Garchomp is one of the tier's best Stealth Rock setters thanks to its ability to pressure Defoggers like Tornadus-T and Corviknight. Garchomp finds many opportunities to set up Stealth Rock against Pokemon like Heatran and Rotom-H. Thanks to its high Attack and Swords Dance alongside Z-Moves, it's also a capable wallbreaker that can easily break down defensive backbones consisting of Pokemon like Clefable, Tangrowth, Ferrothorn, and Slowbro after a boost. Stone Edge coupled with Rockium Z allow Garchomp to severely damage the likes of Tapu Fini, Slowbro, Clefable, and Tangrowth. It also allows Garchomp to efficiently check Rotom-H and Tornadus-T. Outrage with Dragonium Z is a decent alternative, allowing Garchomp to pressure Tangrowth and Slowbro more, but Outrage's locking attributes in tandem with Tapu Fini's Misty Terrain cutting into its power make Stone Edge preferable. Swords Dance with a Z-Move allows Garchomp to OHKO Slowbro and physically defensive Tangrowth after minimal chip damage.

Garchomp can struggle with Pokemon like Mega Slowbro and physically defensive Tangrowth, and it can fail to keep up Stealth Rock against Iron Defense Corviknight, so Pokemon that can deal with them such as Rotom-H and Heatran make good partners. In return, Garchomp can deal with Pokemon like Mega Tyranitar and Hydreigon. Mega Metagross forms a strong offensive core with Garchomp by overpowering each other's shared checks like Slowbro, Corviknight, and Tangrowth. Mega Metagross also appreciates Garchomp's ability to pivot in on Fire-type attacks and set Stealth Rock, freeing a moveslot for the former. Ash-Greninja appreciates Garchomp's ability to pressure Pokemon like Toxapex, Assault Vest Tangrowth, Tapu Fini, and Ferrothorn, allowing it to have an easier time transforming and sweeping the opposition. It also forms a potent hazard-stacking core with Garchomp, as Garchomp can KO Slowbro and Tangrowth after Spikes and a boost. Tapu Fini makes a good teammate, relieving pressure from Garchomp to check Heatran as well as giving it a status immunity, letting it switch in on Pokemon like Rotom-H and Toxapex more easily. However, it makes Garchomp's Devastating Drake noticeably weaker.

Garchomp is one of the tier’s best Stealth Rock setters thanks to its ability to beat pressure -it doesn't necessarily beat Iron Defense Corviknight, and is taken out by Z-Tornadus-T after some chip, so beat is not the correct term to use in this case- Defoggers like Tornadus-T and Corviknight. Thanks to its high Attack and Swords Dance -it's access to Z-Moves plays a major part in this as well-, it’s also a capable wallbreaker that can easily break down defensive cores -consisting of? (some good examples would be Slowbro, Tangrowth, Clefable, and Ferrothorn)- after a boost. Garchomp finds many oppurtunities to set up Stealth Rock against Pokemon like Heatran and Rotom-H -this sentence sits at an odd place right now, since you go from outlining its capabilities as a hazard setter to its wallbreaking prowess and then back to its hazard-setting capabilities; consider moving this sentence to the start, after the first sentence- . Outrage grants Garchomp access to Devastating Drake, which allows Garchomp to deal heavy damage to Tangrowth, Slowbro, and OHKO Tornadus-T, the latter of which can allow Garchomp to keep Stealth Rock up. Swords Dance alongside a Z-move allows Garchomp to dismantle defensive cores with ease -this is quite obvious; consider outlining the fact that it allows Garchomp to OHKO Slowbro after a boost, and KO physically defensive Tangrowth after minimal chip-. Stone Edge with Rockium Z is an alternative option that can hit Fairy-types and Corviknight hard, as well as having a more useful less exploitable move after expending Continental Crush, which is particularly useful in order to directly threaten Rotom-H. However, Devastating Drake is preferred for its greater power against neutral targets, and Fairy-types are hit hard enough by Earthquake anyway.

Garchomp can struggle with Pokemon like Mega Slowbro, Rocky Helmet and physically defensive Tangrowth, and fail to keep up Stealth Rock against Iron Defense Corviknight, so Pokemon that can deal with them such as Rotom-H and Heatran make good partners. In return, Garchomp can deal with Pokemon like Mega Tyranitar and Hydreigon. Mega Metagross forms a strong offensive core with Garchomp by overpowering each others shared checks like Slowbro, Corviknight, and Tangrowth. Mega Metagross also appreciates Garchomp’s ability to pivot in on Fire-type attacks and set Stealth Rock, freeing a moveslot for the former. Ash-Greninja appreciates Garchomp’s ability to KO Pokemon like Toxapex and Assault Vest Tangrowth and weaken Pokemon like Tapu Fini and Ferrothorn, allowing it to have an easier time transforming and sweeping the opposition, while also forming a potent hazard-stacking core with Garchomp. Tapu Fini makes a good teammate, relieving pressure from Garchomp to check Heatran as well as giving it a status immunity, which gives it additional security when pivoting into Heatran, Rotom-H, and Toxapex. However, it makes Garchomp’s Devastating Drake noticeably weaker.

Rockium Z's definitely worth slashing, Continental Crush's ability to consistently deal with Corviknight is very good in this metagame. It also leaves you with a useful move after your Z-Move, which may help with pressuring Pokemon like Tornadus-T and Rotom-H later down the line.

I think you should focus more on the added pressure that Garchomp applies on them, rather than outright stating it can KO them. It also forms a potent hazard stacking core with Garchomp. It's definitely worth going a little more in-depth than this. Make sure to note how Spikes wear Slowbro and Rocky Helmet Tangrowth down into range of a boosted Devastating Drake, which ultimately makes Garchomp a much larger issue to deal with defensively. Tapu Fini makes a good teammate, relieving pressure from Garchomp to check Heatran as well as giving it a status immunity, letting it switch in on Pokemon like Rotom-H and Toxapex easier. However, it makes Garchomp’s Devastating Drake noticeably weaker.
