Cresselia + Dunsparce (a nice immunity wall that uses our boy Dunsparce)
Sableye + Porygon2 (Self-vote, and it is the definition of utility)
Cinccino + Marshadow (Self-vote 2, the substitute / disguise breaking wall we all need)
Tapu Lele + Raichu-Alola (Counters most of the more broken fusions)
Jirachi + Kecleon (Even more versatile than Silvally fusions)
Gothitelle + Toxicroak (Makes people think before spamming their coverage moves)
Altaria + Swellow (Rather than sticking to one weather, it uses all of them effectively)
Necrozma + Serperior (Something using Grass / Psychic that isn't terrible defensively)
Aggron + Regirock (May or may not have voted for the name, but the stat max is good)
Volcarona + Ribombee (Secondary effect blocker, and strong attacker)

Manaphy + Jirachi (Self)
Riolu + Celebi (Give the babies a chance to shine)
Ditto + Blissey (Transforming Pink Blob)
Cinccino + Marshadow (Remember Pokébilities Cinccino? I do. This is it's older bro)
Cresselia + Dunsparce (How the flying french fry does Cress not have a fusion yet?)
Necrozma + Serperior (Just yes)
Volcarona + Ribombee (Another yes)
Cryogonal + Shiftry (Self)
Gengar + Chandelure (Self. This is one of those fusions that you make to be competitive but can also have a joke name)

I'd vote for Keckleon/Jirachi but the ability sounds kind of out of nowhere.

Riolu + Celebi
Dunsparce + Cresselia
Cinccino + Marshadow
Necrozma + Serperior
Altaria + Swellow

Sorry for the inactivity, I've been very busy with exams and stuff.

Reviloja753 Sorry to disturb, but I think some votes are missing. Stuff that have several votes aren't even on the list. Not insulting, as its a great deal of work to do it and its not even required of you, just wanted to give you a heads up since voting is almost over.

I recounted all votes from after I posted the count, and I think it's safe to say voting is over! First of all, here is our podium.

1st
cresselia.gif
dunsparce.gif

Parents: Cresselia + Dunsparce
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Cressapal
New type: Normal/Psychic
New base stats: 112 (+2)/80 (+10)/110 (+15)/70/110 (+13)/65
New ability and desc: Fear Shield - Immune to Ghost, Dark, and Bug-type moves. (Rattled + Levitate)
Notable moves: Body Slam, Roost, Stealth Rock, Zen Heabutt, Pain Split, Coil, Trick Room, Magic Coat, Lunar Dance, Moonblast, Psyshock, Fire Blast/Flamethrower, EQ
Role identification: Cressapal is a very unique fusion, with no weaknesses because of Fear Shield, and with 110/110/110 defenses, this might be hard to take. It is a very good Trick Room setter, Stealth Rock setter, and can even Paralyze using Body Slam! It also has better recovery in Roost, setup in Coil, and coverage with Dunsparces crazy movepool. All around very good mon wit could be quite a lot of uses on many different teams!
2nd
necrozma.gif
serperior.gif

DNA Donors: Necrozma / Serperior
Offspring name: Necrior
New Type: Grass / Psychic
Base Stats: 86 / 91 / 100 / 120 / 92 / 115 (+2 Def, +19 SpA, +19 Spe)
New ability and desc: Inverse Armour (Prism Armour + Contrary) - Type effectiveness of moves that the holder uses or is hit by is inverted (Inverse Battle rules apply; type effectiveness of moves used by Mold Breaker variants users is not influenced by this ability).
Notable Moves: Leaf Storm, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Psychic, Psyshock, Gem Power, Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Calm Mind
Role Identification: Grass is one of the strongest types in Inverse Battle, and this fusion learns the strongest Grass-type moves. Also, I think this ability can introduce some interesting mechanics and tactics. It has also a good Defense stat that makes a CM set very viable.
3rd
cinccino.gif
marshadow.gif

Parents: Cinccino + Marshadow
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Cinshado
New type: Normal - Fighting
New base stats: 82 / 130 / 70 / 77 / 75 / 140 (BST: 574, +20 ATK, +20 SPE)
New ability and desc: Frenzy (Skill Link + Technician) - Multi-hit moves used by this pokemon are guaranteed to hit five times and are boosted 50%.
Notable moves: Tail Slap, Bullet Seed, Rock Blast, Drain Punch, Close Combat, U-Turn, Spectral Thief, Knock Off
Role identification: Frenzy is quite possibly one of the strongest offensive abilities to ever enter Fusion Evolution, and Cinshado is built to use it to a great extent. Armed with Tail Slap, Bullet Seed, and Rock Blast, (all 187.5 BP) Cinshado can smash through a whole ton of walls using its very powerful moves. Cinshado also gets a good offensive typing in Normal / Fighting that hits everything outside of ghosts hard with its STAB moves. Cinshado has both Knock Off and Spectral Thief to dismiss them, however, and each move provides utility benefit. Cinshado also has U-Turn to get out of a bad situation, which will allow it to escape most encounters with a blistering (and 4th best in non-mega FE) base speed.

Here are the other fusions who won!

Altaria / Swellow (4th)
Riolu / Celebi (5th)
Combusken / Zygarde (6th)
Ditto / Blissey (7th)

Congratulations to all of our winners! tyarrow1 please update the spreadsheet ASAP.

abilities: {0: "Frenzy"},

Also the only reasonable Cinshado set
Cinshado @ Life Orb (or Choice Band)
Ability: Frenzy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Tail Slap
- Close Combat
- Knock Off / Spectral Thief
- Bullet Seed / U-turn / Rock Blast

Cinshado is a sweeper, and this set reflects it. Jolly isn't necessary as Cinshado is incredibly fast, so Adamant allows you to still outspeed speed-nature base 122 speed mons such as Valcro, and base 65 mons with a scarf. Jolly, while giving lower attack power, lets you outspeed base 76 scarf mons and base 158 mons without a speed nature. Tail Slap and Close Combat provide perfect coverage aside from Ghosts, and are both necessary for the set. Knock Off or Spectral Thief each provide Ghost coverage and utility. Then, the last slot should be U-turn if you plan to run a Choice Band set, and can be any option if you are running Life Orb.

Additionally, Water has been dethroned as the most common type in base forms, being bested by Normal.

However, both are nearly 4 times as common as Rock types.

With the list of unused base forms made earlier, here is a list of each type combination and the percentage of the Fusion Evolution dex that has the type, sorted from lowest to highest. The sum is much higher than 100% because of the frequency of dual typing.

Rock 5.1%
Poison 5.8%
Ice 5.8%
Bug 7.3%
Flying 7.6%
Psychic 8.4%
Ground 9.1%
Fairy 10.5%
Grass 10.5%
Ghost 10.9%
Dark 10.9%
Dragon 11.3%
Fighting 12%
Electric 12.4%
Fire 14.2%
Steel 16.4%
Water 18.2%
Normal 18.5%

Making fusions that have dual types, with both being uncommon (such as Rock / Bug or Ice / Poison), can help with balancing out types.

Additionally, here is every type combination unused in Fusion Evolution (by base forms). Using these can help round out the type combinations used as well.
Normal Bug

Nice to win since I first won with Avaizard, which was a long while back. Nice to see an good Ditto fusion.

Code:
{ num: species: "Dittsey",
types: ["Normal"],
genderRatio: {M: 0.0, F: 0.0},
baseStats: {hp: 167, atk: 31, def: 36, spa: 61, spd: 106, spe: 51},
abilities: {0: "Troll"},
heightm: 2'4",
weightkg: 45.3,
color: "Pink",
eggGroups: ["Undiscovered"], }

Dittsey @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Troll
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Stealth Rock / Toxic
- Aromatherapy / Soft-Boiled
- Toxic / Thunder Wave / Stealth Rock

This set is just mostly filler as it will mostly be transformed, but it can pull an decent wall with 197/36/106 bulk and access to Stealth Rock, Seismic Toss, Soft-Boiled, and Aromatherapy/Heal Bell. Normally this will be used if for some reason Troll doesn't work.
