It may be RU, but Gardevoir rules in UU! Gardevoir is one of UU's premier Choice Scarf users and revenge killers, being able to outspeed the likes of Greninja, Weavile, and Latios. Focus Blast hits the likes of Heatran, Excadrill, and Hisuian Arcanine for super-effective damage, while Psychic Noise allows Gardevoir to hit Toxapex and Venusaur super effectively and denies recovery from Skarmory and Skeledirge. Trick allows Gardevoir to ruin switch-ins such as Tinkaton and Blissey, while Healing Wish allows for Gardevoir to heal a teammate and brings them in safely. Gardevoir best fits on offensive and balance teams that are in need of a Choice Scarf user. It struggles against Steel-types such as Scizor and Metagross, as well as faster Choice Scarf users and priority users such as Galarian Zapdos, Lokix, and Hisuian Arcanine, so answers to them such as Skarmory, Donphan, and Talonflame are greatly appreciated. Setup sweepers such as Weavile, Sinistcha, and Calm Mind Keldeo all appreciate getting a second chance to potentially sweep with Healing Wish. Teammates such as Slither Wing, Hisuian Arcanine, Fezandipiti all appreciate Gardevoir's offensive capabilities and revenge killing ability against threats such as Latios and Greninja.
