• A Focus Sash should be used to allow Froslass to set up as many hazards as possible and cripple Pokemon like Incineroar and Sceptile since it can always live a hit.

Usage Tips

• Froslass is best used as a lead where it can set up hazards early game and spread status like Paralysis early, as well as potentially get a Destiny Bond kill early if the situation calls for it.
• Sacrificing Froslass early is not always the best option; preserve it until later in the game where it can set up more Spikes and use the utility it provides with Taunt and Thunder Wave
• Utilize Thunder Wave to cripple as many Pokemon as possible on the opposing team so that they are easier to handle later in the game
• Don't be afraid to use your Ice STAB move frequently, as it hits a large variety of types and can pressure hazard control options like Golbat and Decidueye
