Pending Free for all timer should be reduced (especially in randoms)

2 minute timers are pretty substantial, but it's not so bad when is pvp. When it's pvpvpvp however, wait times per turn get substantially longer on top of the fact that the game mode already is very stall heavy so matches end up taking way longer than they should. Reducing the turn timer to 1 minute would help alleviate this.
