Actually, it should affect the order. I shouldn't have to send out first and order first in the same round. That gives you the advantage of sending in mons to counter my mons and giving orders to counter my orders at the same time.
erm...but isn't it the rule (if not please correct me)? While it certainly is unfair (no use denying that), that is just how it is. If you decide to change this or that because the end result is "unfair" it creates a serious precedent. I mean, this games involves risks and you must be ready to take them. This situation is one of them. Unfair? Yes. But predictable.
BUT I want this continue more than I want to move first/last so if insist on your point, post and I will post my actions. I just reserve right to send out different pokemon if that happens.

Actually, as far as I am aware, the rule is that if both battlers send out in the same round, whoever sends out first always orders second, whereas when one person sends out a mon to replace their fainted mon and the other doesn't, who orders first is not affected.

Small correction:
Last turn, Thunderbolt wasn't used (rotom wasn't even around <_<), so it should work A2. But it can't be used in a row, so it should fail a3.
In other words, Shere Khan will be defeated A2 not A3, so no torment for Nudeln. Probably the only change I can think of.

Indeed. Me using Protect meant Rotom used Thunderbolt on action 1. The fact that it failed to do any damage doesn't mean it wasn't used. So if Rotom was tormented by the time it was its turn on action 2, then its Thunderbolt would've failed on action 2.
