Nasty Plot, Trick, Parting Shot, Taunt Intended Role: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Control (Rapid Spin), Setup Sweeper, Choice Specs Role Justification: Quite high speed tier, stats and movepool allowing it to make progress with the constant threat of crippling foes, especially as Regen lets it preserve longevity to do this multiple times, and even having a STAB that hits Poison-types super effectively, Assault Vest also lets it have some bulk to speak of to provide some defensive utility too.
However, its typing also gives it minimal resists, that combined with its existent bulk also means that it can be forced out as it can't take many hits, especially on the physical side, and it can struggle to break past Steel-types consistently given its coverage options.

Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Spikes, Trick, Recover Intended Role: Choice Band, Choice Scarf, Offensive Pivot, Hazard Setter (Spikes), Setup Sweeper Role Justification: After Terastallizing, Tera Blast takes into account which stat is highest to use either the user's Atk or SpA, meaning that it becomes a potent abuser of its own ability, especially as Tera Blast also gains STAB before Terastallizing, so it can avoid Terastallizing early-game for a better offensive STAB type, this is further complemented by a wide movepool to perform a variety of roles.
However, its typing isn't too good offensively or defensively, and while it can compensate that by holding a mask, it also loses its ability, although each forme does have a niche of its own, such as Cornerstone being a decent suicide lead with Sturdy, Wellspring having bulk and a nice pure Water typing after Terastallizing to use defensively, and Hearthflame allowing to ignore abilities, which is relevant in metas like this one where they are very defining.

All around great special attacker, excellent STAB typing with good coverage to hit everything in the meta right now, good speed tier and good attacking stats. Can go for a standard 4 attacks set, a CM sweeper in the late game, specs for more immediate power and even more defensive utility sets with Stealth Rocks and Wish or TWave.

Swords Dance Intended Role: Breaker, Offensive Pivot, Sweeper Role Justification: You have excellent offensive STABs, good stats and great coverage to serve as a great breaker. Triple Axel is a massive nuke and Ice damage is incredible into the current meta. Band allows for big power and Scarf can be an option later down the line. You can also serve as an offensive pivot throwing out big moves and getting out.

Intended Role: Special Wall, Special Wallbreaker, Hazard Setter Role Justification: Gardeton returns! After an unfortunate close vote in OU that resulted in this mon's loss, Gardeton is back with round two for FEUU! This mon has had an interesting journey and even with its loss, the idea of the mon was still something that people enjoyed and wanted to see. So here it is!
Pretty nice Special Fairy with a heck ton of utility and a good combination of stats, ability, and movepool. It can basically almost do it all, from hazard setter, defensive pivot with Teleport, can cripple mons with either Thunder Wave and Will-O-Wisp. Knock Off, and Wish is even an option too. It's got good bulk to sponge hits and decent enough SpA stat with Moonblast and some colorful coverage to not be passive; Trace is also pretty nice as a way to steal some helpful abilities while also switching some common threats, while simultaneously removing their items after you've absorbed Knock.
Gardeton's lower than ideal physical bulk means it can get muscle past pretty easily from strong Physical Breakers. It also lacks reliable recovery and because of this it can sometimes get worn down easily from hazard setters. It also has a bit of a minor 4MSS depending on the moves it wishes to run to check some of the mons in the meta. Lastly although its SpA is serviceable, its not great and can feel pretty passive sometimes without CM boosts.

Grassy Surge returns with an unexpected new look!

Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Revengekiller Role Justification: This most certainly isn't just me making another Grass/Fire Slate 1 Grassy Surge mon because I'm just doing whatever worked previously but on a lower power level and with a fresh new coat of paint nooooo........
Grassy Surge returns in FEUU Gen 9! The main idea I thought about for this mon is simple. A combination of Fire Lash into Grassy Glide. Fire Lash into one mon, and then with its defense lowered, snipe back with Grassy Glide under terrain. Its a strong offensive presence combined with a good STAB combination and some excellent utility in Knock Off and U-turn to help maintain momentum against its checks. A bit simplistic but contributes plenty to a team already with its terrain setting capabilities. Rillamor also has the potential for set up sweeping, with access to Swords Dance, and whose lower speed is circumvented somewhat with Grassy Glide under terrain.
Lack of any sort of recovery at all aside from Leech Seed and Grassy Terrain forces Rillamor to rely on passive HP gain to stay in the battle. Unnecessary damage can hinder Rillamor's lifespan and shorten the amount of time it can contribute as an offensive threat. It's STAB combo is also walled pretty handidly by Flying-types, and although Grassy Glide is a good priority option, it doesn't necessarily have any good STAB options aside from Seed Bomb that has much immediate power, aside from Wood Hammer which completely kills Rillamor's already shaky longevity.
Overall a strong mon that needs some careful planning to make use of correctly but can do wonders for a team when used well.
Zyorus-10 and Pheronoir removed due to balancing reasons (I had an inkling that Zyorus was gonna be problematic and my dumb ass somehow forgot Pheromosa got Quiver Dance.)

Also has all the fun defensive moves you know and love from the Clefairy Line.

Psychic Terrain helps this mon immensely by blocking Sucker Punch/Shadow Sneak/Ice Shard, as well as giving it a powerful move in Expanding Force. Plus the Overgrow part of the ability can help in a pinch.
The Anti-Zyorus

Role Justification: Current meta has basically no hazard removal (limited to basically just Defog Muktaria). Combining a high speed stat with a pretty nice utility movepool overall, Kabupult offers a lot of offensive utility. Additionally it could run some kind of sweeper/wallbreaking set, but much like Dragapult, it suffers from a lack of reliable physical Ghost STAB options not named Phantom Force.

Swords Dance, Taunt Intended Role: Physical wallbreaker, revenge killer, cleaner Role Justification: Quark Drive Atk with SD and Sucker Punch from his 130 base attack is super good for revenge killing, and Knock Off + Leaf Blade breaks a lot of walls as well, with the Grass STAB beating Water and Ground types and the Dark STAB hitting a lot of other stuff neutrally. Held back by relative frailty and awful defensive typing that let’s it get OHKOed by most U-turn users.

Destiny Bond, Recover, Will-O-Wisp, Calm Mind, Haze, Intended Role: Mixed Wall Role Justification: It's a ghost type eviolite user, the worst type for an eviolite user to be. That said its bulk does go wild with eviolite and recovery. It really depends if you would rather have a very fat wall or something more akin to a tank.

Wish, Calm Mind, Toxic, Substitute, Toxic Spikes Intended Role: Spdef Wall, Utility Pivot, Hazard Removal, Cm setup Role Justification: Water/Fairy will never be a bad spdef typing, and this thing has great natural bulk to accompany it, it handles the special threats we have now and those to come really well, and and has excellent utility, being good removal, knock off, 90 BP Fairy type Giga Drain to keep it healthy and non-passive. Can even opt for Calm Mind sets alongside its draining stab to become threatening in its own right, adding a new dimension to its gameplay and an option special breakers have to respect. Not built to hard counter any specific thing but just be a good spdef mon for the duration of the meta, notably rn good into Mawzam, Chomptry, and the niche Guguzz, it does have the weakness of subpar physical bulk, and having to rely on wish for recovery, but considering everything else this mon is amazing at? That’s a worthwhile price to pay.
