricanes 60% para thunders and weather ball. round out with tera blast / air slash / volt switch for ultimate mfer energy

:iron-treads: 90 / 131 / 139 / 104 / 102 / 128
tired of ppl calling you bad? This isn't going to change that. click iron head.

:moltres-galar: 90 / 104 / 109 / 132 / 157 / 112
okay so iron head is funny but you might get screwed over by adverse contact effects so here's fiery wrath + air slash.

:honchkrow: 100 / 144 / 71 / 137 / 84 / 93
goltres but it learns heat wave and sucks otherwise

:decidueye-hisui: 88 / 131 / 99 / 127 / 127 / 82
assuming this works triple arrows has a 100% chance to lower defense and a 60% chance to flinch. might be the best move in the game in this scenario. a shame you have to run decidueye-hisui.

alright Round 3, but this time I dared myself to choose some Lower Tier Pokémon, just because this is really fun to theorycraft for.

049.png

Hisuian Braviary (Venomoth) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Sludge Bomb
- Energy Ball
Stats: 70/85/77/118/92/106

I know that Tinted Lens is a really good ability since it bypasses resistances, but I think that Sheer Force could work well as well. Being able to use Life Orb riskless is a dime a dozen right now since we don't have any Magic Guard Pokémon right now. I was gonna do this on Volcarona, but since I wanted to do lower tier Pokémon only, I decided to give Venomoth a whirl.

982.png
Hisuian Decidueye (Dudunsparce) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Scrappy
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Boomburst
- Earth Power
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
Stats: 125/128/100/108/98/70

There are TWO scrappy Pokémon in SV right now, and Hisuian Decidueye has the high Special Attack. The power of Specs Scrappy Tera Normal Boomburst cannot be denied though. 70 Speed isn't great, but 125 HP + 100/98 Defenses allows Dudunsparce to take on the Scrappy Boomburst role really well, especially since it is bulkier than Swellow and Exploud.

288.png

Sneasler (Vigoroth) @ White Herb
Ability: Unburden
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Slack Off
- Curse
- Body Slam
- Shadow Claw
Stats: 80/112/95/65/75/120

This is the only NFE I even considered for this since Slaking is banned, and Vigoroth is known to be a good Pokémon in it's own way. The main thing I wanted to highlight though was the combination of White Herb Curse + Unburden + a Healing Move. We've seen White Herb Curse + Unburden with Hitmonlee in the past in regular metagames, but this takes it a step further by allowing Vigoroth to recover HP so it can take more hits.

952.png

Venomoth (Scovillain) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Tinted Lens
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Giga Drain
- Fire Blast
- Flamethrower
- Overheat
Stats: 65/124/80/130/83/97

Scovillain will forever be the most sad Pokemon of all time to me personally. It's the first Fire/Grass Type, yet it only got Grass & Fire moves for its Special Coverage. So why not exploit that horrible coverage by using Tinted Lens? My original plan was to use Lokix for Tinted Lens, but then I saw that the only Physical Fire STAB Scovillain gets... is Fire Fang.

Some Quick Theorymons:

:Kingambit:
Kingambit/Glastrier
Supreme Overlord
100/171/152/76/112/57
Incredibly strong, incredibly bulky, very slow for this metagame but the bulk seems insane along with the attack stat. Supreme Overlord is likely preferable over Chilling Neigh. Glastrier has some of the best donor stats for any slow, bulky physical attacker (+0/36/32/16/27/7)

:Dragapult:
Dragapult/Barraskewda
Infiltrator
88/150/90/115/87/176
Fastest mon possible without using Electrode as a donor mon, since Skewda over Electrode gives 150 > 132 Attack. Might not be good into the very splashable Baxcalibur and Kingambit fusions however as it's very frail and weak to both Ice Shard and Sucker Punch.

Dragapult/Meloetta
Serene Grace
88/139/94/132/107/164
Alternatively, Meloetta provides Dragapult with 40% chance Sp.Def drops from Shadow Ball, making special sets very hard to safely switch in to. You could even run Dragon Breath as a 60% para chance move, although this is very weak and only functions to hinder repeated switch ins further.

Dragapult/Bruxish
Dazzling
88/146/92/117/92/165
If prio on Gambit and Bax becomes way too meta for Pult and you REALLY want to counterteam... (Not Recommended). Tsareena provides 7 more bulk in both stats and 4 more Attack, but is 5 Speed slower.

:Ceruledge:
Ceruledge/Kleavor
Sharpness
75/158/103/71/117/106
This might be too slow for a relatively frail offensive mon in this metagame (lol) but Bitter Blade is boosted by Sharpness to 135BP while Ceruledge's lack of effective Ghost STAB outside of Shadow Sneak can be somewhat patched up with its access to Night Slash, Psycho Cut (both 105BP) and X-Scissor (120BP). Gallade can be used instead to trade 2 Attack, 7 Defence and 1 Speed for 11 more SpDef.

:Dragonite:
Dragonite/Lokix
Tinted Lens
91/159/114/113/113/103
Losing Multiscale is tough, but Tinted Lens makes Extreme Speed unresisted outside of Ghost types so this could be a pretty potent cleaner able to muscle through weakened Steel-Types. Likely still loses to Tusk though.

:Heatran:
Heatran/Tornadus-Therian
Regenerator
91/115/126/157/128/107
Everyone loves Levitate Heatran, but what about faster, stronger Regenerator Heatran? This mon is already strong and would likely appreciate even more power along with a reliable recovery method.

:Zapdos:
Zapdos/Gholdengo
Good as Gold
90/105/108/158/112/121
Gholdengo gives Zapdos even better defensive stats, even stronger offences and allows it to freely switch in against mons like Corviknight trying to Defog, while also allowing Zapdos to sit on bulkier mons who would otherwise wall and Toxic it like Clodsire.

:Iron Moth:
Iron Moth/Indeedee
Psychic Surge
80/86/73/166/133/133
Lele at home... Should block a lot of the Kingambit spam and destroy them with Fire type moves, while Psychic Surge powers up an already strong Psychic.

:Garchomp:
Garchomp/Greninja
Battle Bond
108/153/111/105/102/132
The ultimate DD Chomp LARP, Gren gives a lot of speed, decent Attack and Sp.Atk and most importantly Battle Bond (Assuming this remains legal). A mixed set could even be run to deal with physically bulky mons like Great Tusk.

:Hariyama:
Hariyama/Diancie
Guts/Sheer Force
144/145/97/65/97/62
Basically Iron Hands with better Sp.Def and two very strong abilities, may be able to Belly Drum sweep through bulkier teams and deal with would-be revenge killers with Bullet Punch but might find it hard to set up against the very strong offensive mons in the format. Could deal with Kingambit decently although not resisting Iron Head hurts.

:Iron_Valiant:
Iron Valiant/Iron Moth
Quark Drive
74/147/105/155/87/143
This just functions as a normal Valiant but on major drugs, with Booster Energy you outspeed every non-scarfer bar Booster Valiant/Scream Tail who you tie with.

:Great_Tusk:
Great Tusk/Goodra-Hisui
Sap Sipper
115/156/156/80/90/102
Goodra-Hisui bolsters Tusk's already great Attack and Defence while giving it an immunity to one of its weaknesses with Sap Sipper and patching up its low SpDef to a respectable 90.

:Roaring_Moon:
Roaring Moon/Avalugg-Hisui
Strong Jaw
105/170/117/63/110/128
Although Avalugg doesn't boost Moon's speed, 120BP Crunch/Jaw Lock along with a titanic 170 Attack stat will be hitting hard and the natural physical bulk is appreciated too.

:Slither_Wing:
Slither Wing/Landorus-Therian
Intimidate
85/171/101/111/125/103
Sp.Def Buzzwole? Very strong pivot with Intimidate and access to immediate recovery in Morning Sun, can threaten out frailer sweepers with First Impression and use strong STAB U-turns to bring in teammates.

:Slowking_Galar:
Slowking-Galar/Diancie
Regenerator
95/90/117/135/147/42
Another instance of Diancie's great donor stats (+0/25/37/25/37/12) making a bulkier mon itself but better.

:Typhlosion_Hisui:
Typhlosion-Hisui/Torkoal
Drought
73/105/113/140/102/100
Choice Scarf/Specs Eruption in the sun... If you want a real pokemon use Moth/Torkoal but this has at least 10x more swag. Hisuian Typhlosion is appreciated for the secondary STAB vs the inevitable Well-Baked Body Corviknights and other Fire immunities.

:Walking_Wake:
Walking Wake/Pelipper
Drizzle
99/95/116/148/100/125
Same concept but with a worse donor and a better base mon, this doesn't really have any switch ins outside of bulky resists and immunities. Unfortunately loses Flamethrower for coverage but Hurricane becomes 100% accurate and hits any Grass types that resist you, so arguably does a better job aside from against opposing sun.

:Gholdengo:
Gholdengo/Heatran
Good as Gold/Flash Fire
87/82/121/165/117/103
Giving it better bulk and overpowering strength, Gholdengo can also gain a Fire immunity in Flash Fire but may appreciate keeping Good as Gold more (this ability is busted).

:Toedscruel:
Toedscruel/Electrode
Static/Soundproof
80/82/82/100/140/137
Marginally stronger and bulkier Toedscruel? I sleep. Base 137 Speed Spore with no Mycelium Might? I also sleep.... Use with a booster mon like Valiant, Scream Tail or Moth for even more horrible results, and remember this guy gets Knock and Spin too. Depends on if this turns out to be as good in practice but wouldn't be surprised to see this limited in future.

:Meowscarada:
Meowscarada/Rillaboom
Grassy Surge
76/141/92/96/87/144
A fast and strong team support option, able to set terrain and having access to Knock Off and U-turn along with a nuke in terrain-boosted Flower Trick. Meow's high base speed allows it to outspeed many other fusions even with a lower speed donor like Rillaboom.

These are just a bunch of ideas for sets, nothing here is tested; Really cool OM and looking forward to seeing how the meta develops/what gets looked at or banned down the line!

Some day 1 stall ideas: Magic Bounce, Ice Scales, and to an extent Tera seem silly, and Regenerator spam seems sillier. Haven't bothered to test so if (when?) this becomes playable on main use at your own risk.

Ice Scales is banned by the way, there was some discussion about unbanning it in OM Discord but rest of council decided to keep it gone; sorry!
On a related note though, there was some tiering stuff that was meant to be handled but we forgot about some things, such as Stakeout. You can expect a slate soon, probably once the challenge code is fixed

Slowking-Galar (Muk-Alola) @ Assault Vest

- Drain Punch
- Rock Slide

To not make a one liner once more here's a good special sponge to use against mons like Dragapult, Volcarona, and Iron Moth. 4th slot is customizable with Ice Punch and/or Fire Punch depending on what you want, but I think Rock Slide is best to hit the two aforementioned Fire-types. Not my OG fusion idea btw s/o to Isaiah

Been enjoying theorycrafting for this tier so turned these into sets here. All the EV investments and coverage moves are somewhat arbitrary/subject to change before a meta with speed tiers and most prominent threats are known, but I've generally gone with max-max and moves/Tera types that deal with what look like the most threatening mons to me (:Roaring_Moon:/:Baxcalibur:/:Dragapult:/:Volcarona:/:Iron Moth:/:Iron Valiant:/:Kingambit:).

I saw Meowscaboom and it reminded me of something I brainstormed earlier today.

Lilligant-Hisui (Meowscarada) @ Choice Band
Ability: Hustle
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flower Trick
- Knock Off
- Low Kick
- U-turn

Meowscarada also has Hone Claws and 149 Speed fusing with Lilligant-H if you wanted to go that route.

LOrd Fernado

I COULD BE BANNED!
This looks fun so I'm joining in
:sv/samurott-hisui::basculegion:
Basculeigon (Samurott-Hisui) @ Black Glasses
Ability: Adaptability
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Wave Crash
- Ceaseless Edge
- Sucker Punch
New stats: 90 / 136 / 96 / 120 / 92 / 103
Ah yes a threatening Adapt sweeper. Anyways doesn't get much apart from Wave Crash, which is better than Liquidation. This hits quite hard however.

:sv/enamorus::braviary-hisui:
Enamorus (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Moonblast
- Mystical Fire
- Hurricane
- Play Rough
New stats: 74 / 134 / 86 / 163 / 96 / 122
This seems really scary and I don't like it. Mixed sets break through a lot of things and the versatility is scary

:sv/slither-wing::lokix:
Slither Wing @ Choice Band
Ability: Tinted Lens
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- First Impression
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Flare Blitz
New stats: 85 / 160 / 98 / 98 / 118 / 104
Did someone say Tinted Lens FImp off a 160 base Choice Band boosted? If so, here it is. This might be balanced for now but this seems really good.

I had some goofy ideas while half asleep

:Moltres-galar: :Braviary-Hisui:
Braviary-Hisui (Moltres-Galar) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hurricane
- Fiery Wrath
- Shadow Ball
- Nasty Plot/Filler
90/105/107/128/142/106

Sheer Force is a strong inheritance and while Moltres is probably not the best base it is surely the funniest. Slow but seems rather functional as a breaker.

:Lilligant-Hisui: :Dragonite:
Dragonite (Lilligant-Hisui) (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Multiscale
Tera Type: Anything
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Victory Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Close Combat
- Synthesis/FIller
70/138/98/75/100/125

Multiscale is likewise a pretty nice inheritance coupled with Dragonite's chunky stat boosts. Lilligant is chosen as the base because it benefits the most from free set up turns for victory dance and benefits from the attack inheritance.

:Garchomp: :Breloom:
Breloom (Garchomp) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Tera Type: Anything
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Dragon Tail
- Spikes
108/162/115/95/100/119

Tankchomp rises once again with the help of Breloom. Sadly Breloom offers nothing but attack in terms of stats but Poison Heal is one hell of an ability. Alternatively you can tilt it to be more offensive with Dance + Coverage since you're now insulated from burns and have a huge attack stat.
