"Zapdos is growing tired, so she's starting to shoo the competitors outside with lightning bolts. She isn't drill pecking again-but she's had enough of 5 days DQ times+my incredibly slow reffing rate.

Of course, as the tired Shinx and the less tired Shroomish run outside, Carlos gets one last icy bite in on Bushido. The cold hurts Shroomish-but Shroomish survives and tackles Carlos.

Is he down? No-but in the time he took to chill off, Shroomish responded with a more powerful headbutt that DOES KO Carlos."

"And you know what? In the name of getting this overwith, go, Flare!"

"Not as I remember you, given now long this has taken you've already evolved into Camerupt in a parallel universe...but use Rock Slide with Galladiator's last Pokemon as the rock!"

She does, sending out Totodile a few feet away from Shroomish.

"GOOD! Solstice goes next!"

Ok Bushido this should be fairly simple, start with a Leech Seed, then attack with a Seed Bomb+Poison Powder combination! It should work like a gas bomb, it should hit for some good damage and increase the possibility of poison!

"Sigh...OKAY. LET'S REF.

Totodile spams Ice-type moves, abusing the ancient STAB descriptions to reduce the energy he needs for them, and Shroomish first fires off leeching seeds that supplement its poison healing, before moving on to a toxic bomb made of seeds.

Totodile DID score a critical hit on the Ice Fang, but who cares, this match has gone on so long I'm not even going to try flavoring it.

You want to know who else wants this match done? Zapdos. She's hit Totodile again, even, she wants them gone so much."

"Alright, good. I'm reffing this early. I'm stable again.

Alright...good.

The battle ends where it began-right outside the power plant.

Irwin leads off with powerful fangs of ice-so strong that Bushido cannot do anything other than be criticallly hit!

Bushido didn't flinch under pressure, though. Rather, he launched another deadly bomb of seeds at Irwin, which sap at his water supplies and greatly irk him. Almost sadistically, Leech Seed and PoisonPowder drain Totodile's health and replenish that of Shroomish-leaving Shroomish the healthier of the two.

Irked, Irwin hammers Bushido with an icy fist. Bushido responds by clinging onto Irwin and draining nutrients. That, combined with the Leech Seeds growing on Irwin's body, is enough to nearly negate Totodile's entire damage output.

Desperate to end this in his trainer's favor, Irwin assaults Bushido one last time with icy fangs. A single Seed Bomb, along with the poison in Irwin's veins and the Leech Seeds on his skin, are enough to defeat the Totodile, ending the match.

Zapdos is so happy that the fight is overwith that she decides not to attack Shroomish this round.

After passing through the new recordholder for "longest battle in ASB history," Solstice is the winner!"

...I forgot to calc Effect Spore...but nothing was affected, especially not the conclusion of the fight. I hope you all will forgive me for this-if necessary I'll edit it in.

YES! THIS IS OVERWITH! THANK YOU FOR KEEPING ME ON BOARD! THANK YOU FOR STICKING WITH THIS MATCH TO THE BITTER END! Anyways...

-Both trainers get 2 TC
-All mons involved get 1 DC, 1 EC, and 1 MC. Yes, due to how ancient this match is we are using the old approval rules, since the match started before May 1.
-Pawniard, Eevee, and Shinx get 1 KOC
-Shroomish gets 2 KOC.

-I get 3 RC from the old approval rules, and this match off my chest.
-At the prize approval thread, tell them that this match started before May 1, and as such are in fact using the archaic 1/1/1 compensation.

-This match took 103 days, 10 hours, 13 minutes, and 41 seconds, making it officially the longest in CAPASB.

"As the sun sets on this incredibly long match, I hope to turn over a new leaf for reffing-from now on I will try to remain firmly in my DQ times.

Goodnight!"
