Rocky, AKA Aerodactyl, is hands down the best offensive lead in the ou tier. Not even Azelf can out-speed it (unless its running a scarf...). Taunt leaves leads helpless while aerodactyl can get a free stealth rock in. EQ and Stone Edge are the Icing on top of the cake.

This one is kind of unorthodox. I put fire fang in for an excuse to max out his attack stat, but.... I think it probably might be better to focus more on speed, seeing as Dragon Dance is in their, attack might not need the nature boost...
