Heavy Rain is Primal Kyogre's weather. Did you mix up the names or does the base form have it on purpose? So umm, thoughts on mine? Are the justice abilities too weird?
EDIT: Changed “Eats Evil for Breakfast” to “Justice Vigor” which hopefully sounds better (and has the word justice in it like the others).

Parents: Drifblim + Jellicent
Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Drillicent
New type: Ghost/Flying
New base stats: 135/80/67/97/89/80 (548)
New ability and desc: Afterlife (Aftermath + Water Absorb): If this Pokemon is KOed (even by status, recoil, or its item, but not by sacrificial moves), it recovers 25% of its max HP - if this would put it above 0 HP, it is no longer KOed. (Attack must overkill to at least -25% to actually get rid of it)
Notable moves: DESTINY BOND, Defog, Haze, Night Shade, Will-o-Wisp, Recover, Tailwind, Scald, Hex, Shadow Ball, Taunt, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Giga Drain, Ice Beam
Role identification: Fusion Evolution has a lot of OP offensive mons. To compensate, here's an OP defensive 'mon. Drillicent specializes in sticking around for a damn long time, bothering its opponents the whole way through. While it's physical bulk isn't outstanding, an attack has to to more than 25% of its HP to even dream of getting rid of it.

Parents: Raichu + Hippowdon
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Raidon
New type: Electric/Ground
New base stats: 94/111/96/89/86/88 (564)
New ability and desc: Lighting Stream (Lighting Rod + Sand Stream): Sets Electric Terrain on entry. Redirects Electric, Ground, Rock and Steel moves to itself to boost Special Defense by 1. Absorbs Stealth Rocks on its field, again to boost Special Defense by 1
Notable moves: Slack Off, Nuzzle, Stealth Rock, Volt Tackle, Earthquake, Volt Switch, Yawn, Fake Out, Extreme Speed, Knock Off, (Z-)Celebrate, Rock Slide, Stone Edge
Role identification: Raidon's stats aren't fantastic, but its strength comes from its ability (and to a lesser extent, movepool). Even off of just 111 Attack, Electric Terrain Volt Tackle is scary. It also walls StoneEdge, one of the most popular coverage combos in the game, and can effortlessly clear the most popular hazard in the game... aaaaaanddd it gets FakeSpeed if you want that.
A snowy fusion perfect for the season! Though, it's not quite Ice-type...
Parents: Abomasnow + Lapras
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Laprasnow
New type: Grass/Water
New base stats: 120/98/87/98/100/70 (573)
New ability and desc: Snow Absorb (Snow Warning + Water Absorb): Summons Hail on entry. Heals 12.5% of its max HP each turn in Hail. Immune to Ice, absorbs Ice-type moves for 25% HP.
Notable moves: Energy Ball, Scald, Blizzard, Waterfall, Seed Bomb, Wood Hammer, Ice Shard, Avalanche, Earthquake, Thunderbolt, Dragon Dance
Role identification: Ever wanted your enemies to suffer the agony that is Hail without having those pesky weaknesses that the Ice-type brings? Now you finally can! It recovers more HP than Ice Body, too!
Manectite has a lot of defensive potential, y'know...
Parents: Manectric + Vaporeon

New ability and desc: Hydroelectric Power (Lightning Rod + Water Absorb): Draws Water and Electric moves towards itself to heal 25% of max HP and boost Special Attack by 1 stage.
Notable moves: Wish, Thunderbolt, Scald, Flamethrower, Signal Beam, Hydro Pump, Shadow Ball, Haze, Heal Bell, Yawn
Role identification: Tank? It has decent coverage and decent bulk. FE UU, probably. Mega is better.
Parents: Manectric-Mega + Vaporeon

Offspring name: Vaporic-Mega
New type: Water/Electric
New base stats: 110/80/90/147/107/125 (559)
New ability and desc: Intimidate (Manectite)
Notable moves: Wish, Volt Switch, Scald, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Signal Beam, Hydro Pump, Shadow Ball, Haze
Role identification: Bulky pivot with Intimidate + Scald fun to patch up its Physical bulk.
nice fire nerd
Parents: Piloswime + Necrozma-Dusk
Shared egg group: DNA (Legendary)
Offspring name: Smolitizer
New type: Ice/Steel
New base stats: 118/148/103/86/84/63 (602) (+20 HP, +20 Attack)
New ability and desc: Christmas Spirit (Thick Fat + Prism Armor): Halves super-effective damage. Halves damage from Fire and Ice-typed moves. These stack. Cannot be bypassed by Mold Breaker or similar effects.
Notable moves: Sunsteel Strike, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Iron Head, Morning Sun, Photon Geyser, Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Knock Off, Freeze-Dry
Role identification: It's strong, it has good bulk, and it can have all the offensive benefits of being Ice-type without the defensive baggage. In fact, it's basically only weak to Fighting, and Fighting moves are frequently wielded by Fighting-types that would rather not eat a Photon Geyser. Even Mold Breaker variants can't get around its ability. However, its isn't great at hitting Water-types. But hey, it's good and a siivagunner meme regardless.

Offspring name: Honoka
New type: Fire/Steel
New base stats: 110/135/105/67/109/77 (603) (+20 HP, +20 Attack)
New ability and desc: Melody of the Heart (Regenerator + Snow Cloak): Recovers 33% of max HP upon switching out, or at the end of every turn in Hail. Takes no Hail damage.
Notable moves: Sacred Fire, Iron Head, Earthquake, Icicle Crash, Knock Off, Rapid Spin, Brave Bird, (Z-)Celebrate, Roost
Role identification: Honoka has reasonable bulk, and hits reasonably hard... up until Hail happens. At that point, Honoka is virtually unkillable. Definitely a good reason to use a Hail team! Honoka handily gets rid of Steel types for her Ice-type teammates, as well. Do beware of Earthquake (and other Ground moves), though!
i added Honoka, which basically means i finished subs
thoughts?
I have no idea what you're thinking, but HP can't be negative, as the lowest it can go is zero, not a negative number. Basically your first fusion is unkilable and broken and you need to change it.
Alright then. He's a good and cool boi now.Changed the effect so it works as I intended

DNA Donors: Arceus + Minior
Offspring name: Minius
New Type: Normal/Flying
Base Stats: 100/90/125/90/125/90 (+10 HP, +15 Atk, SpA) [BST: 620]
Base Stats (Shields Down form): 100/125/90/125/90/150 [BST: 680]
New ability and desc: Nyoom: The user's primary type changes depending on what plate it is holding. In addition, at 50% health, its stats will switch and will enter its Shields Down form.
Notable Moves: Extreme Speed, Swords Dance, Recover, Acrobatics, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Judgment, Stealth Rock, SHELL SMASH
Role Description: It has the best setup moves, priority, recovery, and is likely to tank one hit in its base form. It's a slower, less bulky Arceus with the perk of hitting blistering speeds when it hits half health. Judgment is a decent special STAB, and Minior inherits a plethora of other attacking options from Arceus, which it could only dream of having in-game. A more defensive set is possible but its ability to sponge heavy hits will be put under pressure under 50%, and you also have to focus on using Recover to keep it above 50. All the same I think it's a good jack-of-all-trades option.
I was a frequent contributer in late V1 to early V2, though IIRC the only fusion I managed to get in was a Magnezone + Milotic fusion.Uhhh, when did we last see you? I don't ever remember seeing you at all, so i need some help.

Sorry, but Ramtwo is an illegal fusion. Rampardos would need to have 460 or less BST to fuse with Mewtwo.
Parents: Rampardos + Mewtwo
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Ramtwo
New type: Rock/Psychic
New base stats: 101/157(+20)/75/109/70/114(+20)
New ability and desc: (Pressure + Mold Breaker) If a pokemon ability is able to be bypassed, that pokemon is forced to use 2 PP.
Notable moves: Zen Headbutt, Head Smash, Crunch, Hammer Arm, Iron Head, Earthquake, Brick Break, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Stone Edge, Sword Dance, Fire Punch, Superpower, Stealth Rock, Thunder Punch, Psycho Cut, Z-Me First, Low Sweep, Poison Jab, Aqua Tail, Drain Punch, Ice Punch
Role identification: Ramtwo is the definition of scary. With a high base 157 attack and base 114 to back it up, its attacks are no joke. Ramtwo can set up with Sword Dance to boost its already high attack or Rock Polish to bring its speed up to par. Not only having those things, Ramtwo have access to a movepool that really benefit it.
Parents: Rampardos + Mega-Mewtwo-X
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Mega-Ramtwo-X
New type: Rock/Fighting
New base stats: 101/237/85/109/80/114

Role identification: Mega X have an outstanding 237 base attack, it is more of a threat than its base. Mega X reach an outstanding 630 attack with full investments. Without any investments, it still hits 510, so you don’t have to invest in it.
Parents: Rampardos + Mewtwo-Y
Shared egg group: DNA
Offspring name: Mega-Ramtwo-Y
New type: Rock/Psychic
New base stats: 101/197/55/149/100/124
New ability and desc: Insomnia
Notable moves: Zen Headbutt, Head Smash, Crunch, Hammer Arm, Iron Head, Earthquake, Brick Break, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Stone Edge, Sword Dance, Fire Punch, Superpower, Stealth Rock, Thunder Punch, Psycho Cut, Low Sweep, Poison Jab, Aqua Tail, Drain Punch, Ice Punch
Role identification: This one is probably worse than Mega X because due to its lower damage outpost. Even though it faster than the other two, the other two can do more. So just use the other two.
You can only add a maximum of +20 per stats, so Smogo-Oh can't have +37 in HP. Just change it fast.
Parents: Gothitelle x Toxicroak
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Gothic
New type: Psychic / Poison
New base stats: 87 / 88 / 90 / 101 / 98 / 85
New ability and desc: Undead Instinct (Shadow Tag + Anticipation) - Prevents adjacent foes from choosing to switch unless they also have this Ability, and on switch-in, this Pokemon shudders if any foe has a super effective move or Shed Shell.
Notable moves: Nasty Plot, Psychic, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Focus Blast, Dark Pulse, Calm Mind, Super Fang, Energy Ball, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Trick Room, Taunt, Reflect, Light Screen, Heal Bell
Role Identification: Trapper with Undead Instinct, can stall out foe with Toxic and Rest, in addition can set up on opponents that cannot hurt Gothic with Nasty Plot or Calm Mind, and with the pokemon's massive coverage, can prep for multiple pokemon. Gothic can also be a stall breaker with an ok speed stat and Taunt, as well as Nasty Plot, and if room could be found, Heal Bell could be added. With both of Gothic's stabs being immune by one type, it can beat both with Focus Blast.
DNA Donors: Poipole / Ribombee
Offspring name: Poibee
New Type: Poison / Fairy
Base Stats: 64 / 64 / 64 / 114 / 69 / 109 (+0 HP, +0 Atk, +0 Def, +30 SpA, +0 SpD, +10 Spe)
New ability and desc: Pixie Flare (Beast Boost + Shield Dust) - This Pokemon's highest stat is raised by 1 if it attacks and KOes another Pokemon, in addition, whenever this Pokemon uses an attack with a secondary effect, the move gains a 1.2x increase in power.
Notable Moves: Nasty Plot, Quiver Dance, Sticky Web, Roost, Defog, U-Turn, Moonblast, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Psychic, Pollen Puff, Energy Ball, Baton Pass, Dragon Pulse, Tailwind.
Role Identification: Sweeper with support and Sticky Web. With Poibee's dual setup, Nasty Plot, and Quiver Dance, it can function as a slightly weaker Naganadel, or Volcarona. However, Poibee has access to a boost in its attacks thanks to Pixie Flare. Poibee can also put its moveset to use in doubles with Tailwind and Pollen Puff, and can be an essential Pokemon in setting up Sticky Web. All of this said, Poibee could possibly become one of the best sweepers and shake up the metagame with a new Poison and Fairy typing.
DNA Donors: Reuniclus / Porygon2
Offspring name: Reuni2
New Type: Psychic / Normal
Base Stats: 118 / 73 / 113 / 115 / 90 / 45 (+20 HP, +0 Atk, +20 Def, +0 SpA, +0 SpD, +0 Spe)
New ability and desc: Telepathic Shield (Trace + Magic Guard) - This Pokemon cannot be damaged by anything accept direct attacks, any Pokemon on the opponents side has their ability nullified as long as this Pokemon is in active battle.
Notable Moves: Trick Room, Conversion (Z), Calm Mind, Recover, Thunder Wave, Reflect, Light Screen, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Tri Attack, Psychic, Psyshock, Signal Beam, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Flash Cannon.
Role Identification: Trick Room Setter, Setup Sweeper, Tank. This Pokemon's wide coverage is incredible, and can be used to patch any weakness in a team, with BoltBeam, solid STAB moves, Focus Blast, and various other hard hitting special attacks. Like Reuniclus, this Pokemon is nearly impossible to stop with the effects of Telepathic Shield, Calm Mind, and Recover. This Pokemon can even run Z Conversion for a sweep, and in addition be a great Trick Room setter. Not only can this thing sweep, but with defenses like 118/113/90, it can tank most hits and stall the foe out with Toxic and Recover.
DNA Donors: Koffing / Ho-Oh
Offspring name: Smog-Oh
New Type: Poison / Fire
Base Stats: 110 / 101 / 93 / 85 / 100 / 63 (+37 HP, +3 Atk, +0 Def, +0 SpA, +0 SpD, +0 Spe)
New ability and desc: Freeloader (Levitate + Regenerator) - This Pokemon avoids all Ground type attacks, Spikes, and Stealth Rock, whenever this Pokemon switches out, it gains 1/4 of its HP back.
Notable Moves: Haze, Toxic Spikes, Taunt, Sludge Bomb, Earthquake, Sacred Fire, Earth Power, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Giga Drain, Calm Mind, Defog, Recover, Roost, Tailwind, Thunder Wave, Whirlwind, Will-O-Wisp
Role Identification: Support / Sweeper With Smog-Oh's many types of status, recovery, and support moves, it makes a great support Pokemon in addition with its ability that gives it a pseudo Regenerator and Magic Guard effect. Smog-Oh's typing allows it to not be affected by burn or poison, which allows it to setup with its relatively good defenses, Recover or Roost, and Calm Mind.
