Thanks to its all-around good bulk, this sea slug excels as a defensive wall for Water-type teams, as a switch-in to Electric-type attacks thanks to its Ground typing, and a better option over Seismitoad on balanced teams thanks to Recover, which gives it more longevity. Earthquake allows Gastrodon to effectively damage Electric-type Pokemon like Alolan Raichu and Zeraora that otherwise threaten Water-type teams, as well as breaking Substitutes from Pokemon such as Keldeo, Primarina, Dragapult, Jirachi, and Aegislash. Scald is useful for burning physical attackers like Excadrill, Scolipede, and Hawlucha, whereas Toxic can badly poison a number of Pokemon such as an opposing Gastrodon, Galarian Corsola, and Araquanid. Recover and Leftovers allow Gastrodon to stay healthy to continue spreading status ailments and serve as a defensive pivot. However, Float Stone with maximum Special Defense investment is nice for taking on Grass Knot Heliolisk and Alolan Raichu, while Heavy-Duty Boots is valuable for avoiding entry hazard damage, particularly Toxic Spikes. Storm Drain is useful to avoid Scald burns from Pokemon such as Toxapex and Mantine as well as absorb Dracovish's Fishious Rend, while Sticky Hold is great for Knock Off users such as Bisharp, Crawdaunt, and Weavile. Maximum HP and Defense investment allows it to better take on physical attackers such as Zeraora, Excadrill, and Dracovish.

The entire team appreciates Gastrodon's role in absorbing Electric-type attacks; therefore, it fits on more balanced teams with Pokemon like Toxapex, Azumarill, Slowking, and Mantine. Toxapex is a glue on every Water team, as it provides utility with Knock Off, Toxic, and Toxic Spikes, and it can spread status effects just like Gastrodon. Azumarill offers a nice immunity to Grass-type attacks from Pokemon like Rillaboom and Ferrothorn and pairs well with Gastrodon, since that is its only weakness. Slowking helps with special attackers like Hatterene, Togekiss, Substitute Kyurem, and Psychic-type Pokemon that may try to use Expanding Force under Psychic Terrain against Gastrodon , while Mantine prevents special attackers like Volcarona, Hatterene, and Chandelure from setting up and sweep with Haze. In return, Gastrodon helps with physical attackers along with Toxapex thanks to their amazing Defense stats. Keldeo helps against Normal-, Ice-, and Steel-types such as Blissey, Kyurem, Corviknight, and Ferrothorn that wall Gastrodon with Secret Sword. Primarina helps with Dark-, Dragon- and Fighting-type Pokemon such as Hydreigon, Kyurem, and Urshifu-S thanks to its Fairy-type STAB moves, as well as beating passive defensive Pokemon such as Toxapex and Toxic Aegislash with Substitute and Calm Mind. Rotom-W is a nice revenge killer to Flying- and Water-type teams with Thunderbolt and offers a Ground immunity along with entry hazard removal with Defog.

"Because of solid defensive stats in all HP, Def, and SpD, this sea slug excels as defensive wall for Water-type teams and as a Electric-type sponge due to its Ground-typing. "
- I would just say good mixed bulk over solid defensive stats, as its defense stat is actually quite lacking. Need to mention Recover in the overview because that is why you are using it over Seismitoad

"Scald is useful for burning physical attackers like Excadrill, Scolipede, or Hawlucha, whereas Toxic can poison a number of Pokemon bar Steel- and Poison-type Pokemon that aren't affected by Toxic. "
- Don't talk about Pokemon that aren't immune to Toxic, it's pretty obvious that you aren't supposed to be clicking it against these Pokemon. Instead name some Pokemon that Toxic is really helpful against.

"Storm Drain is useful to avoid burns from opposing Pokemon that may try to Scald Gastrodon like Toxapex or Mantine, while Sticky Hold is great for Knock Off users such as Bisharp, Crawdaunt, or Weavile."
- Storm Drain is mainly used so your Balance Water team doesn't get mauled by Choice Band Dracovish

- Need a line about the spread, maximum physdef is notable for taking on Pokemon such as Excadrill, Zerora, and Dracovish better

"The entire team appreciates Gastrodon's role in absorbing Electric-type attacks, as it fits on more Balanced-type teams, where Pokemon like Toxapex, Slowking, and Mantine benefits the most. Toxapex is glue on every Water team as it works provides utility like Knock Off and Toxic Spikes and can spread status just like Gastrodon with Toxic and Scald then Recover."
- Toxapex is a good Toxic + Toxic Spikes for Gastrodon, and is great for covering the Grass weakness alongside Mantine considering most teams don't run Azumarill, you can talk about Azumarill right after that.

"Slowking helps with special attackers like Hatterene and Togekiss with Calm Mind, while Mantine prevents special attackers like Volcarona, Hatterene, and tauntless Keldeo variants from setting up."
- Substitute Kyurem is a good example of something Slowking helps with, as well as the Psychic-type Pokemon that would otherwise click Expanding Force against Gastrodon and the rest of the team. Use something over Tauntless Keldeo since Gastrodon does that already. If it's not Taunt, then it's Substitute, which Earthquake breaks.

"Keldeo and Barraskewda threatens with Normal-, Ice-, and Steel-type with Secret Sword and Close Combat whereas Gastrodon is walled by Pokemon like Blissey, Kyurem, Corviknight, and Ferrothorn. "
- Remember to change the Keldeos in your teambuilder too. You can take out Barraskewda, as Gastrodon doesn't mainly fit on rain, and just stick with Keldeo.

"Primarina helps with Dark-, Dragon- and Fighting-type Pokemon such as Urshifu, Kyurem, and Substitute Hydreigon because of its Fairy-type STAB along with using Substitute with Calm Mind to beat passive defensive Pokemon such as Toxapex and Mandibuzz."
- Substitute Hydreigon is a better example here that sets up on this Gastrodon set completely. I would use Toxic Aegislash over Mandibuzz since Mandibuzz doesn't do anything back to Gastrodon.

- Add in Choice Scarf Rotom-W as it's a good revenge killer that can also remove hazards like Spikes in particular that Gastrodon hates switching into if it is not carrying Heavy Duty Boots. Talk about it together with Mantine as they're both hazard removers and state that Rotom-W can serve as speed control too.

"Gastrodon helps with Electric-type Pokemon in return."
- You can remove this since you already state this at the beginning.

"Many Water-type teams tend to run Toxapex and Keldeo together, which makes the team very weak to Psychic-type attacks, so Slowking, or Psychic-type immunities like Crawdaunt or Sharpedo are appreciated to threaten both Psychic- and Ghost-type teams with Knock Off or Crunch."
- This is a point that is specific to Water teams in general, not Gastrodon.

* ' Because of good mixed bulk in all HP, Def, and SpD, this sea slug excels as defensive wall for Water-type teams and as a Electric-type sponge due to its Ground-typing and a better option on balanced teams over Seismitoed because of Recover. ' Do not mention every good stat it has, it is fine to just say it has good mixed bulk and I want you to make its comparison with Seismitoad as a second point to this. when you talk about how recover sets apart gastrodon, you can mention it is much sturdier than Seismitoad because of it.

* ' Earthquake allows Gastrodon to effectively damage Electric-type Pokemon like Alolan Raichu and Zeraora that otherwise threaten Water-type teams, along with breaking Substitutes from Pokemon such as Keldeo, Primarina, Dragapult, or Aegislash.' Fit Jirachi as an example here as it is notorious for utilizing anti-water sets on Steel and being able to hit it hard is certainly worth mentioning imo.

* ' Gastrodon can spread status ailments through Scald and Toxic and can stay alive longer in the match thanks to Recover.' Remove this line, you have mentioned scald, toxic and recover individually later on and this feels repetition.

* ' Scald is useful for burning physical attackers like Excadrill, Scolipede, or Hawlucha, whereas Toxic can poison a number of Pokemon such as an opposing Gastrodon or Galarian Corsola.' Add Araquanid.

* ' Recover and Leftovers is locked in on Gastrodon to stay alive and continue spreading status ailments.' Change the wording here a bit, you can say recover and leftovers lets Gastrodon keep itself healthy through out the match and act as a reliable defensive pivot.

* ' However, Float Stone with -maximum SpD Special defense investment is nice for taking on Grass Knot Heliolisk or and Alolan Raichu, while Heavy-Duty Boots is nice for avoiding hazard damage, particularly Toxic Spikes.'

* ' Keldeo helps with Normal-, Ice-, and Steel-type with Secred Sword whereas Gastrodon is walled by Pokemon like Blissey, Kyurem, Corviknight, and Ferrothorn.' instead of saying walled by, you can say that Gastrodon has trouble beating so and so pokemon since that fits better.

* ' Primarina helps with Dark-, Dragon- and Fighting-type Pokemon such as Urshifu, Kyurem, and Substitute Kyurem Hydreigon? because of its Fairy-type STAB along with using Substitute with Calm Mind to beat opposing passive defensive Pokemon such as Toxapex and Toxic Aegislash. '
