Sergio1934 : It looks like the Clauncher got sniped as well :/ To have better odds to not get sniped, you may want to deposit more common, and a higher level than 1 since breedjects tend to be more popular on the GTS.

There's not way to know for sure, but any shiny Pokémon with perfect IVs to come from the GTS or Wonder Trade can be pretty safely assumed to be hacked.
I could definitely get one from Gen 5, but that will take me a little while, I can put it on my to-do list for the future...!
