Not the most standard team, but still 6 OUs. I try to strive away from the norm, whilst not too far. I've tried to incorporate counters to the top 6 threats here. I'm not a triple-posting douche, so I wont post a threat list nor team building. Without further adieu, I present to you Team.

252 SpA / 196 Spe / 60 Atk
Mild (+ SpA - Def)

~ Flamethrower
~ Dark Pulse
~ Supahpowah!
~ Ice Beam

Fear's sashed ttar lead, and it always earns a spot. Superpower nails Heatran for a nice 2HKO. Blissey gets nailed with an OHKO, once it think I'm all special. Dark Pulse OHKOs Azelf leads (SS finishes), Starmies, and 2HKOs Celebitch. Flamethrower can 2HKO Metagross and Levitate Zong leads, and OHKO those Scizor that want to U Turn. Ice Beam nails Salamence and Flygon.

252 Atk / 180 Spe / 76 Def
Jolly (+ Spe - SpA)

~ Dragon Claw
~ U Turn
~ Earthquake
~ Fire Punch
Jolly outspeeds other ScarfGon by a single point, and they get handed an OHKO via D Claw. Earthquake is a solid, reliable STAB (in the face), nailing the abundance of Steels for SE. U Turn is absolutely amazing, getting a light hit and scouting my opponent's switches. Fire Punch scores the OHKO on Scizor, and can 3HKO Skarmdog.

@ Leftovers
252 Hp / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Timid

~ Substitute
~ Calm Mind
~ Psychic
~ Hidden Power {Ground}

Let me guess the thought process at this point. ' WTF y rent u runnin scarf it flinches an getz h4xxorz'. Or something of the sort. This little guy turns vicious losses into triumphant wins. SubMind is obvious, and +6 isnt hard. Psychic is the best STAB in his arse(nal). {Ground} smacks his most common switch ins, Heatran and Magnezone for 4x effective damage. His name is Bro Rape, as most Pokemon are male, and he rapes them.

Bold

~ Will o Wisp
~ Leaf Storm (POSSESSED MOWER!)
~ Thunderbolt
~ Shadow Ball

Stops Scizor cold. WoW is great for Mence, Snorlax, and Flygon. My first switch in to Gyarados. The evs generate equal defenses, which maximizes the hit taking ability. Leaf Storm remedies the lack of a grass move.

@ Life Orb
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Hp
Adamant

~ Close Combat
~ Stone Edge
~ Extremespeed
~ Swords Dance

An excellent late-game cleaner upper. ES scores OHKOs on most fast frails after an SD. CC is a powerful STAB, OHKOing Scizor before an SD. Stone Edge hits Gyara + Mence SE (wont OHKO). All in all, its cool cool cool, its cool for cats. (Or jackals)

Impish

~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk
~ Outrage
~ Dragon Dance

Lets just say a +1 EQ / SE from gyara barely 3HKOs this. I can DD to my heart's content, and just rest off damage. Talked Outrages wont lock you in, and once my opponent has 2-3 Pokemon left, I go for an awake Outrage. It is much like BU Dialga or CM Ogre of Ubers.

Rate, hate and steal, holmes!

Alright, Bad Ass, it doesn't seem like you have to bad of a team here. I watched it beat Panamaxis and other and it has great synergy. Though there are a few things that can always be improved.

The main issue I see is actually your Scarf Flygon. Most Flygons now are scarfed themselves, making it seem useless you're running adamant on your set. If you switch Flygon to a JOLLY Nature and keep the EV's the same. With 180 EV's you'll outrun the standard 176 speed flygon and OHKO with Dragon Claw, while also outspeeds Salamence after a Dragon Dance and OHKOing as well. It also allows for a faster U-Turn and an Earthquake of roughly the same power.

That's the only suggestion I seem to have for this team. Great team and for Sash-Tar watch out for Jirachi leads!

EDIT: I'm out of it, Jolly over Timid

Your Lucario evs are listed as 252 SpA/252 Spd...I assume that's just a typo, but its worth mentioning so you can edit it. :D

I can see a SLIGHT (hehe) CursePert weakness. Perhaps you should consider Grass Knot on Jirachi? It has the added benefit of doing alot more damage to Tyranitar and also scoring a OHKO on Rhyperior. You still have Heatran covered perfectly between Kingdra, Flygon, and Tyranitar.

Lucario also NEEDS an Adament nature otherwise you'll find yourself missing the OHKO's Close Combat can give you. Also many of Lucario's counters now run at least 307 speed for the ability to outrun any Lucario with any nature.
