I am unclear about this rule: "You may only request one of each Ditto"
Not sure if this meant only ONE ditto PER person, or PER Nature.

It's one per nature, so no problem, you can request several! The second one is sent, but unfortunately, it seems like your first Flabébé got sniped :/

I actually found I don’t have a 0 Atk Ditto in Gen 6, and was looking to breed some mons for Maison Triples. Not sure how much 0 Atk matters because it seems Confusion is pretty rare and Foul Play is almost nonexistent, but I figured it can’t hurt.
