Slightly low accuracy? 75% is worse than STONE EDGE for goodness sake! 80 base power (or 40 + 40 w/Dual Chop) is perfectly fine...if you really need the extra power just use Outrage.
people use focus blast.... so its better than that xD and its not terrible ive used it. its relying on WoW accuracy which isnt terrible

you have no reason to use Dragon rush; you even have a 60% chance to hit against other chomps in sand... that's not good
Pokes use Focus blast because it's the only option they have unless they opt for Hidden Power Fighting which is a lot and I mean a LOT weaker.
And anyways most Pokes that run Focus Blast also run Hidden Power alongside it.
Focus Blast is pertty much only used because the only alternative for nearly every Pokemon wanting special Fighting is Hidden Power Fighting, which is weak as shit. Will-O-Wisp is used because it's the most accurate burn inducing move that can be used. Dragon Rush just is not worth it with Dragon Claw and Dual Chop around.
Dragon Rush actually was quite useful from my experience, but the real problem is that the game has changed a lot since the analysis was written. This analysis is become more and more dated (though the main body of info remains unchanged).
Frankly though, this analysis might itself become moot if Garchomp gets banned from OU this round (or if Sandveil does, because until Rough Skin comes out it'd amount to the same thing).
I think any further work on Garchomp (either here or in an update) should be held off until the results of this OU vote are finalized.
