Gyaramence @Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Earthquake/Iron Head/Roost
To he honest, I would run Gyaramence-Mega as a buffed-up form of Mega Gyarados, as that provides good coverage (EQ), and it has the same STABs. Roost is another option as it allows Gyaramence to forfeit coverage, but have a lot more survivability, or maybe Iron Head as both the base and mega are weak to fairy. The ability is just, Intimidate, which is basic but I feel works well for the setup, and Gyyaramence definetly appreciates the exra points to base stats from it. I think it would use Dragon Dance in base form, due to the good defensive typing, and then Mega Evolve to get the extra Bulk and sweep with Gyaramence-Megas's massive attack stat. Wish might work as well, because of a nice 110 HP stat.

Sans @ Leftovers
Ability: Lazy Bones
EVs: 208 HP / 48 Atk / 252 Def
Adamant Nature
-Return
-Earthquake
-Knock Off
-Rapid Spin/Ice Punch/Stone Edge/Stealth Rock

This slightly odd physical tank set isn't to be taken lightly, as it can even survive an Adamant +1 Hazard's Flare Blitz and then revenge kill it with Earthquake (if Lazy Bones is not in effect, which it won't be on Sans' first turn out). It also has Return as another powerful STAB, and Knock Off to hit Ghosts who may be able to avoid Return and Earthquake. The last slot can go to whatever you like, potentially for Rapid Spin to clear the field, another coverage move or Stealth Rock if you'd like a setter of it. There are more sets Sans can run, and benefits from it's movepool and ability that I could add, but I'm low on time right now, so I'll add more later.
Some clarifications need to be made about that ability. Is it raising and lowering stats by one stage, or is that a separate modifier? If it's separate, what happens if Sans is out for ten turns, and its attack has dropped by 100%? Is its attack stat 0? Will its evasion continue to increase? And aren't evasion abilities banned in OU?

Sans sounds cool on paper, but its ability can actually might make it too unsatisfactory (And broken at the sametime). The CONSTANT need to set up SD in order to sweeper might get really annoying. On the flipside, after a while it probably wont care if it has to SD every turn since afer turn two its basically unhittable.

It works like Truant, where those buffs/debuffs are applied on the 2nd, 4th, 6th etc turns out, but on the 1st, 3rd and 5th turns those effects are not applied. Fusions with evasion abilities have been submitted before, and since Sandslash's only non-Hidden Ability is Sand Veil I didn't really have a choice.

Therefore, as opposed to what G-Luke said, it will not have to continually SD, nor will it be unhittable.

Thunderblast @ Blastoisinite
Ability: Torrential Voltage
EVs: 160 HP / 252 SpA / 96 Spe
Modest Nature
-Agility
-Hydro Pump
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam/Aura Sphere/Dragon Pulse

A sample Agility set for Thunderblast, as at +2 it can outspeed anything up to and including Jolly/Timid Choice Scarf base 108 Speed Pokemon, and with use 80/110/110 bulk, it won't have trouble getting of an Agility (it can even set up pre-mega if brought in against an Electric-type thanks to its ability). Hitting an astronomical 504 Special Attack with a Modest Nature, Thunderblast doesn't necessarily even need Nasty Plot to tear through the opposition, but it can be used over coverage for even more terrifying power. Its STABs do most of the work, with Ice Beam completing its Boltbeam coverage and hitting Dragon-types that resists its STABs, although it can use a different fourth move to abuse the boost from Mega Launcher. Speaking of STABs, if it is on a rain team it can run Thunder for guaranteed accuracy and even more power.

Thunderblast @ Blastoisinite
Ability: Torrential Voltage
EVs: 8 HP / 248 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Hydro Pump
-Volt Switch
-Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
-Ice Beam/Dragon Pulse/Rapid Spin

Although it somewhat lacks the sweeping potential of the other set, a simple attacking set can also function well, now with Volt Switch to grab momentum and maybe even Rapid Spin for field clearance.

Exdoom @ Houndoomite
Ability: Amplify
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Nasty Plot
-Boomburst
-Fire Blast
-Dark Pulse/Ice Beam/Surf

Pretty simple set, not much to explain: Nasty Plot up and then obliterate the opposition with Boomburst and Fire Blast STABs, with a coverage move of you choice to deal more damage to Ghost- and Rock-types. Deceptively simple and devastatingly powerful.

Also, quickly, here are the movesets for this round's winners:

here are sets for Sceptilasaur

Sceptilasaur @ Sceptilite
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Overgrow
Timid / Naive Nature
- Sludge Bomb
- Dragon Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Sleep Powder / Earthquake

Nice set for a powerful lategame cleaner. Its STABs have decent coverage, with Focus Blast smashing what resists it. EQ can be used to smash specific threats like Tran, but it prefers Sleep Powder's utility.

Sceptilisaur @ Venusaurite
EVS: 252 HP / 248 Def / 8 SpA
Ability: Overgrow
Bold Nature
- Synthesis
- Leech Seed / Earthquake
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb

Nice tank set using Venusaurite. A better Mega Venusaur.

Lucasol @ Absolite/Life Orb
Ability: Steadfast Luck
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Nasty Plot/Substitute
-Aura Sphere/Focus Blast
-Dark Pulse
-Thunderbolt/Vacuum Wave/Psychic

I personally prefer a special set over the physical one solely for the surprise factor. Choice of Fighting STAB is seems even, you might miss KOs or just miss, but they're still good moves on their own right. Aura Sphere seems better on Nasty Plot sets while Focus Miss is better on Substitute sets. Thunderbolt is crucial to hit the wall that is Dianbro. Vacuum Wave can be used on non-mega variants to aid its middling Speed. Psychic is cool to hit Poison types.

Lucasol @ Absolite/Life Orb
Ability: Steadfast Luck
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Swords Dance/Substitute
-Close Combat/High Jump Kick
-Knock Off
-Poison Jab/Stone Edge/Sucker Punch

The special set might have the surprise factor but the physical one is statistically better. Use your high-powered STAB to overwhelm your opponent and Knock Off is just broken. Poison Jab hits fairies and Stone Edge hits Flying types.

If you're really worried about Dianbro, I'd honestly recommend running Toxic over Thunderbolt alongside Substitute, because without Nasty Plot, Lucasol just doesn't have the power to take on 90/130 special bulk, especially if Dianbro has Calm Mind and Slack Off. As for the physical set, Poison Jab is good for dealing with other, weaker fairies, but not Dianbro. It would take 3 SDs with Absolite or 2 with a Life Orb to break 90/200 physical bulk, and Lucasol is handily OHKO'd by an uninvested unboosted STAB Moonblast. In general, it would be much better to get rid of Dianbro with something else first, before trying to sweep with any kind of Lucasol.
P.S. - Thunderbolt can work if you get a Nasty Plot off: +2 252 SpA Life Orb Lucasol Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Mega Dianbro: 442-520 (115.1 - 135.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
P.P.S. - The EVs on the physical set seem a little... light.
P.P.P.S - I gave it 252 Atk when I did the physical calcs, to be sure.

Hopefully my fusions will win this time

Parents:Hitmonlee + Hitmonchan
Shared Egg Group: Humanlike
Offspring Name: Chan Lee (Street Fighter Puns Continue!)
New Type: Fighting
Base Stats: 60/122/76/45/120/91 BST:514 (+10 All)
New Ability: (Reckless + Iron Fist)= Karate Master- All physical moves do 1.3X damage.
Notable Moves: High Jump Kick, Close Combat, Blaze Kick, Earthquake, Poison Jab, Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Stone Edge, Elemental Punches, Knock Off, Bulk Up, Fake Out
Role Identification: A true fighting type. It has an extreme Attack stat thanks to it's ability, paired with decent speed and high special defense, bulk up, and a huge movepool will make this quite the physical sweeper.

Offspring Name: Pinsky
New Type: Grass/Bug
Base Stats: 82/129/97/92/72/112 BST:584 (+15 ATK, +10 SPE, +5 SPA, +10 DEF)
New Ability: (Serene Grace + Mold Breaker)= Serene Breaker- All moves hit regardless of abilities and all moves that have secondary effects have that effect boosted.
Notable Moves: Seed Bomb, X-Scissor, Superpower, Earthquake, Air Slash, Seed Flare
Role Identification: Good Physical attacker with bad typing. The mega is much better

Base Stats: 82/159/117/102/92/132 BST: 684 (+30 ATK, +20 DEF, +10 SPA, +20 SPD, +20SPE)
New Ability: Aerilate
Notable Moves: Same as above + Return and Quick Attack
Role Identification: This might be the most broken fusion in existence. 159/102/132 offensive stats, and 82/117/92 defensive stats, an -ate ability, priority all packed into one Pokemon.

Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee cannot breed because they're both male (and you obviously can't make a DNA fusion of them).

Agreed with everything you said. Just noticed that Poison Jab's power is too weak. Thanks for pointing out the mistake. Will edit it.

Houndectric @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Thunderous Embers
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
-Volt Switch
-Dark Pulse
-Overheat/Fire Blast
-Sludge Bomb/HP Ice/Signal Beam/Switcheroo

Houndectric seems like a good counter to fire types, but it lacks any real super-effective options for hitting them very hard, and most fire types have access to Earthquake or Earth Power. That said, the boost from its ability can give Houndectric some real power behind that Volt Switch, which also allows you to switch to a bulkier partner, preferably one with a ground immunity. Sludge Bomb adds some needed coverage against fairy types, HP Ice against ground and dragon, and Signal Beam against dark. Switcheroo is great for when an opponent predicts Volt Switch and keeps spamming fire or tries setting up.

Houndectric @ Manectite/Houndoomite
Ability: Thunderous Embers
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Volt Switch/Thunderbolt
-Dark Pulse
-Overheat/Fire Blast/Sludge Bomb/HP Ice/Nasty Plot
-Overheat/Fire Blast/Sludge Bomb/HP Ice/Nasty Plot/Solar Beam

The sets for both megas end up remarkably similar, so I'm just gonna lump them together like this. Manectite is great for Volt Switching because of Intimidate, but Houndoomite can also make for some powerful Volt Switches, because Solar Power gives it a 30% boost in sun, and by switching, the Solar Power damage is avoided. Both megas can also make good use of Nasty Plot, as Manectite can potentially give a free turn with Intimidate, while Houndoomite provides better long-term bulk. Again, the coverage moves are there as normal, with Solar Beam being exclusively useful on a Houndoomite set on a sun team.

Other options: Houndectric without Houndoomite can make a great addition to a sun team thanks to its fire immunity, and it can also find a place on a rain team with a STAB Thunder. Any non-Choice set can find a use for Taunt, and even if it has a Choice item, it can run Taunt alongside Switcheroo for some serious shenanigans. Lastly, even though its physical attack and movepool leave a lot to be desired, it does get some decent STABs in Wild Charge and Sucker Punch.

I hope that now that we are in discussion phase why can talk about Hidden Abilities being able to be used.

And here is a set for Sans

Sans @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Lazy Bones
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
- Return
- Earthquake

Classic SubDance set. But Lazy Bones can be used for its advantage.

Turn 1: Sans comes in and forces something out.
Turn 2: Sans gets a sub for free and its evasion ability makes it harder to hit.

So its very similar to DPP Garchomp in Sand. Its ability gives it huge setup and free turns, and its natural bulk makes Subs harder to break. It might have probs with levitating ghosts, but aside that fact its a monstrosity

As long as we're discussing the rules, I was wondering why a DNA fusion of two Pokemon with the same ability doesn't get any know kind of bonus the way a normal fusion does. Maybe +60 instead of +40 (keeping the max of +20 in each stat), or a static +5 to all stats in addition to the +40?

alright, time to make some legal fusions y/y

Parents: Deoxys-Attack + Altaria
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Deotaria-Attack
New type: Psychic/Fying
New base stats: 72/142/65/125/65/115 (+10 HP, +10 Def, +3 SDef, +17 Atk)
New ability and desc: Pressured Clouds (Cloud Nine + Pressure) When a weather is active, opponent uses 3 PP instead of 1.
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Punch, Psycho Boost, Superpower, Knock Off, Extreme Speed, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Taunt, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot
Role identification: Maybe a decent suicuide lead and/or stallbreaker with pretty much every coverage move you could ask for and pretty good offensive stats of 142/125/115. Bad 72/65/65 bulk holds it back from being able to set up, which it will need to do significant damage to FE's sturdiest walls.

New base stats: 72/182/65/165/85/115 (+10 HP, +10 Def, +3 SDef, +17 Atk)
New ability and desc: Pixilate
Notable moves: All of the above + Return
Role identification: This thing is really scary. Pixilate boosted Extreme Speed coming off 184 Attack, good 115 speed, all the coverage you could ever want, Dragon Dance, Nasty Plot, a good offensive typing. Mega Deotaria-Attack is sure to be a top tier threat.

Parents: Magmotar and Electrivire
Shared Egg Group: Human-Like
Offspring: Magmovire
New Typing:
Fire/Electric
New Stats: 85/119/77/120/100/99
New Ability and Desc: Flame Drive: If this Pokemon is struck by a Fire type move, its speed is raised by one stage. Fire type immunity.
Notable Moves: Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Mach Punch, Cross Chop, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Solarbeam, Flamethrower, Earthquake, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Agility, Belly Drum
Role Description: Magmovire is a powerful wallbreaker with a glorious movepool capable of smashing through threats quite easily. Its access to excellent Electric/Fire coveragein Fire Blast and Thunderbolt. And thanks to its equally high physical physical attack makes it able to smash special walls with various physical attacks. It can boost its underwhelming speed with Agility. Its in general a fine Pokémon.

Its Trollin' Time!!!

Parents: Froslass and Klefki
Shared Egg Group: Mineral
Offspring: Froski
New Typing: Ghost/Steel
New Stats: 73/90/90/90/88/102
New Ability: [Prankster + Snow Cloak] = Coldheart: This Pokemon's status moves are raised to +1 priority. They are raised to +2 in hail. Doesnt take hail damage.
Notable Moves: Spikes, Destiny Bond, Will o Wisp, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Thunder Wave, Light Screen, Reflect, Taunt, Calm Mind, Flash Cannon, Shadow Ball, Foul Play, Ice Beam, Substitute, Switcheroo, Confuse Ray, Hail
Role Description: Remember OU Theorymon Froslass? Give that a better typing, better stats (bar speed), and access to screens? Thats Froski. This thing is annoying as fuck to face, and with hail being a good anti-weather these days, that only makes it MORE annoying. T.Wave and Will o Wisp cripples tons of attackers, it can use a Dual Screens set to support sweepers while making itself considerably more bulky. Destiny Bond can be used as an emergency clutch option against sweepers if nessecary. Taunt is useful in combination with Toxic wear down Stallmons, Rain Dance can be used to support weather teams which are increasingly popular and Hail can be used to boost its own priority to +2, making it significantly harder to revenge kill no that Destiny Bond can catch Espeeders. and T.Wave + Confuse Ray is totally legal! Super helpful and can fit on every team, expect Froski to be super popular.
and for a third go!!!

Parents: Florges and Roserade

New Stats: 79/77/76/128/139/92
New Typing: Poison/Fairy
New Ability and Desc: [Flower Veil + Natural Cure]= Flower Power: Prevents the user from getting stat drops and major status conditions
Notable Moves: Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Synthesis, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Moonblast, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Sleep Powder, Psychic, Wish, Light Screen, Aromatherapy, Substitute, Calm Mind
Role Description: Yeah Flower Power! Florgade can do what both of its parents can do: be a cleric, Wish support, set hazards and sweep with Calm Mind. Its massive 139 special defence and its great defensive typing allows it to function as an excellent pivot, soaking up status thanks to its great ability granting it immunities to them. Its no slouch offensively either, having a great 128 Special Attack, it can perform a effecient Calm Mind set. It even has Sleep Powder to cripple switchins and checks. A really great mon.

Monster time!!!

Offspring Name: Genevoir
New Typing: Fairy/Steel
New Stats: 79/102/80/132/105/99 (+10 HP +10 Atk +10 SpA +10 Spe)
New Ability: [Trace + Download]= Viral Malware: This Pokemon copies the opponent's stat boosts upon switchin.
Notable Moves: Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Moonblast, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Blaze Kick, Extreme Speed, Will o Wisp, Wish, Healing Wish, Taunt, Thunder Wave, U-Turn, Shift Gear, Calm Mind, Destiny Bond, Memento, Focus Blast
Role Description: Genevoir is the epitome of an offensive threat. Its stats are designed to be a flexible and extremely powerful sweeper and revenge killer, sporting a meaty 132 Special attack and an acceptable 102 attack stat, with a mirad of options from both of its parents. Its typing is excellent defensively and offensively, hitting all the new fairies and Dragons for super effective damage from STABs alone. Shift Gear turns into a threatening physical sweeper while Calm Mind makes it a great special sweper against defensive teams. Its ability makes it even more threatening by reversing sweeps and revenge killing physical threats with Espeed. But while Genevoir is simply incredible, Mega Genevoir is unstoppable.

Role Description: Just spam Techno Blast and kill everything. And smash faster threats with Espeed. But really tho, what hits harder than Pixilate Techno Blast coming off 172 Special attack? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Dont forget hit has a surprizingly effective Shift Gear set with beats ALL of the stuff that wall special wallbreaker set (limited to Chansey, Blisskiss and Bulky as fuck Poison types) too. Good luck stopping this monster.

Notable Moves : Hurricane, Secret Sword, Focus Blast, Air Slash, Fire Blast, U-Turn, Roost, Calm Mind, Substitute, Defog
Role Description : The final member of the Justice Power trio has arrived, and Molteo is ready for anything. STAB Hurricane coming off 145 SpA hits extremely hard, and has STAB Secret Sword fe special walls. It has U-Turn for momentum grabbing and even Defog for good utility. It can easily run a powerful specs set or run a similar SuBCM to Keldeo. All in all a super powerful threat.

Hey look its a Ghost/Normal physical attacker!!

New Stats: 130/129/70/110/120/50 (+10 HP +19 Atk +8 Def +3 SpA )

Notable Moves: Return, Double-Edge, Shadow Ball, Crunch, Pursuit, Rest, Sleep Talk, Gunk Shot, Elemental Punches, Earthquake, Zen Headbutt, Superpower, Thunderbolt, Self-Destruct
Role Description: A superb Bear Genie!! Ghost/Normal is a stellar defensive typing with 3 natural immunities. Its defensive capabilities have been boosted thurther by its ability that grants it 2 more immunities to Fire and Ice, common attacking types. Having a sole weakness to Dark is a blessing and a curse, as Knock Off not only hits it on its weaker defence, but also deactivates its ability. But its powerful Double-Edge, and massive coverage options augmented by its stellar defensive typing and ability, makes it an excellent pick for any team.

Notable Moves: Meteor Mash, Close Combat, Bullet Punch, Knock Off, Ice Punch, Thunderpunch, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Agility, Destiny Bond, Pursuit, Stealth Rock
Role Description: Although it'll mainly be used for its mega, Normal Metallade can still be useful: it can use SD to boost its Attack, and when it uses CC it'll get a Speed Boost to compensate for the defence drops and its mediocre base speed. It's also basically immune to Sticky Web

Notable Moves: Meteor Mash, Close Combat, Bullet Punch, Knock Off, Ice Punch, Thunderpunch, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Agility, Destiny Bond, Pursuit, Stealth Rock
Role Description: So this thing is slightly terrifying. 80/120/130 bulk, 123 Speed (maybe boosted by Fast Body) and 155 Attack boosted by Tough Claws. It even has moves like Meteor Mash and Swords Dance to make it even stronger. It also has Close Combat for fighting STAB, and revenge killing it is hard thanks to its STAB Bullet Punch. It also has a wide range of powerful coverage moves, such as Stone Edge to hit Flying-types, and Knock Off to hit Ghost-types such as Cofagreelix. Mega Metallade M can do so much more, but it's an extremely powerful Pokemon to say the least

Notable Moves: Meteor Mash, Close Combat, Bullet Punch, Knock Off, Ice Punch, Thunderpunch, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Agility, Destiny Bond, Pursuit, Stealth Rock
Role Description: Mega Metallade G is similar, but notably different to its M counterpart, such as having higher base Attack, but losing Tough Claws, making slightly weaker overall (see calcs), but still powerful in its own right (and Mega Metallade G's non-contact moves, such as Stone Edge are stronger). It loses some speed but switches to a more Physically orientated bulk spread, making it easier to switch into some of the tiers powerful physical attackers. All in all, Mega Metallade G preserves some of its counterparts qualities, but puts its own spin on things in an interesting way.

252 Atk Tough Claws Mega Metallade M Meteor Mash vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mew: 219-258 (54.2 - 63.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Notable Moves: Dragon Dance, Boomburst, Quick Attack, Return, Brave Bird, Fire Blast, U-Turn, Roost, Refresh, Earthquake, Substitute, Draco Meteor
Role description: Another powerful -ate mega. Since it can run powerful sets on both the Physical and Special sides, with the former having Dragon Dance, EQ, U-Turn, Return and Quick Attack (so yes, it has Pixilate Priority), and the latter having Pixilate Boomburst, Fire Blast and Draco Meteor, Mega Altallow is going to deal serious damage no matter what set it runs, making it dangerously unpredictable. Although 127/110/112 stats may not sound impressive by FE standards, these are boosted by insanely powerful Fairy STABs and 112 is fast enough to outspeed many major threats, and for those it can't outspeed, it does have decent 77/105/87 bulk to fall back, all in all making Mega Altallow an extremely dangerous Pokemon.

Most of what I said about Mega Altallow applies here, but now we have even more bulk with 95/115/102 stats, and 152/140 attack stats with Pixilate, Return and Hyper Voice is just terrifying. Role Description: Although it's outclassed by its two megas, Aggrochomp does have some ability to stand on its own, with a wide movepool, Stealth Rock, 130 Attack and nice 99/147/82 bulk, Aggrochomp can easily pull of a set reminiscent of Tankchomp sets in normal OU. A good Pokemon that is usable even pre-mega, freeing up your mega slot for another of FE's powerful Megas.

Role Description: A more powerful, bulkier Aggrochomp, with high 170/120 offensive stats and even better 99/167/92 bulk. When these stats are combined with Mega Aggrochomp G's wide moverpool and useful Dragon/Steel typing, it becomes a devastating wallbreaker that's hard to take down and can blow enormous holes in enemy teams.

Role Description: Probably the best of the Aggrochomp set, with the best bulk with insane 99/197/102 stats and still great 160 attack when used in conjunction with its typing and deep movepool, Mega Aggrochomp A can run bulky attacker sets with the best of them, with Filter to help it take Super Effective moves in order to increase its survivability even further. Yet another threat in the Fusion Evolution metagame that is a great addition to any team.

Parents: Galvantula/Deoxys-Speed

Offspring Name: Galvantulys
New base stats: 60/86/85/110/85/150
New typing: Electric/Psychic
New ability and desc: Compound Pressure: Doubles accuracy, but moves with less than 100 accuracy will use up 2 PP rather than 1.
Notable Moves: Sticky Web, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Reflect, Light Screen, Volt Switch, Psycho Boost, Recover, Thunder, Bug Buzz, Thunder Wave, Icy Wind, Infestation, Taunt
Role Description: Primarily a lead Pokemon, but Galvantulys has a wide variety of support moves with which to annoy the opponent and to support its team. It has a blazing speed stat of 150 and usable 60/85/85 bulk which, when used with recover, can keep Galvantulys on the field for a few turns, even without Focus Sash (but that would help). It has three forms of entry hazards, including the rare Stick Web, it can run dual screen, paralyse the opponent with Thunder Wave, trap them with Infestation or shut down other leads/walls with Taunt. It also has Volt Switch so it can save itself while gaining momentum for a team mate to come in once it has done what it can at the start of a match, as well as Psycho Boost to hit the opponent hard from its 110 Special Attack stat. These factors togther make Galvantulys a great Support Pokemon which can make the powerful yitans of Fusion Evolution even greater.

Offspring Name: Empoleking
New base stats: 99/90/94/115/115/65
New typing: Water/Steel
New ability and desc: Torrent Tempo: If this Pokemon is confused, it snaps out of that confusion and gains a 50% boost to its Water-moves (these boosts do not stack, so a bit like Flash Fire)
Notable Moves: Slack Off, Scald, Hydro Pump, Stealth Rock, Flash Cannon, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Toxic, Disable, Substitute, Magic Coat, Defog, Grass Knot, Trick, Trick Room
Role Description: Tired of all the new high-powered Special Attackers in Fusion Evolution like Mega Magmozam, Mega Shot, Mega Peatran, Gorecanion, Porylure-Z and more? Well here's the bulky Water-type for you! Although 99/95/115 bulk may not sound overly impressive to begin with, Empoleking's typing and wide movepool set it apart in being able to take on these threats. It can easily survive Hurricane's from Pidgeotite fusions thanks to its typing, and being confused by them will actually benefit it, and it can take STABs from Magmozam and Gorecanion with ease. 115 Special attack is also good for a wall to hit back with Scald, Fire Blast, Ice Beam and more. To cap this off its support movepool is insane, with reliable recovery in Slack Off, both Stealth Rock and Defog, Toxic, Trick Room and many more. A deceptively bulky Pokemon ready to take on some of Fusion Evolution's top threats.

(I may have fixed the other ones, but the MS Paint ones stay)
DNA Donors: Vespiquen / Heatran
Fusion Name: Vespitran
New Type: Bug/Steel
New Base Stats: 100 (+20) / 105 (+20) / 104 / 105 / 104 / 68
Ability: Flash Pressure: Moves that target this Pokemon lose 2 PP instead of 1. Upon being hit by a fire type move, that move's PP is depleted by 4 instead of 2. Immunity to fire.
Notable Moves: Defend Order, Heal Order, Roost, Stealth Rock, Roar, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Attack Order, Iron Head, Stone Edge, U-Turn, Flame Charge, Bulldoze, Hone Claws, Bug Buzz, Flash Cannon, Earth Power, Sludge Bomb, Dragon Pulse, Power Gem, Air Slash, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Magma Storm, Infestation, Destiny Bond
Role Identification: Token Bug/Steel with fire immunity. Switch into an overheat or a sacred fire to make your opponent really mad. Extraordinarily versatile. Defend Order + Recovery + stall to be annoying. Decent physical coverage + Hone Claws. Bug Buzz + Flash Cannon + Fire Blast + Power Gem + Specs/Scarf/AV. Has phasing and trapping, can set up Stealth Rock, gets Destiny Bond (on base 68 speed...). Physical sets get walled by steel, and the special set gets walled by Water/Fighting (Keldeo and fusions), so bring a Magnezone or similar fusion for support (Magnezone likes having a fire immunity to switch away to anyway).

DNA Donors: Metagross / Cobalion
Fusion Name: Metalion
New Type: Steel/Fighting
New Base Stats: 85 / 130 (+18) / 130 (+1) / 92 / 92 (+1) / 99 (+10)
Ability: Clear Justice: This Pokemon's Stats can not be lowered if an opposing Pokemon is Dark type.
Notable Moves: Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, Iron Head, Close Combat, Sacred Sword, Swords Dance, Earthquake, Stone Edge, X Scissor, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch, Thunderpunch, Quick Attack, Poison Jab, Superpower, Hammer Arm, Stealth Rock, Agility, Rock Polish, Magnet Rise, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch, Block
Role Identification: The ultimate counter to dark types. Its ability makes it immune to dark-type Intimidates, and it can use Close Combat against dark types without any drawbacks. This thing has a great typing, great bulk, and an excellent movepool, allowing it to set up and clean house.

New Type: Steel/Fighting
New Base Stats: 85 / 140 / 150 / 102 / 112 / 139
Ability: Tough Claws
Notable Moves: +Aerial Ace, I guess...
Role Identification: So fast! Loses its ability to spam Close Combat against dark types, but gains a 50% boost in damage against them anyway, so it can still rip them to shreds. With near even attack and speed, Mega Metalion can run Agility/Rock Polish or Swords Dance equally well, as it has the bulk to back them up.

Parents: Yanmega / Volcarona
Shared Egg Group: Bug
Fusion Name: Yanona
New Type: Fire/Bug
New Base Stats: 95 / 78 / 85 / 135 / 90 / 107 (+10 all)
Ability: Tinted Flames: This Pokemon's fire type attacks ignore all resistances and immunites specific to fire. This includes the effects of rain and Water Sport. This ability does not ignore stat changes, items such as Eviolite or Assault Vest, or abilites not specific to fire, such as Solid Rock or Fur Coat, though it does ignore abilities like Thick Fat and Heatproof. As an example, Heatran takes super-effective damage from this pokemon's fire type attacks, because Tinted Flames ignores Heatran's ability Flash Fire and its fire typing, but not its steel typing.
Notable Moves: Fiery Dance, Quiver Dance, Roost, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Bug Buzz, Giga Drain, Hurricane, Air Slash, Ancient Power, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Will o Wisp
Role Identification: Yanona takes Fiery Dance spam to a whole new level. Just try and wall this thing. I dare you. If you let a Yanona set up, you'd better have a way to take it down. Of course, if you have a way of nullifying its ability, you can take advantage of the fact that it probably isn't running any coverage at all, because with that ability, who needs coverage?

Ability: Clear Absorb: Whenever this Pokemon's stats would be lowered, its health is restored by up to 25% instead. This does not include self-induced stat drops.
Notable Moves: Will o Wisp, Taunt, Recover, Stealth Rock, Pain Split, Trick Room, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Moonblast, Scald, Sludge Wave, Energy Ball, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Psychic, Psyshock, Giga Drain
Role Identification: Tank. Its ability makes Jellie great at dealing with Intimidate and the like, and it loves Sticky Web and Defog. Calm Mind and a very wide special movepool also gives it the potential to sweep.

gallade.gif

Parents: Banette / Gallade
Shared Egg Group: Amorphous
Fusion Name: Ballet
New Type: Ghost/Fighting
New Base Stats: 76 / 130 / 75 / 84 / 99 / 82 (+10 all)
Ability: Unstoppable (Steadfast + Insomnia): This Pokemon uses a move every turn, regardless of status effects, flinches, or Sky Drop (note: the immunity provided to the opponent by Sky Drop is not ignored, and moves that target them will still miss). If an effect would prevent a move from being selected, such as Taunt or PP depletion, that move cannot be used. This ability does not ignore immunites or effects such as Protect, it only ensures that moves are executed. Moves that take a turn to charge, such as Phantom Force, still take 2 turns to execute, with no extra moves being used during that time. Moves that would normally require recharging, however, do not.
Notable Moves: Shadow Claw, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Shadow Sneak, Giga Impact, Rest, Phantom Force, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Leaf Blade, Stone Edge, Gunk Shot, Earthquake, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, X Scissor, Poison Jab, Pain Split, Taunt, Will o Wisp, Thunder Wave, Disable, Encore, Destiny Bond
Role Identification: While 76/75/99 bulk may not look like much, the ability to Rest, recover to full health and remove other status, and then attack normally with an immunity to further status for two turns gives this thing some real staying power. Swords Dance can give it even more power than it already has. Ballet takes Gallade's already wide coverage and adds Gunk Shot and the ability to spam Giga Impact, which is not something to be overlooked. However, even though it can attack while asleep, it still takes double damage from Hex, Darmega, and the occasional non-existent Scrappy Wake-Up Slap, and it can't use Rest again until it wakes up.

New Type: Ghost/Fighting
New Base Stats: 76 / 180 / 85 / 94 / 119 / 92
Ability: Prankster
Notable Moves: +...
Role Identification: The loss of Unstoppable is somewhat sad, but Prankster is still great, and that is one high attack stat. This mega is basically just Mega Banette on steroids, so expect lots of Prankster Destiny Bonds and Pain Splits, but now it can throw around STAB Drain Punches as well, and it gets a whole lot more coverage.

Shared Egg Group: Amorphous
Fusion Name: Mega Ballet-G
New Type: Ghost/Fighting
New Base Stats: 76 / 170 / 105 / 84 / 99 / 112
Ability: Inner Focus
Notable Moves: +...
Role Identification: Kinda like the other mega, except with a little less power, more evenly distributed bulk, and some extra speed in exchange for a lesser ability. Of course, without Prankster, it doesn't have to feel pressured into using status moves, and can effectively run an all-out attacking set.

porygon-z.gif
genesect.gif

DNA Donors: Porygon-Z / Genesect
Fusion Name: Genegon-Z
New Type: Normal/Bug
New Base Stats: 80 (+2) / 120 (+20) / 85 (+8) / 130 (+3) / 85 / 102 (+7)
Ability: Universal Adapter (Adaptability + Download): When this Pokemon switches in, if the opposing Pokemon's defense is lower than its special defense, this Pokemon's Attack is raised by two stages. If the opposing Pokemon's special defense is higher, then special attack is raised by two stages. If both stats are equal, attack and special attack are each raised by one stage.
Notable Moves: Techno Blast, Bug Buzz, Tri-Attack, Nasty Plot, Agility, Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Giga Drain, Shift Gear, Return, Frustration, Extremespeed, X Scissor, Iron Head, Gunk Shot, Iron Tail, Zen Headbutt, Shadow Claw, U-Turn, Pain Split, Trick, Explosion
Role Identification: Anything you would do with Porygon-Z or Genesect, you can do with this. Porygon-Z has always wanted a better stab than Tri-Attack, and Techno Blast is just what the doctor ordered. Not to mention that Genesect has always wanted to get its claws on a special attack boost, and Nasty Plot fits that role nicely. On the physical side of things, this isn't much different than standard Genesect, but the buff to its ability and a STAB on Extremespeed is definitely worth noting.

Role identification: This creature is a legit monster. 103/105/85 bulk keeps it alive and kicking, backed up by powerful 140 attack and decent-if-needed 105 special attack. With a 105 speed to keep ahead of the game, with a massive movepool as well consisting of Dragon Dance, Meteor Mash, Outrage, and Bullet Punch, this thing is hard af to stop. Yet this is only the base form, when there are megas with infinitely more power, although only Mega Metamence X will be described since Mega Y, Salamencite, is banned. Take a moment to think what Mega Y would be like though.

Role identification:
Do you really need it? This thing is savage, the whole package. Priority, extreme attack stat, a stupidly fast speed stat for this Pokemon, outstanding typing, and boosting its attack to massive heights by using Dragon Dance. And with Roost, Refresh, good defensive typing, and a 100/125/105 defenses, this thing will be not going down particularly fast too. It can Phaze with Stealth Rock and Roar, go offensive with All-Out attacker or Dragon Dance, or run a team benefits set with Tailwind, Defog, and Wish.

Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Iron Head, Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Roost, Tailwind, Will-o-Wisp, Aqua Tail, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Superpower, Taunt, Magnet Rise, Defog
Role identification:
This form doesn't do much. It kinda sits around with a big defense stat and great typing, with reliable recovery, Defogging, Stealth Rock, Magnet Rise, and all that stuff. Probably would be used as a bulky physical wall with WoWisp and Roost. The ability is not particularly useful, as it uses the abilities that the Megas have.

Notable Moves: Flare Blitz, Iron Head, Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Roost, Tailwind, Will-o-Wisp, Aqua Tail, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Superpower, Taunt, Magnet Rise, Dragon Claw, Defog
Role Identification:
Essentially this thing spams Dragon Dance using it’s great Defense stat, and then sweeps. Or it can run Bulky Will-O-Wisp with Roost and Stealth Rock to go for the more bulky side of things. The altered typing allows Rock resistance, making it do better as a hazard remover/setter.

Mega Chargron Y
Parents: Mega Charizard Y + Aggron

Notable Moves: Fire Blast, Flash Cannon, Earth Power, Roost, Tailwind, Will-o-Wisp, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Stealth Rock, Magnet Rise, Autonomize, DEfog
Role Identification:
A powerful special attacker that utilizes Sun-boosted Fire Blasts, as well as having an excellent movepool with BoltBeam coverage, Focus Blast, Flash Cannon, Autonomize for speed, and Hazard setting/recovery.

Mega Chargron Z
Parents: Charizard + Mega Aggron
New Type: Fire

Ability: Filter

Notable Moves: Flare Blitz, Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Roost, Tailwind, Will-o-Wisp, Aqua Tail, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Superpower, Taunt, Magnet Rise, Iron Head, Defog
Role Identification: Mega Chargron does gain a weakness to Steath Rock in this form, however, it does not plan to be switching much. With an excellent 84/179/102 split bulk, it can easily tank hits, especially when augmented with Filter to provide even more bulk. An attacking stat of 137 with this bulk, and okay 85 speed, means that Mega Chargron Z can easily set up Dragon Dance and sweep. The only issue is it no longer has dual STABs, but ah well.

Role identification:
This thing is amazing defensively. With 40/200/200 bulk, an outstanding damage-resisting, and good typing, it can easily tank hits. With a decent support movepool, but with amazing hazard-setting capability, it is the full package defensively. Encore allows sweepers [Like its Blade Form] to come in safely, and this Pokemon can also set up the boosts for Blade Form while with defenses. Finally, this Pokemon can use Power Trick to be a specially defensive wall with huge physical frailty but massive attack, or use Power Split to nab some of the opponent’s attacking stats and use them. However, there is one issue: Like Aegis-Shield and Shuckle, there is no recovery outside of Rest to be seen.

Parents: Aegislash + Shuckle
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Aegishuck (Blade Form)
New type: Steel/Bug
Stats: HP: 60 Atk: 200 Def: 30 SpA: 200 SpD: 30 Spe: 32 Total: 552
New ability and desc: Tough Shield: When King’s Shield is used, this Pokemon reverts to Blade form. While in Shield form, this Pokemon takes 1/10 less damage from attacks. (Sturdy+Stance)
Notable moves: Gyro Ball, Flash Cannon, King’s Shield, Pursuit, Sacred Sword, Shadow Sneak, Swords Dance, Substitute, Toxic, Earth Power, Earthquake, Encore, Final Gambit, Knock Off, Shell Smash, Stealth Rock, Sticky Web, Stone Edge, Gastro Acid, Power Trick, Power Split, Bug Bite
Role identification:
HERE is the golden coating of this Pokemon: Blade Form, after Shield Form. After getting safe passage and preparation from Shield Form with Hazards, Encore, Knock Off, and Shell Smash or Swords Dance, this beast is free to destroy. With excellent moves to take advantage of in Earthquake/Earth Power, Flash Cannon/Gyro Ball, Knock Off, and Shadow Sneak, it has a good enough movepool to manage well. Aegishuck runs Special or Physical due to split 200/200 offenses, can suicide with Final Gambit, and can use Power Trick to become a physically bulky extremely specially frail tank, with a 200 special attack. There are several issues it has though. One of the most significant is low Speed, forcing Aegis to use King’s Shield almost every other turn, another is abominable 40/30/30 bulk that falls to anything, especially priority. Finally, it has no Bug STAB outside of Bug Bite to be seen, which essentially makes it only have a single STAB to use, and relies largely on coverage for moves. Despite this, Aegishuck-Blade is a powerful ‘mon not to be underestimated.

Offspring name: Metamence
New type: Steel + Dragon
Stats: HP: 100 (+15) Atk: 140 (+5) Def: 105 SpA: 105 SpD: 85 Spe: 105 (+20) Total: 640
New ability and desc: Pure Sight: Lowers the opponent’s Attack by one stage on switch, and prevents the lowering of your own attack stat.
Notable moves: Aqua Tail, Defog, Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Hydro Pump, Outrage, Roar, Roost, Stone Edge, Tailwind, Toxic, Wish, Agility, Bullet Punch, Explosion, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Power-Up Punch, Stealth Rock, Magnet Rise

Can I add more fusions to this same post later on?
You actually can't do a DNA fusion with Aegislash and Shuckle, because they can both breed normally, and you can't do a standard fusion with them becuase they don't share an egg group.
