It is a normal mistake since you are new, but earlier one of the council said that the submissions are closed, it wasn't changed in the title because the council member who said so isn't the owner of the thread, and the owner of the thread did not change the title possibly because he did not see it or simply left the thread for some time.

The assumption I've been working with is that it can switch formes while Mega, and the stat calculation order always goes like this: Base Form > Mega additions > Forme Change stat swap. So even if you Relic > Mega, the stats remain the same as if you went Mega > Relic.

I suppose it isn't hard to code it to be this way. Tho I think that for each Meloetta fusion we should ask the creator wether they want that fusion mega to have the stats of Mega>Relic or Relic>Mega, because it can screw up some mons. Also we still have to think about type changes since some megas change types. (Remember I was working on Melozard? The X form as an example, has a diferent typing depending on the order.)
