Unlike usual, we shall immediately transition to the next Submission Phase. Feel free to post code for the winners as usual. For the discussion that would normally be done during Discussion Phase, remember that there is a Discord server: https://discord.gg/SPVtE

First off...

Fusion Name: Type: Blade

Stats: 91 (+14) / 104 (+2) / 135 (+13) / 70 / 83 (+11) / 47 (530)
Ability: Ravage (Battle Armor + No Guard): This Pokemon’s moves always crit and it avoids crits, but its physical attacks have 0.9x accuracy.

Notable Moves

Special.png
: Tri Attack, Flash Cannon, Air Slash, Shadow Ball
Status.png
: Swords Dance, Iron Defense, Magnet Rise, Magic Coat, Roar, Thunder Wave
Role Identification: A new Type: Null for the new standards of Fusion Evolution. It does much the same stuff as its predecessor, now with a new and improved defensive typing and a very, very helpful ability. 91/135/83 defenses seem eh for the standards of FE, but remember, it can hold Eviolite!

Ability: Tactical Computer (Stance Change + RKS System): Starts out in Bulwark form. Changes into Guerilla form upon attacking, and changes back into Bulwark upon using King's Shield
-In Bulwark form, primary type is changed depending on the held Memory.
-In Guerilla form, primary type depends on the type of the move in the first slot. (Note: If Multi-Attack is in the first slot, Guerilla will have the same type as Bulwark.)

: King’s Shield, Swords Dance, Parting Shot, Autotomize, Defog, Tailwind
Role Identification: Another submission phase, another cool Silvally fusion from yours truly! Tactical Computer opens up a door of possibilities for hitting hard and taking hits. You can have a Ghost/Steel or Dragon/Steel Bulwark form that can Defog and Parting Shot, only to then transform into an Electric/Steel special attacking Guerilla with BoltBeam or a Fighting/Steel physical Guerilla with Sacred Sword and Crunch to hit Ghosts and Psychic types. Besides offensive support, you can also run purely defensive sets or Swords Dance sets. Don't forget about King's Shield!

Fusion Name: Gyarashi-Dormant
Egg Group: Water 2
Stats: 80 / 20 / 19 / 22 / 25 / 75 (241)
Ability: Terrifying Ascension (Intimidate + Schooling): Gyarashi starts out in its Awakened form when at full HP, transforms into Dormant upon reaching 25% HP or less. Upon being sent out for the first time, the foe has their Attack minimized. If Gyarashi-Awakened is switched out after this and comes back in, Terrifying Ascension functions like Intimidate.

Role Identification: ...This is. Awakened Gyarashi’s Attack and bulk makes it a horrifying bulky set-up sweeper. Terrifying Ascension is great at securing set-up opportunities by reducing the power of prominent physical attackers to that of mush. Gyarashi also has a sufficient 110 Special Attack, making mized sets a possibility. But wait, it gets better!

Notable Moves: See Gyarashi-Awakened
Role Identification: Oh, baby! Ok, so let’s break it down real quick. Here we have a Pokemon with higher Attack than Kyurem-Black with Cresselia tier defenses, that also ignores all the stupid abilities in FE. It may not be the absolute best (there are arguably stronger mons and alternate forms, also that speed tier is kinda sucky), but damn is it good. After all, it is tied with behemoths like Tyrazma for the 9th highest BST in Fusion Evolution, and Mold Breaker is probably the best unaltered ability in the format. Watch out for this guy!

sample text
DNA Donors: Zeraora / Walrein
Offspring name: Zerein
New Type: Electric / Ice
Base Stats: 100 / 107 / 85 / 107 / 85 / 120 (+1 HP, +11 Atk, +3 Def, +9 SpA, +0 SpD, +16 Spe)
New ability and desc: Elemental Mastery (Thick Fat + Volt Absorb) - Immune to Electric, Fire and Ice moves - When it would normally be hit by one, it is healed for 50% of its maximum health instead.
Notable Moves: Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Earthquake, Close Combat, Plasma Fists, Ice Fang, Belly Drum, Calm Mind, Fake Out, Bulk Up, Stockpile (lol), Focus Blast, Fire Punch, Drain Punch, Knock Off, Encore, Rock Slide, Surf, Taunt
Role Identification: While its stats are really rather underwhelming, Zerein has a lot of fun features that give it some sort of use. Firstly, an awesome movepool. It has ample amounts of coverage to hit enemy Pokemon on either side of the spectrum, while also boasting many different ways to set up and good utility moves in Taunt, Encore and Fake Out. It's also not that frail, and is in fact perfectly even in stats for both the physical and special sides of things. It has STAB Bolt Beam to hit basically everything, Volt Switch to pivot and 3 incredible immunities - especially noteworthy is that pokemon which can will often run Electric/Fire/Ice coverage and nothing else, allowing Zerein to abuse the heck out of them.

Role Identification: Landona-Ton has a lot going for it. Solid defenses, amazing ability, good offenses, setup in shift gear. Also has SR, Knock Off, U-Turn/Volt Switch, and Defog for utility. An all-around good mon.

Role Identification: Cryodino-Mega has 110/125/150 bulk. That’s pretty good. Coupled with hazard removal in Rapid Spin/Defog, newfound recovery in of course Recover, and a wider move pool, this is a greatly improved Mega Audino.
rhydon.gif
pikachu.gif

Parents: Rhydon/Pikachu
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Rhychu
New type: Electric/Ground
New base stats: 80/102/90/57/57/75
New ability and desc: Static Head (Rock Head + Static) - Takes 0 recoil damage except struggle/recoil crash damage and when using a move that originally has recoil damage, that move Paralyzes it’s target.
Notable moves: V O L T T A C K L E, EQ, Stealth Rock, Wish/Protect, Dragon Tail, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Megahorn, Poison Jab, Knock Off, Rock Polish, Stone Edge, Fake Out, Encore, Extreme Speed, Volt Switch.
Role Identification: Hooray! \o/ An Eviolite user!!! 80/90/57 is pretty bad, but Eviolite helps make up for that. In addition, it has Volt Tackle, which now has no recoil AND paralyzes! I’m addition, it has rocks, priority, wide move pool, phazing, volt switch, and a decent typing! But never mind all that, it is a good EVIOLITE user! 00::

Parents: Arbok / Mewtwo
DNA Fusion
Offspring Name: Mewdeuca
New Type: Poison/Psychic
New Base Stats: 89 (+1 HP) / 120 (+13 Attack) / 89 (+5 Defense) / 115 (+1 Special Attack) / 89 / 130 (+20 Speed)
New Ability and Description: Unnerve (Unnerve*2) - Bonus +5 to All Base Stats
Notable Moves: Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Zen Headbutt, Crunch, Throat Chop, Sucker Punch, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Drain Punch, Elemental Punches, Mewtwo's Special Coverage, Psystrike, Earthquake, Coil, Glare, Haze, Recover
Role Identification: Thanks to now having both Hidden Abilities unlocked, these two can fuse with +5 in all of their stats. In particular, Mewdeuca is a balanced attacker, with a wide variety of coverage for both sides. With a unique dual STAB in Poison and Psychic moves, as well as ways to abuse them on both fronts (Gunk Shot and Zen Headbutt for Physical, Sludge Wave and Psystrike for Special), it can dish out a lot of punishment. It even has both Calm Mind and Coil, for multiple setup options.

Parents: Arbok / Mewtwo-Mega-X
DNA Fusion
Offspring Name: Mewdeuca-Mega-X
New Type: Poison/Fighting
New Base Stats: 89 / 200 / 99 / 115 / 99 / 130
Mega Ability: Steadfast
Notable Moves: See Mewdeuca
Role Identification: With the sheer power of Mega Mewtwo X increased even further, the typing of Toxicroak, and a slew of fantastic options to attack with, this Mega is packing some strong hits. Coil, Gunk Shot, and Drain Punch are all especially notable for this mega. Additionally, thanks to being neutral to Psychic in its base form, it can feel much more safe about setting up a Coil before going mega to bruise them with Crunch or even Sucker Punch, or take advantage of its own Psychic STAB in its base form to threaten other potential things. And, even though its Special Attack stat is near entirely eclipsed, it can still be used to catch the foe's defensive walls off guard.

Offspring Name: Mewdeuca-Mega-Y
New Type: Poison/Psychic
New Base Stats: 89 / 160 / 69 / 155 / 119 / 140
Mega Ability: Insomnia
Notable Moves: See Mewdeuca
Role Identification: This balanced attacking version of Mewtwo can now actually take advantage of getting balanced boosts to its offenses from its Mega-Y form. Does everything regular Mewdeuca did even better, with an ability that could be useful when fighting things that like Sleep.

Parents: Shaymin-Sky / Victini
DNA Fusion
Offspring Name: Tien-Shinhan
New Type: Grass/Fire
New Base Stats: 100 / 101 / 87 / 130 / 87 / 133
New Ability and Description: Celestial Grace (Serene Grace + Victory Star) - This Pokemon and its allies moves have their accuracy multiplied by 1.1. If the move has a secondary effect, its accuracy is multiplied by 1.3 and has its secondary effect(s) doubled in chance.
Notable Moves: Seed Flare, Blue Flare, Searing Shot, Thunder, Focus Blast, Psychic, Earth Power, Air Slash, Glaciate, Bolt Strike, V-Create, Fusion Flare, Fusion Bolt, U-Turn, Leech Seed, Celebrate (Z), Stored Power
Role Identification: With a fantastic STAB combo, remarkable offensive stats, and stupidly strong moves to abuse them with, it's a fast wallbreaker. Seed Flare, Blue Flare, and Thunder create a tough-to-beat core of moves. Not only that, but its ability gives it the power to abuse the secondary effects of these incredible moves more often, thanks to the accuracy boost it provides. To top it off, it can utilize Z-Celebrate to give it even more wallbreaking potential.
You_Doodle+_2018-04-01T21_57_15Z.png

Parents: Arcanine / Dhelmise
DNA Fusion
Offspring Name: Archangel of Nine Helms
New Type: Fire/Grass
New Base Stats: 100 / 130 / 95 / 93 / 90 / 67
New Ability and Description: Dark Matter Blade (Justified + Steelworker) - Boosts Steel moves and Dark moves used by this Pokemon by 1.5x.
Notable Moves: Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Power Whip, Anchor Shot, Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Close Combat, Brick Break, Wild Charge, Earthquake, Knock Off, Rock Slide, Crunch, Extreme Speed, Shadow Claw, Morning Sun, Synthesis, Will-O-Wisp, Rapid Spin, Swords Dance, Switcheroo, Roar
Role Identification: Four STABs and good Attack. What more can be said? It has a lot of good support options, and Swords Dance for possible setup, but really, a set of moves utilizing its four STABs is a great way to have the best coverage. Banded with Flare Blitz, Power Whip, Crunch/Knock Off, and Anchor Shot can really punch some holes.

You_Doodle+_2018-04-13T03_03_32Z.png

Parents: Cosmoem / Togetic
DNA Fusion
Offspring Name: Cosmetic
New Type: Psychic/Fairy
New Base Stats: 61 / 34 / 127 / 54 / 127 / 38
New Ability and Description: Beauty Preservation: (Sturdy + Serene Grace) - Sturdy + If this Pokemon is hit by a move with a secondary effect that would normally activate, it does not activate, and this Pokemon will survive the attack on at least 1 HP.
Notable Moves: Roost, T-Wave, Softboiled, Encore, Toxic, Tailwind, Heal Bell, Wish, Defog, Cosmic Power, Magic Coat, Seismic Toss
Role Identification: Its stats are highly passive, and Cosmoem is leaving its movepool to Togetic, but it's got access to Eviolite with an incredible set of defenses. Togetic's got some great options, including reliable recovery, hazard removal, T-Wave, Heal Bell, Tailwind, and Encore for shutting down certain Pokemon. Seismic Toss keeps it from being unable to damage its foes, and it overall serves a role not unlike that of a much more balanced Chansey.

Parents: Slaking / Excadrill
Egg Group: Field
Offspring name: Mekaniking
New Type: Normal/Steel
New Base Stats: 140 / 157 / 90 / 82 / 75 / 104
New Ability and Description: S-Mercenary (Sand Rush + Truant) - On switching in, this Pokemoon has double Speed and half speed on alternating turns, respectively. In Sand, its Speed is always doubled.
Notable Moves: Return, Frustration, Facade, Iron Head, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Play Rough, Night Slash, Sucker Punch, Elemental Punches, Gunk Shot, Pursuit, Encore, Swords Dance, Shadow Claw, Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: A strong physical attacker that has a much more beneficial ability than Slaking. This Pokemon can revenge kill things with more speed than it thanks to its ability, but on the next turn can easily be revenge killed. Standard sets are most likely Band and Life Orb, the latter being run on Sand teams to secure some solid damage with its doubled speed. You can also run Protect to bypass its turns with halved Speed, though this may lead to the opponent gaining an opening. Of course, watch out for Fighting types and Mach Punch, because even with its respectable bulk those are still dangerous.

And don't worry, the best one is still here.

You_Doodle+_2018-04-02T20_46_49Z.jpg

Parents: Avalugg / Charmander
Egg Group: Monster
Offspring: Avacado Candle Table
New Type: Ice/Fire
New Base Stats: 77 / 94 / 123 / 62 / 58 / 56
New Ability and Description: Melted Candles (Solar Power + Ice Body) Heals the user like Ice Body when in sun, powers up the user in Hail like Solar Power.
Notable Moves: Rapid Spin, Dragon Dance, Fire Punch, Hail, Sunny Day, Avalanche, Ice Fang, Earthquake, Iron Head, Recover, Thunder Punch, Will-O-Wisp, Seismic Toss, Dynamic Punch because why not
Role Identification: It is a table with avacadoes and candles on it, and it is trying its best to be a table with avacadoes and candles on it. If you try to knock the stuff off of the table, it will punch you.

Everyone, I have another announcement to make. Since I couldn't get edit permission for the current spreadsheet, I decided to make my own copy with blackjack and hookers. Presenting the Newer Fusion Evolution V4 Pokédex:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-N43z0_CTdKRfTR-sgvJJ46pm7YYwfaYLF6fCB3wh7U/edit?usp=sharing
It's up to date as of the current slate, and Suiceon's Ability description is fixed.

That aside, here are my submissions for this slate.

Psychic / Psyshock, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Scald, Focus Blast

Lava Plume / Fire Blast, Scald / Hydro Pump, Icy Wind / Ice Beam, Moonblast, Nature's Madness
other.png
Defog, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Howl, Calm Mind, Haze, Magic Coat
Role Identification: Decent all around, with particular emphasis in physical offense (which you wouldn't really expect from a Tapu Fini fusion), and has decent enough coverage and utility to get by.

For justice!

Base Stats: 96 / 134 / 114 / 86 / 86 / 133 (+20 Atk, +20 Spe) | 649 BST

physical.png
Iron Head, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Close Combat, Sacred Sword, X-Scissor, Zen Headbutt, Quick Attack
special.png
Volt Switch
other.png
Swords Dance, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Taunt
Role Identification: Just what you'd expect from a fusion of Cobalion and Terrakion: Cobalion's decent physical bulk and pivot move, combined with Terrakion's hefty physical offense and perfectly usable coverage. Stealth Rock and Taunt allow it to function as a good lead.

DNA Donors: Gilgar / Type: Null
Offspring name: Type: Glide
New Type: Ground / Normal
Base Stats: 80 / 85 / 120 / 65 / 100 / 72 (522) (+20 Def, +20 SpD)
New ability and desc: Battle Immunity (Immunity + Battle Armor) - Immune to critical hits, poison and moves that have a chance to poison.
Notable Moves: Toxic, Roost, Roar, Thunder Wave, Defog, Stealth Rock, U-Turn, Knock Off, Taunt
Role Identification: Eviolite user. A better Type: Null all around, with amazing utility and immunity to both crits and poison.
bidoof.png
sandile.png

Let's try this again. This is seriously so good that I nerfed it.
Parents: Bidoof / Sandile
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Doon
New type: Normal / Dark
New base stats: 64 / 68 / 47 / 45 / 47 / 58 (329)
New ability and desc: Doom Point (Moody + Anger Point) - Increases Attack and another random stat by +6 at the end of each turn. From the second turn onwards, also lowers a random stat besides Attack by -6.
Notable moves: POWER TRIP, Protect, Substitute, Return, Superpower, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Fire Fang, Pursuit, Aqua Tail
Role Identification: Power Trip wallbreaker. The ability effect keeps Power Trip at 260 BP, and it gets STAB.
+6 252+ Atk Doon Power Trip (260 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Oxybliss-Defense: 1698-1998 (321.5 - 378.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 252+ Atk Doon Power Trip (260 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Dialcatty: 308-363 (82.3 - 97%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+6 252+ Atk Bidoof Power Trip (260 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Sickle-Mega: 544-642 (173.2 - 204.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 252+ Atk Doon Power Trip (260 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Multiscale Lugia: 730-861 (175.4 - 206.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
You might think this is broken, but it NEEDS to use Protect during the first turn it's sent out (it gets boost at the end of each turn), making it predictable. It'll also get the random +6 boost in Special Attack, Defense or Special Defense most of the time, meaning it won't outspeed anything with that unboosted base 58 Speed. From the 2nd turn onwards, it could very well get -6 Defense, Special Defense or Speed, making it an easy target as well. But, if it gets +6 Speed and the opponent doesn't have priority, it's a force to be reckoned with.

Offspring name: Thunduroar
New Type: Fire / Electric
Base Stats: 82 / 91 / 71 / 137 / 73 / 128 (+20 SpA/+20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Waggery (Unnerve + Prankster) - As long as this mon is active, the foe cannot use status moves.
Notable Moves: Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Nasty Plot, Knock Off
Role Identification: Simple yet effective stallbreaker. Can trap Stall mons in with Fire Spin, set up with Nasty Plot or spread Thunder Wave as the stall switches out.

DNA Donors: Rotom-Mow / Bronzong
Offspring name: Brotom-Alarm
New Type: Electric / Steel
Base Stats: 78 / 77 / 121 / 92 / 121 / 59 (+20 HP/+10 Def /+10 SpD)
New ability and desc: Time Flies (Levitate + Heatproof) - Immune to Fire, Ground and Burns. Counts as levitating.
Notable Moves: Defog, Psywave, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray, WoW, Volt Switch, Foul Play
Role Identification: First, lemme explain how good defensively this thing is. It resists Bug, Dragon, Electric, Fairy, Flying, Grass, Ice, Normal, Psychic, Rock, Steel, and is immune to Poison, Fire and Ground, being then only hit super-effectively by Fighting, and neutrally by Water, Dark and Ghost. So, out of 18 types, 4 are useful against it. Not only that, but it's immune to Toxic, Paralizys and Burns, being a great status absorber, and also has no problem dealing with hazards, being immune to Spikes, Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web, and resisting Stealth Rock, resulting in a fantastic Defogger.

The actual moves it has are also pretty good. Foul Play and Psywave make it not entirely passive, while Volt Switch gives it momentum, and it can also sprea status through either Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray or WoW.

giratina.gif
cacturne.gif

Tfw your scarecrow takes the birds to another dimension instead of just scarring them
DNA Donors: Giratina / Cacturne
Offspring name: Giraturne
New Type: Ghost / Dark
Base Stats: 110 / 107 / 110 / 107 / 110 / 72 (+20 Def/+20 SpD)
New ability and desc: Vacuum Absorb (Pressure + Water Absorb) - Immune to water. When hit by a move it's immune to, restores HP by 50%, and that move has it's PP halved. All other moves use 2 extra PP when used against this mon
Notable Moves: Foul Play, Encore, Leech Seed, Seismic Toss, Spikes, Spiky Shield, Synthesis, Worry Seed
Role Identification: A nice stall mon. While it's stats can leave it below other stall mons in the meta, what sells it is the moves it can learn. How often is it that you'd see a defensive mon in FE with Spiky Shield? Well, Cacturne surprisingly has good stall moves. Seismic Toss and Foul Play are here, making it not passive. Leech Seed should be obvious in what it contributes. Spikes can be used for utility. And while not ideal, it can try to use Nasty Plot or Swords Dance for something.

necrozma.gif
zygarde.gif

For something with as much edges as Necrozma, this is pretty well-rounded
DNA Donors: Necrozma / Zygarde
Offspring name: Necrogarde
New Type: Psychic / Ground
Base Stats: 102 / 103 / 111 / 104 / 112 / 107 (+20 SpD/+20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Shattered Prism (Prism Armor + Aura Break) - This Pokemon receives 3/4 damage from supereffective attacks. Not very effective moves used by this pokémon do 75% more damage and this pokemons moves ignore the foes ability, whereas this pokémon's ability can't be ignored by foes
Notable Moves: Coil, DD, Earth Power, Earthquake, Thousand Arrows, Thousand Waves, Extreme Speed, Glare, Haze, Sludge Wave, Stone Edge, Autotomize, Brick Break, Calm Mind, Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Heat Wave, Iron Head, Knock Off, Screens, Moonlight/Morning Sun, Photon Geyser, Power Gem, Psychic, Stealth Rocks, SD
Role Identification: Talk about versality. With a pretty dang nice all-around stat spread that allows it to be whatever it wants. Not to mention, it has a fantastic movepool that allows it to fill any role it wants. Finally, it's ability works both defensively and offensively, further expanding it's already insane versality. Some sets it can have include Defensive, Support, Bulky Coil Offense, Bulky Calm Mind User, Bulky D-Dance, Offensive D-Dance. It would also be the first to have Ground / Psychic as a fusion (Not counting Kecleus)

zoroark.gif
nihilego.gif

It's an alien virus that inflicts you with illusions
DNA Donors: Zoroark / Nihilego
Offspring name: Zorilego
New Type: Dark / Poison
Base Stats: 100 / 80 / 54 / 125 / 95 / 124 (+16 HP, +1 Atk, +1 Def, +2 SpA, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Illusiobeast (Illusion + Bease Boost) - The user copies the highest non-HP stat of the last mon in it's party (Uses actual stat rather than base)
Notable Moves:

Special Attacker: Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Sludge Wave, Dazzling Gleam, Power Gem, Psychic, Psyshock, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Agility

Bulky Support: Clear Smog, Snarl, Foul Play, Knock Off, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes, Mirror Coat, Counter, Worry Seed, Memento, Trick

Physical Attacker: Swords Dance, Knock Off, Throat Chop, Sucker Punch, U-Turn, Gunk Shot, Head Smash, Iron Head, Posion Jab, Zen Headbutt, Agility

Role Identification: Where to begin with this? It has various roles. It all depends on who's the last mon in your party. Do you want to be a fast special attacker? Use Ninxys, or some other fast fusion, in your last slot. Perhaps you want a bulky attacker? It has fine Sp. Def already, so set something for your Defense and make use of that surprisingly decent supportive moves. You can even pull off physical sets and surprise the foes.

When begining a battle, shows the option to select the order of your mons. If you last mon's highest stat is 400 Defense, Zorilego, for the rest of the battle, regardless if the other mon faints or not, will have 400 Def as well.

Parents: Avalugg/Garchomp
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Avachamp
New type: Ice/Ground
New base stats: 111/133/149/72/75/75(BST 615)
New ability and desc: Mineral Absorbtion (ice body/sand veil) - During a sandstorm a Pokémon with Mineral Absorbtion will regain 1/16 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn. It also has it's evasion increased by 20%. A Pokémon with this Ability will take no damage from the sand if it otherwise would.
Notable moves: Earthquake, Ice Fang, Sandstorm, Bulldoze, Avalanche, Rapid Spin, Recover, Iron Defense, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Rest, Curse, Sword Dance
Role identification: While it's true that this fusion does not have the best defensive typing, it's high defense should compensate for it. Thriving in a weather that is more common then others, Avachamp is a welcome addition to any sand team. Being able to set up rocks, dealing damage and recover HP it has lost, surely avachamp is fun to mess around with. "But what if I want more?" I hear you say. Then have no fear, mega avachamp is just around the corner.
Parents: Avalugg/Garchomp
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Mega Avachamp
New type: Ice/Ground
New base stats: 111/173/169/112/85/65(BST 715)
New ability and desc: Sand Force
Notable moves: Earthquake, Avalanche, Bulldoze, Outrage, Iron Head, Stone Edge, Poison Jab, Aqua Tail, Body Slam, Crunch, Super Power
Role identification: Due to Avachamp's ability, it's easy to set up for a sweep with Mega Avachamp. This thing hits like a truck, especially in sand! While it's still not super fast, it doesn't care when avalanche gets that boost. True raw power.

Parents: Weezing/Mismagius
Egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Wizmagi
New type: Ghost/Poison
Base stats: 75/90/105/110/102/97 (BST 579)
Ability: Levitate
Notable moves: Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Clear Smog, Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Phantom Force, Destiny Bond, Explosion, Assurance, Will-O-Wisp, Fire Blast, Infestation, Charge Beam, Energy Ball, Nasty Plot, Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch, Thunder Wave, Foul Play, Pain Split, Heal Bell, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Stockpile, Hyper Voice.
Role identification: Wizmagi is an interesting pokemon, in that it houses a very flexible movepool. From being a setup sweeper to becoming a cleric, Wizmagi can do it. It's basically a more compact Gengar with better defences and capable of being more versatile in it's role, but losing speed and special attack.

Parents: Seismitoad/Omastar
Egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Toadstar
New type: Water/Ground
Base stats: 102/92/115/115/87/79 (BST 605)
Ability: Swift Swim
Important moves: Hydro Pump, Earth Power, Brine, Scald, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hyper Voice, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Rain Dance, Refresh, Focus Blast, Rest, Sleep Talk, Aqua Ring, Ice Beam, Mud Shot, Mud Bomb, Muddy Water, Infestation, Grass Knot, Rock Polish, Shell Smash
Description: Now this is a pokemon that has access to a very large movepool which makes it a very versatile pokemon. While it's most use lies in laying down spikes, t-spikes and rocks, Toadstar gets a lot better in rain due to Swift Swim. While it does have a 4x weakness to grass, it sports enough moves to quickly cripple those thanks to Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb and Infestation.

Egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Zengora
New type: Normal/Electric
Base stats: 80/133/67/81/70/136(+20Atk,+20Spe,BST 567)
Ability: Poison Master (ToxicBoost+VoltAbsorb); When this pokemon gets the poisoned status, its HP is restored by one quarter of its maximum HP. When under the poison status, the power of it's physical moves is increased by 50%. (This ability has no immunity to poison attacks)
Important moves: Facade, Plasma Fists, Thunder Punch, Crush Claw, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Swords Dance, Belly Drum, Knock Off, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Bounce, Poison Jab, X-Scissor, Rock Slide, Shadow Claw, Volt Switch, Acrobatics.
Description: Zengora screams for a toxic orb or getting the poison status and thrives under it. With an ability similar to poison heal, but with that little bit of extra oomph and a wide variety of physical attacks and attack boosting moves, Zengora is ready for combat.

Parents: Mudsdale/Stakataka
Egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Stalle
New type: Ground/Steel
Base stats: 80/148/155/54/113/24(+20Atk,+20SpD,BST 547)
Ability: Tactics (Stamina+Beast Boost); Whenever this pokemon is hit or KO's an opponent, it raises it's highest stat by 1. When hit by an attack that hits multiple times, each hit activates this ability.
Important moves: Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Heavy Slam, Earthquake, Stomping Tantrum, Bulldoze, Stealth Rock, Close Combat, Sandstorm, Toxic, Reflect, Light Screen, Trick Room, Payback, Double-Edge, Body Slam, Zen Headbutt, Safeguard, Infestation, Rest, Sleep Talk.
Description: Sure, there are a lot of defensive powerhouses in this meta already and Stalle needs to compete with them. Sure, Stalle might be nothing more then an utility pokemon, setting up rocks and screens and maybe deal some damage with gyro ball. However with it's ability "Tactics" it has the potential to tank like a boss and let's not forget that with infestation, rest and sleep talk it has a chance to keep that one annoying sweeper at bay while boosting itself.

Notable Moves: Recover, Psychic, Psyshock, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, U-turn, a lot more things.
Role Identification: The ultimate stallbreaker, as well as a good prevention to set up. It also has good stats and a great movepool.

As long as a pokemon has the plot twist effect, any damage that it will receive or inflict will instead heal, and any healing that it will receive or cause will deal damage (all for the same amount). This effect can be reverted by switching out.
Notable Moves: Heal Pulse, Wish, Heal Bell, Extreme Speed, Thousand Waves, Core Enforcer, Outrage.
Role Identification: This incredible ability forces a switch and gives a free turn to Gardino. If the opponent doesn't really know what he's against, you can use heal pulse to deal 50% instant damage while your opponent just heals you. It also has cool stats and a pretty good movepool.

Honestly, if this meta is going to be like the other metas in the game where some mons are more viable than others, wouldn't it be better if we had the non-voted mons in too, possibly leading to more off-meta teams and more potential counters and uniqueness? If we have less than 10 people voting for slates, we can't really determine anything.

No no no no no. We have almost 600 fusions already, not counting forms. If 100 of them are viable, the other 500 will be left for off-meta teams and more potential counters and uniqueness. Adding EVEN MORE Pokemon would lead to LESS uniqueness. Like, I could easily go through each non-voted submission one by one and list a previous winning submission that would be better than it, or one that would have its niche completely stolen by it. I won't do that because it would be a lot of time wasted and people would hate me for it, but I could. Anyone could do that.

Notable Moves:
Physical- Heavy Slam, Acrobatics, Knock Off, Earthquake, Superpower, Stone Edge

Role Identification: A Bulky pokemon that can snowball it's speed after every KO it scores

New ability and desc: Flaming Reach- This pokemon is immune to fire type moves. If hit by a fire move, the opposing team's pivoting moves are disabled.
Notable Moves: Magma Storm, Roost, Spirit Shackle, (coverage) [Only listed moves notable for role, due to its niche.]
Role Identification: Swirling Flame can be used as a pokemon able to pick and choose which threats it takes out, with Magma Storm. It functions like an update of heatran with recovery.

Parents: Victini+Blacephalon
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Victory
New type: Psychic/Ghost
New base stats: 76 / 113 / 76 / 125 / 89 / 103
New ability and desc: Triumphant Victory-
If this pokemon KOs another with an attack, it’s highest stat and accuracy are increased by one, and gains a STAB boost on all fire type attacks until the end of the battle.
Notable moves: Special- Mind Blown, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Blue Flare, Fire Blast
Physical- V Create, Bolt Strike, U Turn,
Stauts- Trick, Calm Mind, etc.
Role Identification: Blazing Victory functions as a powerful mixed attacker with a crippling weakness to dark types. With a powerful move pool, one of its few drawbacks is a non-stab fire type attack. This can be remedied by KOing an opponent, but makes a difference when using choice locking items, and forces you to forfeit your boosts to gain your fire move. Thus, Victory functions best as a late game killer, after having defeated all other threats, such as fast dark types. (Victini was added solely for the better movepool)/hide]
