Garchomp @ Dragonium Z
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Stealth Rock

Devastating the competition, Garchomp stands out as an offensive entry hazard setter that is able to break down defensive cores with ease. Devastating Drake not only allows Garchomp to deal massive damage to Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Zapdos, and Ogerpon-W that might take Earthquake but also lets it hit checks such as Alomomola and Slowbro after a Swords Dance boost. Stealth Rock allows Garchomp to set up hazards against Pokemon it cannot threaten out, such as Air Balloon Gholdengo and Corviknight, supporting its teammates even in unfavorable matchups. This Garchomp set fits on a range of playstyles, from hyper offense to bulky offense, which appreciate its wallbreaking capabilities and reliability in getting up Stealth Rock. Offensive teammates such as Kingambit and Zamazenta appreciate Garchomp's ability to remove defensive Pokemon such as Toxapex and Gliscor that might otherwise annoy them. Special attackers such as Gholdengo are great partners for Garchomp, as they can threaten out Corviknight incredibly easily; in return, Garchomp can deal with Ting-Lu and Heatran that annoy said special attackers.

Devestating the competition, Garchomp stands out as an offensive hazard setter that is able to break down defensive cores with ease. Outrage, when paired with Dragonium Z, not only allows Garchomp to deal massive damage to Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Zapdos, and Ogerpon-Wellspring that might take Earthquake, but with Dragonium Z (rephrase this sentence a bit since locking into outrage isn't always grea) it can nuke checks such as Alomomola and Slowbro at +2. Stealth Rock allows Garchomp to get up hazards against Pokemon it cannot threaten out such as Air Balloon Gholdengo and Corviknight, supporting its teammates even in unfavourable matchups. This Garchomp set fits on a range of playstyles from hyper offense to bulky offense, who appreciate its wallbreaking capabilities and reliability in getting up Stealth Rock. Offensive Pokemon such as Volcarona (Better options like Kingambit and Lopunny-M)and Zamazenta appreciate Garchomp's ability to remove defensive Pokemon such as Toxapex and Gliscor that might otherwise annoy them. Special attackers such as Raging Bolt and (Doesn't pair well due to overlapping weaknesses) Gholdengo are great partners to Garchomp, as they can threaten out Corviknight incredibly easily while in return Garchomp can deal with Ting-Lu and Heatran that annoy said special attackers.
